Don’t go if you’re not getting a full wax or anything like that. I went to get my very full and bushy eyebrows cleaned up and walked out with square, straight eyebrows with no arch or natural shape. Definitely cried when I got in the car and am looking for ways to get them to grow faster. They might be good for legs or bikini waxes but definitely not eyebrows

This was TERRIBLE! my esthetician was very nice and did an okayish job, but overall service was not so great . I got my full legs waxed(first time) and they only go so high so they say, but literally, it was still apart of my legs and not close to my private area at all. Im Never coming back to this center. I say make the drive to the Eastside and go that one because this one is not so great. Actually, not great at all. Save your time and go to one of the other centers for better receptionists and overall service and friendly customer atmosphere. You can see the photos below of the spots ON MY LEG FOR A LEG WAX. What a shame.

I went here for my first Brazilian wax and I thought it went pretty good until I got home and checked it out after work to find some of my skin came off in a few spots and there was still hair everywhere! I cant even wear underwear it hurts so bad. I have red bumps all over. Although my lady was really nice I am not happy with my results.

I had my first full Brazilian wax yesterday and I was very nervous. Heather S. did an amazing job and made me feel completely comfortable. She walked me through step by step what she was doing and put me a total ease. She also did an incredible job on my eyebrows, lip and underarms. Heather S. will definitely be my go-to girl for waxing!

Ewc has great service but they can be very pricey for services outside of a Brazilian wax.

First time ever getting a Brazilian. I felt like the process was rushed. After getting home I noticed there were multiple patches of hair that were missed. This is my first time getting this kind of wax, but I’m pretty sure there shouldn’t be patches of clearly long enough hair missed. My strip of hair looks very uneven and messy. Might try another European Wax Center next time.

Got my first wax done here and It was the worst experience I have had the person that did my waxing had no idea what they where doing and the areas that where waxed still had wax and hair left over after I was and I still have red bumps and has been over 2 weeks since I have gotten it done I will never go back there.

The salon was very clean, but the COVID check-in directions were very confusing. My wax specialist was nice but talked my ear off and when I had to check out it was chaotic because everyone needed to social distance. But, my brows looked great and booking the appointment was easy.

The staff at this location is unbelievably ignorant. I got a Brazilian Wax by Savannah she was terrible! She was rude, rough, disrespectful and didnt know what she was doing! She just slapped the hot wax on, didnt even use powder. This was the worst wax Ive ever received in my life! My skin is bruised everywhere! I have patches of hair all around. I asked if she could step out of the room so I can take a look at my wax on the body mirror and she told me no. So she watched me examine my bikini wax in the body mirror and made me feel so uncomfortable. I spoke with the manager named Erin who was completely discourteous and ill mannered! She never once apologized. Offered me to come back and get a touch up why would I want to go back and get touched by this company when Im bruised everywhere. The manager also hung up on me twice when I asked for a corporate number.

Love this place. I’m in and out in under half an hour and love the results. Emily H. is the best waxer around— love her. Absolutely book with her if you can.

AWFUL. DO NOT GO HERE for a Brazilian. How do they have 4.5 stars?! Im guessing the people that have good reviews had someone different than me or didn’t get a Brazilian wax. This isn’t my first time at this location. So many things that went wrong this time. Prior times things did go wrong but I stupidly kept giving them chances believing their claims that it takes awhile two work. Where to start...First I’m almost certain I’m dealing with first degree BURNS. Second the girl I had was PEELING off the strips slowly rather than ripping them off and the result was she broke the hairs rather than waxing them out. (Also much more painful) I literally got waxed two days ago and look like I need a wax again. Insane. $60 for that???? Let me also say I’ve been on a regular wax schedule for 5-6 months. I gave these people a good chance. At this point I should be staying smooth for way longer than this but instead it keeps getting worse, now I have hair after TWO DAYS. the same as shaving. I want a full refund. OH and I have patches of hair left all over!!!

I usually go to EWC in Cincinnati, but was in town visiting my in-laws & I’m so glad I came here! Katie did an AMAZING job with my eye brow wax! She took her time & got all my little blonde hairs that often get missed & she even filled them in before I left. The staff was so friendly & accommodating, too. I would highly recommend this location!

I really like the fact that the girls at the desk always try to fit me in, even when I call at the last minute when I am at Crocker Park and need an appointment. I do try to make appointments in advance with Bailey - she knows me now and readily addresses my needs. She can even make this ‘old lady’ feel younger. 😉 but the waxers I have had when Bailey is not available have always done a great job too. I highly recommend European Wax - the wax treatment is better than the ‘hot’ wax and the service at the Promenade location is awesome.

I had my first wax today and I’m glad I did all my research and picked this place. The staff is so nice and friendly. If you are getting your first wax or even switching places go here and I am 1000% telling you to be waxed by BAILEY!. When it’s your first time you’re scared but this girl goes right into conversation and makes everything feel so much less awkward. She gets it done fast too! I got a Brazilian wax so legs spread I was omg this is so weird but she didn’t make anything feel weird at all. Your first wax will hurt but It’s worth it. BAILEY will be my go to person for every wax I get. Thank you girl!!

Definitely depends on your waxer. Ive been going here for over 2 years with Emily as my usual waxer and shes amazing!! I dont know if I just have really tough eyebrows to shape or if Ive just been unlucky but other waxers have always disappointed me. But Emily is phenomenal and with the packages they offer I will definitely keep going.

Far more expensive than most places for eyebrow waxing. That being said the women working here are always very friendly, give out samples and do a great job. I have had trouble with my brows at other places before. Not here.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience at the EWC in Westlake, Oh. I started going there over a year ago - right after their grand opening - - my previous tech had left the business and I was looking for a new salon. i was attracted to EWC when I read about their cold wax process - using hot wax always seemed a bit barbaric to me. I felt comfortable the very first visit - from the time I walked in and was greeted by not only a very friendly receptionist but also by the owner. By the time Erica, my tech, came out to get me I was excited about the new cold wax process. Erica took her time and explained the difference from using hot wax, reviewed exactly which services I wanted before starting. The service was quick and almost painless (much better than hot wax).And the calming cream she used when she was finished reduced all the redness that had always been a problem in the past. I have continued to use the EWC services every 6-8 weeks for over a year now and I am always impressed with the excellent services they provide. Way to go EWC!
