My situation was probably not typical and required a little extra work from the staff. I was dismissed quickly and my situation was discussed openly amongst staff. I’m sure other customers could have overheard them if they tried. No privacy. I went to Lexus of Chicago and was financed quickly and treated with excellent customer service. I do not recommend this location.Their staff seems lazy and not friendly.

My experience was outstanding, I got a call early the next morning after viewing on-line cars at the Westmont location of Mercedes Benz the previous evening from Susan...She asked Tom, her associate (sale person) to work with me.....They knows how to treat their customers. Tom and I test drove several cars, we talked numbers and we closed the deal. I custom-ordered and leased a GLC300 here.My advisor was Sylvia (Sylwia) Dziuba who was extremely responsive and quick in processing everything. From our first phone call, it took me only 2 days to finish the negotiation and submit the custom order (that was partly possible because I have done my research before, and partly because Sylvia was extremely knowledgeable and experienced). In 1 week, I received the production number and every detail. That was late June. The car was built in Germany in late July (finished), which arrived to this dealership in mid August. I picked up the car in late August, so it took only 2 months from the beginning to the end, and Sylvia constantly communicated with me to make sure everything is correct.All other staff I met were professional, friendly, and smooth in processing the transactions too. Very satisfied! Another thing I liked was that the dealership was open to negotiation to reasonable amount unlike some other places. Im happy that I leased my car here even though I live in Indiana. Ill definitely lease my next Mercedes at Westmont again.

Outside of the Mercedes being an exceptional brand, the service we received from Al (our salesman) was OUTSTANDING. He was knowledgeable, patient, and came up with options to help us close the deal. Although I was not ready to buy when we first met, I gave him my car requirements and he found the perfect vehicle for me a month later. This place is amazing! They turn the car dealership model upside down. I just purchased a chevy colorado from them and from the time i contacted them about the vehicle, to the time i was driving off the lot, i kept waiting for the catch. It never came. My salesman Rafi was the best. he bent over backwards to make sure i was just simply having a good experience. There were no gimmicks, no negotiations, no bait and switch, no let me talk to my manager tactics. The truck was exactly what he said it was, the price i paid was exactly what he said it would be. We live in our converted Mercedes Sprinter Van so it’s more than a vehicle to us. Brett, the Sprinter Tech and the Service manager were all stellar. Informed us of an emissions recall that we weren’t aware of, took us in immediately and took care of us. And when there was a problem right after we got it back they rushed it in and fixed it right away for us. Thank you to the entire service team! Oh! And usually, after the “test drive” we have to clean up all of our stuff cuz it wasn’t driven with care; but this crew was different. Thank you for caring for our home!
The staff was courteous and responsive. Quickly provided me with a multiple corrective measures. They reported a few oil leaks that needed immediate attention. I agreed to all measures and ordering of parts. The car was to be returned the next day. I then requested saving the parts. I never heard back from the dealership again. I had to call and text and finally insist on talking to a manager. To only be sent to voicemail. At the end of the third day a different serviceman called said my car was ready and my original service was off duty. He never let me know status or how long my one day service was being extended or that someone else was now taking over my account. The repair desks only asks you who was helping you and puts you in the same persons email.They called at the end of the third day Friday 4:00 and said they had no record of an agreement to shuttle me back. A courtesy car was finally sent and when I asked to see the parts. I was told none were saved and a third service, insultingly showed me an example of a worn out break pad from another car of the same model. I have never been ignored, disregarded and insulted by an entire establishment before, while paying the highest bill.
I received an email about a recall for my 2015 GLK 350 and without hesitation the people at the Westmont Mercedes-Benz took us in treated us like family and took car of the recall issues and more while accommodating us with a brand new loaner vehicle so we are not inconvenienced. I am 54 years old and I have dealt with many car dealerships in around the Chicago land areas but never like this dealership. Thank you guys very much and I would recommend that anyone looking for a vehicle should get it from you because your service department and the whole dealership is total class act again I can not thank you guys enough. Purchased a 2018 VW and the brake rotors were damaged and the car shook horribly when decelerating from highway speeds. Which I noticed on my way back on a 100 mile trip home. Durring the test drive I was not able to get the car on the highway as the sales rep had me drive up the street and turn around back to the dealership. Ive called the dealership and they are refunding my brake repair. Took a week for them to get back to me, but grateful they were courteous and took care of the problem. Would definitely buy from them again.

I brought my car in for the A service. Brian Reed was absolutely fantastic as usual and took excellent care of all my needs.However, I was extremely dissatisfied with Mercedes. I had to wait two weeks to get an appointment and receive a loaner car. That was bad enough but upon arriving at Mercedes service center at 7:15am, it was so jammed I had to wait outsource garage for over 15 minutes in the way of everyone trying to get through with cars piling up behind me. I have never seen this dealership so disorganized and over booked. I won’t continue to service my car there if this is the future of this dealership.I want to stress again, though, how grateful I am for Brian and Rob who are always willing to do whatever they can to make my visit absolutely perfect!!!I give them both 5 stars!!!Christine Joern

ZERO or negative if i could, a friend if mine bought a used Mercedes, and they didnt even let him know about windshield glass which had a crack, and eventually was noticed only when it got worse . (could notice within the first 15 or 20 days ). well part mistake on buyers side for not noticing before buying, but this shouldnt be taken advantage of In my opinionAND the worst one, the car did not have the floor mats, and when asked for the same, the answer was (THE SELLER DID NOT PROVIDE IT TO US as well ) LOL, common guys you couldnt provide a 50-60 $ set of floor mats for the customer who is spending 20 k + ??????????????????????REALLY ???????????????????????????????and as always, just my experience and opinion, do your due diligence

I have been researching 2021 GLCs and I saw one online here and chose the text with dealer option … the person responded right away and was nice but they arent at the dealership and basically funnel the leads from the website and give it to to the dealership …I was very specific in lettiing them know what I wanted. Was looking for a courtesy vehicle with low miles and I stated I was not looking to pay msrp on them and that if the dealer was not willing to offer less than msrp on those used vehicles to just let me know so we dont waste anyones time … I proceeded to let the rep know that that I had been offered discounts already with competitor dealerships because they like to say inventory is low and thats the reason they price gouge but thats not true there are deals out there it depends on the dealerships willingness to be fair, also keep in mind I didnt even say that I needed a significant discount … So after finishing with the text rep I get email from a M Moran sending me 5 vehicles all with msrp being the price, no personal text saying hey I understand your needs etc… I responded asking if the initial rep explained what I was looking to accomplish, I then got a condescending email from Ken Krzak used inventory mgr disguised as a nice reply saying oh your doing great with your other pending sales (summarized) no honesty or response saying I’m sorry unfortunately we just dont want to offer anything fair, I would have respected that more.. Do not go here if you are looking for honesty, a great experience knowing your time and needs are valued and being taken taken care of, something you would expect from a luxury dealership, In addition I had to speak to communicate with 3 people within 15 mins, not a personable experience at all and no attention to detail spend your good money elsewhere, I’m glad I only had to waste 15 mins or so

I took my car here and spent $2500 to have my driver side seat motor fixed. When I got my car back, the rain sensing wind shield wipers stopped working. It would constantly wipe fast no matter what. They fixed one thing broke another. I let the service advisor know. I email/text/voicemail no response from Harry Arroyo. I am not a happy customer.
Service advisor was great. Was there for an A service. Arrived at my appointed time but waited for 2+ hours - seems like a long time to wait for very basic service.
Mohammed Khalil is the best Sales Rep, store was closing on Friday he stayed with me and gave all attention, very sympathetic and fast paced. We drove over three hours for a specific car we found online and did not know what to expect. We met with Earl who was exceptionally amazing! Upon arrival Sylvia first greeted me and my dad w/ literally a big smile. I needed new car super bad, they were watching us from inside while we walked around the lot unlocking the cars for us which I thought was nice. Thomas eventually took me to test drive my new baby. lol it was a hassle at first because I was going through a third party to get the car so Thomas hid the car for me, keep me up to date, and put a sold sign on it for me before I even got it which was above and beyond to me because I knew this car was going to be mine. Mercedes-Benz of Westmont service which they provided it was terrible!DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS with KELLI !!!!!! Westmont location diagnose few things which I knew the problem of my car . Kelli told us Airmatic compressor exhaust jhose needs replacement, we replace. After I pickup my car on the dashboard shows malfunction before I came with the car I didn’t have this on my dashboard and Kelli ask me right away do you have on dashboard any message about( Malfunction) before she took my car for diagnosing. I told her my car just making noise when you come by it, I do not have any messages on dashboard. Kelli doesn’t have any customer service experience. When I try to explain her something she tried to shut me down was her voice and told me to go look on the contract couldn’t deal with this person. It was really nice of the lady Shannon who works there as well she come out from her office and help us out. This my second time had bad experience in Westmont location. Will never want to go there.This dealership has luxury car really surprise they hire people with out any knowledge of customer service.
I recently visited Mercedes-Benz of Westmont for a safety recall and USB outlet issue. They were great from the moment I scheduled my appointment up until the moment I got my car back after service. Upon arrival, Harry helped with my intake and got me into a loaner. He kept me informed while my car was in their care and I was able to pick up my car sooner than expected. In the past I have taken my car to Mercedes-Benz of Chicago (which is my least favorite place, but is close to my house). This time I decided I need a change and I am glad I did! Mercedes-Benz of Westmont was well worth the added travel and I will be taking my car there for service from now on!
I was very satisfied with the service I received from Mercedes of Westmont. Shannon was my service rep and she was extremely cooperative and assisted me with what was needed on my car as well as my situation at the time.
Its baffling this is a Mercedes-Benz dealer. The volume of un-returned voice mails and emails ... is just stunning. For a luxury car dealer, they offer very budget service - especially the finance department. The only time I get service is from the General Manager.1) To reach the dealership, I had to fly. To hold the car for me, the salesrep Kim Avino asked me to sign a purchase agreement and send a scan of it back. After flying and taking an Uber to the dealer, I was presented with a new purchase agreement with another $149 charge. (This violates consumer law.) I protested but eventually paid. Only after complaining to the General Manager was I refunded.2) My paperwork didnt reach the title processing company until just prior to my 30-day temporary tag expiration. So I spent a couple of weeks driving on expired tags. I left multiple voice mails and sent multiple emails requesting status and information. The only time anyone returned my calls is if I left a voice mail for the general manager.3) The dealer overcharged me ~$400 for my Missouri sales taxes. Its been over 2 months since the purchase and over 2 weeks since I got my license plates. But I have no idea when they will refund me the overcharge. Ive emailed and called about this - again, no responses.4) The dealership did me the courtesy of retrieving the cargo cover from the prior owner. Thats the only thing keeping this from a one-star review.Perhaps they are kinder and more responsive to local buyers. But if youre an out-of-state buyer, I would avoid the hassle here. The lack of customer service is not worth the travel.
As always, my service experience at Mercedes of Westmont was excellent, in large part due to my wonderful service advisor, Brian.
Buyers be aware this dealership does shady practices and charges imaginary fees. Management tried to take advantage multiple times, they couldn’t give me a straight forward answer for all the ‘fees and over charges’ above my lease buyout quote (which they didn’t think I knew my buyout #) (they later said it was a mistake). I should look into having the attorney general visit them. Highly unprofessional personal. Was a customer for years, I wont ever be going back. I am highly disappointed. Please be careful when doing business with this dealership! Asked to speak to management multiple times and the general manager and I got the run around EVERY time.They were dishonest and rude when I found their hidden fees, they didn’t care one single bit to make it right either !
Mercedes of Westmont performed some recall warranty work on my GLC300. They contacted me to schedule the service which was nice. They were very courteous, arranged for a loaner car and completed the work in less time than they originally estimated. Very happy.
I had great experience and got all the help I needed. Great sales team, provided good and constructive guidance. This led me to an eventual happy purchase. Overall, great team at MB of Westmont!!! Happy Purchase!
Great customer service and staff. Definitely recommend this place for you next purchase. I went to many Mercedes showrooms before coming here and by far these people had the most amazing staff who genuinely like listening to what you want and working with you. I got my car custom made and it came out even better than what I expected!
My husband and I went to Mercedes to purchase a car. We had an appointment sent with Raffi. After test driving a few cars, we went inside to start the process. Raffi printed out the MSRP for my husband and went to get numbers. He came back a few minutes later with a total price that was $10k more than the price on the MSRP. When we asked him about the price, he pulled out a few additional signed contracts from other buyers where he shows a listing price and the overall total being outrageously higher than the listed price. One example was a selling price of $117k and charging the buyer $125k and said they can just because. We walked out and ask we were leaving Raffi said to us “I guess Mercedes isn’t for you.”—what absolutely terrible customer service and what a degrading comment to make to any potential client. We left and went to BMW and just next door to them and looked at cars that were listed at a higher price than the Mercedes and the payment was less than what Mercedes gave us. Buyers- be aware of going into this dealership and them overcharging you for a car simply because they can! Go right next door to BMW of Westmont and see Paul for a much better client experience!

Great experience/ timely manner. Cesar was helpful in explaining everything wrong with my brakes. But scheduled a follow-up service when I picked up the vehicle and still haven’t gotten an email/ confirmation regarding. Hoping they didn’t lose the appointment

Wants to charge you 5K + TAX over MSRP. Reason given Other people are buying from us and selling for profit this was for a minivan for our family. I would understand this if I wanted buy a car directly from the lot but this was an order for 6-12 months into the future.Expect price gouging to make a quick buck.

Loaner car was horrible tire needed air in two front tire a lot must had slow leaks. Ask for a courtesy wash upon pickup car was not wash. Just a bad experience.

Great timely service. I’ve been getting my service there since 2003 and it’s always been excellent! This time service was not as expected. My car was in service for 2 days and the problem still exist. This is the second time within a month that the car was taken in for the same problem.

Got vehicle serviced. That part was fine but the end result. My vehicle was not washed nor cleaned on the inside, as before. The service before did a “special “ inside cleaning d/t covid. That didn’t happen. I felt with the name I expected the whole package, wash and all. Can’t blame the cold, I have a garage. I didn’t feel special at the end :(
