Expert Samantha said yes to my last minute walk-in special event makeup request. Booking online was too unorganized and confusing. Luckily I didnt give up, because she did an excellent job on my eyes, and was gentle and kind. Samantha very quickly matched my skin to the perfect foundation, and instantly found me a great concealer. I felt polished all evening. Thank you, Samantha!

I had the best experience here today. I needed make up for my wedding and the associate that helped me took such good care of me. She showed me all the products I needed, let me try different shades to match my skin tone and helped me get everything I need for the big day. Absolutely so grateful for her tip top awesome customer service today!

I was very impressed and had a great experience shopping at this store! Rob was extremely helpful right away! He answered all of my questions and was very friendly and personable! This is personally my favorite Sephora in the Cleveland area! Everyone is very helpful and know what they are talking about. Jack and Maddy are amazing! Always getting me exactly what I need and even recommending other options that would help whatever I am looking for! Thank you guys! I’ll be back probably twice a week. Take all my money :)

My experience every time is amazing. But today especially. Today is my birthday. I got my makeup done and the girls took care of an issue I was having with my gift card. They went over and beyond to make sure I walked out more than happy and satisfied. Big shout out to the awesome assistant manager and Maddie.

Im giving them two stars, because their service is five-star, however their samples are extremely old. Most of the perfumes that you can sample are very old and or expired. Same goes with some of the lesser used makeup. I bet a lot of consumers think that some of the bad makeup and perfume is terrible quality when in reality its not its just old.

The staff here should start considering an attitude “makeover” because lately they’ve been so rude and whenever I asked a question or advice on a product, they reacted like I was bothering them or I was dumb for not already knowing the answer or what I should I buy. I’ve been shopping at Sephora for years and never felt as uncomfortable going to this store compared to the last two months. Now I just do my own research before I go and don’t ask for help. Hoping things change because I do love the store itself.

I have never left a Sephora pissed off until today. The manager on duty greeted me and I walked back to the facial care where I wandered for a solid 15 minutes with no help. Finally I asked the cashier if she could send someone over. The associate she pointed to was assisting a friend and I knew it was going to be awhile. I spend so much money here and it’s super frustrating to see so many employees just talking amongst themselves and not helping customers.

I love this location. The employees are always polite, helpful, and greet you with a smile. Two weeks ago, I came in, hoping Sephora was carrying the Nubian Pallette. Unfortunately, it has to be bought directly from the seller. But, one of the employees went out of her way to look it up for me, even though it was not a product they carried! Its the little things! 5 stars!

Went on black friday and the worker grabbed the 2 things i needed and was next at the register. In and out even tho they were packed.

I’m writing about my experience with the Sephora location in westlake Ohio. I felt highly discriminated against and racially profiled when I entered the store. Not only was I not greeted or acknowledged I was accused of stealing. I was in the store for more the 15 minutes before I had to ask for assistance.When I finally got assistance the worker responded very rudely as if I was bothering her for not knowing about the product. I’m not happy with how the situation was handled and would like for someone from district or corporate to reach out to me. I don’t want another manager or sales representative to contact me because I’m not satisfied on how they’ve handled the situation so far! This was my first and last experience with Sephora. I was offered a gift card for my experience but a gift card doesn’t compare with being completely embarrassed and humiliated in front of the entire store even after the fact a purchased something before exiting.

Friendly staff, but when I got home my merchandise was missing, when I called to tell them, I could tell they did not believe me, but hey this was a $39.00 foundation! When I went in to get the item they were very rude. Doubt that I will ever go back. And the foundation is very disappointing.
