I went yesterday and was in the store a little after closing time about to buy something and the lady comes up to me and says we’re closing and I said oh ok and I was with my friends and she tells me that my friends are waiting for me so we can go to dinner(even though we had dinner 30 minutes before) and than she goes downstairs and tells my friends I am not a good listener and she was so rude when we walked in DIDNT say hello and she glared at us the whole time I wish I got her name so I could report her terrible experience definitely never buying anything from that urban outfitters anymore just so she doesn’t get my money (ps she should not be a greeter at the door if she can’t welcome customers properly)(honestly I think she should not be aloud to work there)

The store itself is pretty big but not a lot of a clothing selection. Found a cute wall hanging. The stairs are made of concrete and seriously are going to cave one day soon. I like the gadgets upstairs, cool records and record players, cameras and frames and unique items.

Just a great experience and variety

Went into this store and was smelling cologne/perfume, was told to pull my mask up. Told her nicely “we are just smelling perfume” and she snapped back “you can smell through your mask”. OKAY THEN

Cool store! We have visited a few Urban Outfitters, this was the most bleak. Used to seeing more products on the first floor. I understand the unprecedented time we are in but staff was not helpful and store seemed more empty than usual.

One associate that helped me was very friendly, I dont remember her name but she was working at the register and had dark hair. There were items I wanted to get but werent in stock so she checked on the computer for me right there and was super friendly, and had remembered me from being in the store prior. There was also another sales associate who had blonde hair who I asked to check the size on the inside back of my shirt for me that I had gotten from UO that I was wearing, and I felt very comfortable and she was very helpful as well. The only thing was I wasnt asked if I had UO rewards but that was because I had told the cashier I had $5 off from being a UO rewards member. This store is very professional and friendly which I appreciate very much! Cute clothing too!

A high end outlet of Urban Outfitters. The store is two stories with mostly womens downstairs and a small mens section upstairs. The clothing seems to be of a decent quality for a very expensive price. The store fits very well in Crocker Park as the exterior and interior look nice. There is very limited staff within the store as well, so you should not be bothered constantly as you walk around the store.

I love UO but I always get the worst customer service at this store, the employees are beyond rude. You get greeted by cold stares and nasty attitudes, dont even try to ask them for help!! If you dislike people so much you shouldnt be working with them. If you want friendly helpful staff... definitely dont come here.

Absolute gutter trash. Wish there was a 0/5 rating.Their three mishaps in the span of 2 weeks:1) sent me boxer briefs with the giant black security tag on them2) sent me completely incorrect t shirt3) When I went to return this completely incorrect shirt, USPS informed me that urban outfitters did not print the barcode at all for the return label (probably on purpose so I would be stuck with the wrong shirt)

The store has really cool stuff but its all overpriced. I always head upstairs to look at the clearance rack first. Still, its a great place to window-shop.

Very scarce selection of merchandise considering the size of the store, employees never once acknowledged us while we were in the store. Prices are too high for H&M quality clothing.

In the past Ive found some cool stuff. Geared toward a different demographic.

Ive always wanted to like Urban Outfitters - I go in there often, but never seem to find anything worth buying, especially at the prices they charge. I would recommend H&M at about half the price and similar quality.

Music is always to loud. You cant even hear the person you are shopping with. You cant ever find a store associate. They have the smallest selection.
