All my updates were done, oil change, filters, tires, THE WORKS. I was able to leave my car there over night and pick it up at my convenience. Highly recommended.

Went with my mom to purchase an Audi Q5 today, and was blown away by the customer service & care we received here. Car shopping can be stressful and frustrating, but every single person we came in contact with at this dealer was so friendly and accommodating to us. We worked with Art and Scott who were amazing, and at least 2 others that I wish I got their names came to talk to us just to be nice. Stress free, friendly & personable experience, would definitely recommend this place.

Never had such good service until today. I’ve been going to Audi for all my services ever since I bought the car from them. At first it was great with the Audi care plan. Once that finished it became a different experience that I was having second thoughts of buying another Audi. Today when I went in, I had a service consultant, Peter A, that went above and beyond. There were a few mistakes and a recall incident that wasn’t completely fixed and he made sure to correct everything and really took care of me. If it wasn’t for Peter, I would of been looking at a different car brand. He really restored my faith in Audi5 stars for the car so far5 stars for Audi car3 stars for service after Audi care10 stars for Peter

I called this dealership since I could not book a service at the dealership that I bought my car at which was downtown on North Ave.They were able to get me in same day and checked out what I needed in a fast timely manner. Eric Y was friendly and an excellent advisor talking me through why my small issue could have happened and to let him know right away if it does happen again.I definitely will be coming back.

Excellent experience. Comfortable waiting area with a nice coffee machine (lattes, etc.), snacks, and plenty of space. They keep you informed of progress on your car, and the technician sends a video of the inspection results. The people were very pleasant, and everyone was masked-up for safety. The service person saw me struggling with the buttons on the coffee maker and even came over to make it for me!

Wow what can I say about Audi Of Westmont can we say the BEST. Their service department Rep Pete was very transparent about what I needed and didnt need at the time. Pete was informative about the car that I have showed me things I didnt even know. I have a 2016 Q5 pete and the service tech said they love my truck and that it was well maintained which i try to keep everything maintained and balanced. I think Ive gotten more detailed information about my truck from Westmont than where I actually got the truck from. Im NOT gonna name bash but service is everything to me and Westmont you all have exceeded my expectations. The car dealership that I purchased my Audi From has even reached out to me for my annual service checkup. One thing that makes a dealership standout amongst the rest is FOR 1. your staff and Pete did that so I wanna say thank you. 2 be professional at all time and listening to your customers and not over talking people. 3 treating EVERYONE like they are important whether you have a 2022 or a 2016 that shows class. Another thing that I like that was very top notch for me you get a video of the tech actually tell you what youre getting and what you need now that right there WOW 1st for everything thats different and amazing. Eric did a great job getting me in/out efficiently from an oil change and 50,000 mile service. Staff is always friendly and helpful. However, I did have a small plate on the front bumper, a 2 x 3 insert that somehow fell out (interesting as my husband also has a 2017 Q7 and the same thing happened to him). To replace it, Eric shared it would be $450. My husband also had his replaced and it wasnt anywhere near that price. Seems like pieces should not be falling off of these cars consistently, and if they are, it sound like a manufacturing problem and that it should be replaced for free.

Took car in for brake issue and oil change. Took two weeks to bleed and add brake fluid. Picked up car and didn’t do oil change. Took car back to get oil change. Week later son driving home and front brake caliber come off of right front wheel. Technician didn’t tighten bolts on caliber. Had to have car towed to be repaired. Service writer was decent and worked on getting me a loaner while repairs was being done. Got no answers as to why I lost major amounts of brake fluid. No explaination as to why technicians don’t follow up and check all bolts they have touched are tightened. Have other issues like check engine light which is a part of the evap but afraid to have them do any service to my vehicle anymore. Thank goodness they at least checked to see if the wheels were tight. Highly disappointed with whole Audi experience. 2nd Audi but at this point will be the last Audi.

Where do I even start here? I brought my vehicle in with a check engine light on. From there things went down, although the intake side of things went fine. I was told I needed an entirely new engine at the tune of $22K. I told them I knew this was a manufacturing design flaw and that there was a class action lawsuit related to this. They would not give me the number of someone at Audi USA to speak to directly just that they would talk to them for me. I dont feel like they had my interest in mind and were just saying this is what Audi said. It was all about how much money they could make from me. Needless to say be careful as I ended up paying $1,200 to tell me I needed a new engine and it was literally no better than when I took it in for the check engine light.

I got in right away for my oil change and waited for the service to be done. It was done in a timely manner and no other service was pushed on me. There was one recommended service that had been done in the last year, and even the advisor said he didnt know why it was listed. That bothered me a little bit. But the service advisor himself did not push anything. The car was washed at the end of the oil change. And the service was done to my satisfaction. I was even able to use a coupon to reduce the cost by a significant amount. I like the amenities in the waiting area...they treat you like an important client.

Our most recent service experience was favorable. I would give a 5-star rating, except there were no loaner cars available during our service period. The service took longer than expected, but our service manager, Matt, kept us apprised of the timeline and repair issues, so there was no problem. The communication was good and we especially like the video recording with the repair technician as he reviews the work he is performing. This is a nice feature.

Very good experience. Waited on standard scheduled maintenance activity. Open, frank negotiation on specific services and costs. Work done efficiently, ready in a few hours. Plus they provided a video walkaround of the car by the technician. Premium service (and not unexpectedly, relatively premium prices -- worth it to me.)

From the moment I pulled in for my scheduled service, Eric made sure it was going to be a positive experience. He came out to greet me and escort me to his desk, where he went over the planned details of my visit and made suggestions of items I might want checked prior to an anticipated road trip (i.e, windshield wipers). He let me know the approximate length of time my service would take and checked in with me during servicing. The waiting area was clean, bright, quiet, and comfortable. Of course there was hot coffee and tea, cold water, and snacks. I was happy to see that my car was road trip ready and immaculate inside and out. As I said goodbye to Eric, he was preparing another customer for service.

I was in from out of town and needed some help on a Friday afternoon. I was able to get the car in and the repair required having the backseat taken out of the car, and then the gas tank being removed and drained etc. So it was very time consuming repair. I received a loaner car, the shop got it done, and I had my car back the following day. In my view, they went above and beyond to help me. I really appreciate their consideration for my circumstances. I tried the same thing a couple years ago in a Chrysler dealership and they told me that their first appointment was two weeks out, totally ignoring the fact that I was from out of town… Thank you Audi.

When that didn’t work I was again asked to have repairs deemed necessary that I did not, “again” for thousands of dollars! It seems pressure is part of running business there. Losing my business!

Zero stars for service. Charged us $3700 on March 1st, 2021 for service that was supposed to be covered under our Audi Pure Protection policy. This occurred despite my wife stating repeatedly at the time that our plan should cover the service. While seeking services for another vehicle on August 28th, 2021, we discussed those charges with   Scott, who confirmed that we should not have been charged under our policy as aforementioned. Scott quoted us a 50% chance of having our money returned to us. This whole scenario is ludicrous & bordering on criminal. We have not yet received reimbursement.Our other vehicle was already in their service department at this later date. There was an issue with the driver seat belt having a half twist in it & ultimately requiring replacement. They replaced the seat belt as covered under warranty. However, they failed to reinstall the trim over the left B pillar properly. The trim came loose with the subtlest contact & would not reattach properly because the vent components were misaligned & damaged from them forcing the trim back improperly. Upon evaluating the parts, it was very clear to me that they improperly reassembled the B pillar trim, damaging the components in the process.We were forced to take the vehicle back for service to address the issue. When I went to pick up the vehicle, the trim was still not attached properly, & part of the vent was missing. I brought this to the attention of the service department & was told they would order a new vent & let me know when it was in stock. 9 days later, they hadnt let me know. My wife called & was on the phone for more than 10 minutes with a rude representative, just to find out the vent was in stock. At this point, I think well just take the vehicle elsewhere & pay for the vent to be replaced rather than deal with Audi Westmont again. I am in the market for an e-tron later this year but certainly wont buy it in Westmont.Update:Received check dated 09/24/21 for $1,593.46 from Audi Pure Protection.

Purchased a new Audi Q7 from them. Excellent experience, the sales person (Eusebiu Costea) was knowledgeable, respectful and very well prepared. The same goes for the Accountant that helped us with the finance. I researched the price well before my purchase and the price I got were very competitive. There is a significant lack of integrity and customer service at Audi Westmont these days. The waiting area is unkempt and tables were dirty. The whole experience was unpleasant, especially the service department. The wait was a much longer than I expected. I went in due to the keyless buttons stop working on the car and the gas tank would not close. I was told a computer part needed to be replaced at $800 and the gas door pin needed to be replaced at $295. well $1,200 later money was wasted on the $800 part it didnt fix the issue. turned out to be a bad senor that was only $135. The service was great. I wish I was able to get my money back for a part that did not fix the problem but of course they say it was to help with other stuff yet nothing was wrong with the other stuff.

Art Rodriguez was my salesman and Art was fantastic to deal with, he answered all of my many questions and provided me with pics and detailed results about the car before I was able to make it in for a test drive. Once I decided to buy the car Art and the team at Westmont Audi were amazing and made the whole process effortless. The “No Haggle” prices are spot on and I received a very fair trade in value for my car. They are obviously fair with their pricing and trade values otherwise “No Haggle” wouldn’t work! Feel comfortable that you will be treated fairly and with respect by a very professional sales team! It was a big relief during the paperwork completion when there were NO pushy tactics to purchase dealer options and warranty’s and no unnecessary and unwanted dealer fee’s that some dealerships will tack on to the internet price. The price listed was the sale price and no fee’s (besides the state required fee’s) or pressure to buy “add on’s”. I will definitely look to Westmont Audi when I’m looking for another car in the future as most dealerships could learn a thing or two from them when it comes to dealing with customers and completing the sale! Andrews customer service skills are beyond great, he treated me with respect and dignity and did not rush me out. He kept me informed along the way and everything went as he said it would. He provided me with a loaner car without prior notice just to make things more convenient for me. I had very bad experience at another Audi dealer recently but now, with this very pleasant experience at Westmont Audi, I think I found the place that I will go back to and also recommend to my friends and family. Really nice dealership and really nice staff, but they were unable to provide key codes for the Audi I bought nor were the able to get me connected to Audi Connected saying that its useless anyway and its a used car, despite it being certified pre-owned and from the actual Audi Dealership. I now have an incomplete Audi experience and will need to go through hours of phone calls in hopes of getting setup. The care is very nice and they had an opportunity to win my extended business, but they fail short of expectations.Update:Called this phone number per the owners response and received an automated voice system which transferred me to a second automated voice system before reaching a voicemail of John. I have left a voicemail and am awaiting a response.

I had a great experience working with Peter recently at Audi Westmont. He offered fantastic customer service and was transparent throughout the entire repair process. I never felt pressured to complete additional services that weren’t immediately necessary and he ensured that my repairs were covered by my extended warranty provider which resulted in a significant savings for me.While a different Audi location is technically closer to my home, I will continue going to Audi Westmont because of the quality of service, customer care, and honesty I experienced from Peter during my last visit.

I setup an appointment online for a Monday. My credit was pulled but i was fine with that because it was going to take a lot for me not to leave with the Prius I was going to check out. Monday I find out that the Prius wasn’t ready for purchase, so I asked the representative who was going to be in charge of my appointment to reschedule it for when it is ready to which he agreed. So a whole week goes by and the car goes through repairs to the breaks and detailing. I get a message that, in spite of our agreement and my credit being pulled, the car is available for anyone and they aren’t going to honor my original appointment. When you setup an appointment online it tells you no one else will be able to see it for 24 or 48 hours after your appointment.

This is my 3rd Audi so it’s safe to say I am a “LIFER”.🤣My first was in Westmont. The service was sooo great I assumed it was the standard for all locations. NOT SO! My second purchase was at another location (west suburbs) and the experience was NOT the same. I won’t name the location but needless to say we drove all the way back to Westmont from Joliet when it was time to purchase again😜Sam was great!Even with Covid restrictions and limited inventory it was worth the trip.SEE YA AGAIN IN A COUPLE YEARS FOR #4😘
