This was my second time getting my lashes done but my first time at lash lounge and Chelsea was amazing!!! She answered every question and was very thorough. My set looked perfect, I was very happy with the results. I can’t wait to book with her again!

I unfortunately can’t give no stars so I have to pick 1 but they don’t even deserve that. I scheduled my appointments for a full set and brow threading 4 weeks in advance of my brother wedding. I received a text within an hour of my appointment saying I have been cancelled. So I called and she goes well I sent you another text offering me a spot on the 25. I said no I have the wedding on the 23 which is marked on my appointment. She said well I don’t know what else you want us to do. I said look to see if there is a way to get me in this week. It’s not on me that you can figure out how to do scheduling. (This is the second time this EXACT thing has happened in 6 weeks). It’s only this location too. Rocky River was able to accommodate me the previous time thankfully as Crocker did not offer any assistance just “we’re overbooked. We had to cancel you.” Instead of talking and trying to work with me on the phone she said “I’ll call you later and hangs up. I received a text that they can’t do anything for me but they could refund my deposit if I would like. Duh I want my money back since you have not been able to perform any services in the past two appointments I have made due to poor scheduling on your end. I am now left to frantically call any place that can do lashes 1 WEEK before my brother’s wedding because this location couldn’t respect an appointment AGAIN. I confirmed my appointment MULTIPLE times in the past 2 weeks leading up to this, why couldn’t they have tried to reschedule me then if they couldn’t be respectful of my appointment? They waited to TEXT me an hour before my appointment. It is highly unprofessional. They only communicate through texts, they don’t offer assistance unless you request to be seen as soon as possible before your needed date, and the way they spoke on the phone was immature and unprofessional. Greatly disappointed in this company and will never be scheduling a service there every again as I can guarantee I won’t be serviced. It’s not my fault you can’t figure out scheduling and consistently over book.

My sister and I booked appointments for brow and lash tint. The receptionist was very nice and got us checked in right when we arrived. Mackenzie did my brows and lashes and they looked amazing. She explained the whole process (as a first timer this was appreciated) and she took the time to understand exactly what look I was going for. I love the way they turned out! The tint lasted for weeks and I will definitely be back.

Waited almost 2 months for my appointment as I was rescheduled on the day of my original appointment. Was contacted by one of the managers and was told I’d get a discount on the service which didn’t happen. My lashes didn’t turn out anything close to the picture on the website provided for the lash extension types I chose. My stylist asked if I was looking for fullness or length, I asked for fullness, but got length instead. Left there looking like I slapped on too many coats of mascara for a clumpy, long appearance. Followed the instructions for care to a T and the very next evening a ton of lashes fell out from both eyes. For the wait and price, such a let down.

My service was exceptional! Chelsea was amazing, did such a beautiful job on my lashes as well as being very thorough explaining the process & aftercare. I was treated with kindness and made to be comfortable the whole time!

I was extremely unhappy with the way my eyebrows turned out. I was sat down by an obviously new employee, which was fine, but she had the audacity to tell me I don’t take proper care of my brows. The employee, Deborah, made my entire experience a disaster. I expressed to her my concerns about my brows being uneven, and she told me to fix them with an eyebrow pencil. I didn’t pay her to give me advice on how to fix my eyebrows after she ruined them. I normally would recommend this place, but after that experience never again.

I could tell that this seemingly new girl when she started threading my eyebrows but I was ok with it and decided to give her a chance. She went at a painfully slow pace, but I was ok with because I am patient. Not to mention the string broke within 5 seconds of starting. When she was finally finished, she said “I cut one of your eyebrows a little short but you can just fill it in.” Additionally she left me with bad cuts, which I understands happens often with threading, but it just sucked. I always usually love this place but they really ruined my eyebrows two days before homecoming and I cried in the car. Because they were so ugly. Wouldn’t recommend unless you have a threader you trust in and out.

I love it here! Ashley has done a phenomenal job on my lashes every time. It is evident she cares because she offers me recommendations based on what I want and what will look best on me. Her work is legit FLAWLESS! The entire staff is really kind, especially Ginger at the front desk. Book an appointment you wont regret it :)

This was my first time getting any sort of lash treatment, and everything was so organized and I knew exactly what to expect. The stylist was great about giving me recommendations and answering my questions, especially when I wasnt sure about something. I cant wait to come back!

I impulse booked lash extensions for the first time with Debra, i needed a pick me up and i saw that there was an opening here so although Rocky river is closer to me i decided to give it a shot, and I’m so glad i did! Debra made me feel comfortable and unconcerned. I was initially anxious (being my first time getting extensions) but she was patient and thorough and kind! I also wanted to get my brows threaded and tinted but wasn’t able to schedule it, she didn’t hesitate to fit me in and now i feel better than i have in a long time! I originally said i would get fills in Rocky river simply because it’s much closer to me but I will be making the effort to drive to Crocker park simply for how well i was treated by Debra and the other girls. Thanks for making me feel beautiful! 🥰

First time here, booked an eyebrow threading with Michelle C. The facility is nice and clean. However, my session wasnt the greatest. I have very fine blonde hairs and Michelle was working with no light. As soon as I looked in my car mirror, I noticed many, many blonde hairs that I now have to pluck on my own. Not only that, but her technique wasnt the best. Felt like she was threading one hair at a time. Then she ended up tweezing more hair than she threaded. Didnt say anything in the moment because Im not a confrontational person, but I wont be going back. Waste of $$$.

At a 9:45 am appointment on Saturday, April 24th, 2021, the receptionist was disproportionally rude to my mother, sister, and I. She was curt with our party for being unable to find my sister’s file, but noticeably friendly with all of the other patrons. Her blatant partiality for the other Caucasian customers made my uncomfortable mother immediately pay out because she felt that the environment was too unwelcoming to wait for my sister to complete her lash lift. We were semi-regular customers before this incident and were happy with the services, but now we’re not likely to return. The receptionist was not POC or minor-friendly.

This was my first time visiting their location. My appointment was randomly scheduled with Deb, who was incredible. The whole staff was very welcoming and the manager was even able to get me in before my appointment time. I was a little nervous going there for the first time, but they reassured me and I had a great experience. I will be returning to this location in the future to see Deb.

I love the vibe of this place, no clue how some of the reviews have said its a dump? Its nice, clean, and very well designed. I see Nicole for lash extensions every 2-3 weeks and constantly get compliments on my new lashes. Most people ask if theyre natural because, although they look natural, they are so perfect! I came in with lashes that someone else had completely destroyed. They were able to safely remove and clean them, relieving me of a lot of prior pain. They also were able to help me find a time to come back in and have my lashes properly done once they had healed a little. I am very excited for my next appointment!

I love the lash lounge! I’ve been going to them for a couple months and they do an amazing job with my eyelashes every time. All of the girls are talented and skilled at what they do. Highly recommend.

I’m very disappointed in the last fill I had at the lash lounge bc I was charged $95 for a fill that took 35 minutes! Then when I explained to deb that my lash was twisted she said it was tangled and it should have been removed and fixed, but she just ignored me and said it was fine! The other complaint I have is that I have been to other lash salons in the area but this place is the only one that actually was very painful from glue getting in my eyes and then my lashes never looked very uniform! I’m just aside myself and thankful I found a new lash technician that is amazing and she’s not at the lash lounge!

Got my lashes done barely over a week ago and almost all of my lash extensions have fallen out. Not my lashes themselves just the extensions. I’ve been getting lashes for years and have never had this experience. Drove multiple hours to go here too and paid $220 for everything.Such a disappointment. Don’t go here unless you want a weeks worth of lashes even then the lashes aren’t that amazing looking compared to others. The employees are super nice though but it’s still the biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent.

Nikki is the BEST!!!!! Id give Lash Lounge 10 out of 5 stars if I could. I was a lash newbie and when I met with Nikki she explained everything to me and you could tell she was very knowledgable in not only the technique but any kind of science behind lash health and growth. I just saw her and opted for a volume set versus my normal classic and she took the extra time and care it required to make them look and feel perfect. You will not be disappointed if you book with Nikki - she ROCKS!

I LOVE the Lash Lounge! The Lounge has a fabulous aesthetic and their technicians have had extensive training (I asked :) The staff are welcoming and go the extra mile (the front desk added a couple coins to my parking meter when I was getting close to expiring). Ill definitely be back!!

Nicole was professional and nice. She was done 15min before the friend I went with was done, and we started at the same time, and after talking with my friend, I wasn’t asked what color I wanted or if I wanted my bottom lashes done. I do wish they were darker.

I had such a great experience at the Lash Lounge at Crocker Park. I was so relaxed and my lashes look amazing. I ended up buying the make up remover and mascara and the products are not expensive and I love them. Thank you Lash Lounge for a great experience!
