Great service at an easily accessible location.The dealership is located near other dealerships and other businesses. You can easily get to each from any direction on the main Street.The service garage can fit a decent number of cars.Checking in is fairly quick. The service (as usual) depending on your needs is well timed and the communication is great.When you visit you feel at home. The people are super attentive and provide great customer service.They went above and beyond to provide great service. The pricing is reasonable. The staff found a way to accommodate a loaner and other services.I would very much recommend it.

My sales person(Lilly) made the buying process easy and competitive.They gave me a fair price for my trade in vehicle and negotiated pricing fair and honestly. My new car (430i) has a number of features that Audi couldnt match and although I figured out 80% on my own (or with the help of my salesperson on the day of purchase), Lilly encouraged me to return any time for help. Have done that once and may do that again as the need arises. Am pleased with my car and the buying experience at Laurel BMW

I came to purchase a car and I had a trade in and even after I told the sales man not to give me a low ball offer, he did. I should of left then, fortunately they ended up giving me what i wanted. I was purchasing a pre-owned X5, one had just came in that was super nice, fully loaded, big wheels, it was perfect. So…I’m excited to test drive it, I notice some light scratches on the doors and the tail gate so i mention it and he says we can have them buff those out. Then I get in to the car, it was in really good condition only thing was the windshield had a chip, again he says we’ll take care of it. So long story short I take the car home that evening with the promise to buff out the scratches and fix windshield. I take it back to have it done, takes them 2.5 hrs… I get the car back. I’m thinking that was quick. I check the car out and I call the service guy and tell him the scratches by the door handles are still there, which were my main concern! He tells me the buffer is a big machine and won’t fit in there I mean come on couldn’t they do it manually? I was very disappointed. They did take care of other scratches but seriously I would have never bought the car if I knew those scratches couldn’t be buffed away. I’m also waiting on the second key FOB, I’ve been told they reached out to the old owner … so let’s see if I have to chase that down. 😏

I was looking for a Luxury car for the first time, and I was excited about getting started on the journey. I went to many different luxury car dealerships and met with many sales people. To say my experiences were great at any of them would be a reach. I was getting frustrated with the lack of attention, and the overall feeling of being just another customer...until I got to BMW and met with Jeff Abbas. The minute we walked in he greeted us ( even though he was in the middle of working with another family) and told us he would be right with us. The second he was available he jumped right in to helping us and spent a LOT of time with us asking questions and getting familiar with our needs for a new car. He was able to go through many of the features of the car we were interested and was able to show us the actual car we would be able to purchase on the screen in his office. Being a visual person this was KEY to my ability to see myself in the car. We test drove the car that day and went on our way with NO pressure to buy. After a few more very disappointing visits at other dealerships, my decision was EASY. I was going back to Jeff, and ordering our new car from him. ( * side note* the dealership he works in, is not even the closest BMW dealership to our house). From the first meeting with Jeff until the last when the car I ordered from him arrived, he was nothing less than wonderful. His demeanor was warm, he was well informed, not pushy, easy to reach whenever I had a question, and even came in on his day off to give me the new car on the day I could make it, ONLY because he knew how excited I would be, and didnt want me to have to wait another day. THIS is how a car salesman should be, THIS is why I bought the car I did, and THIS is why I might forever be a BMW owner for life. Thanks Jeff. Youre awesome!!

What a wonderful experience. Jessica B. was just outstanding. You can tell she is a mom because of her caring nature and honest approach. We bought two cars from her in 5 days!! That’s how great of an experience we had with her. And we came back to sign a paper that we needed to sign and she personally washed our cars!! That was an absolutely pleasant experience purchasing my car. Bridget was 100% responsive and fully prepared throughout the process. I never felt like I was being sold, I felt like I was being heard and informed. There were moments when little things about the experience mattered and Bridget and team hit it out of the park. These little things were conveniences I asked for in order to optimize my time, and they delivered on all of my asks. I felt like I was buying a car the way I wanted to.

One of the worst service experiences I have had at any dealership. For a 10am appointment, I was made to wait for about 20 minutes by my car before I was seen by the “advisor”. For the regular service that cost me almost $1,100, no attempt was made by the advisor to CLEARLY explain what was being done. There was totallack of interest indicated by one word answers to my few questions. I waited 2 1/2 hours for service to be completed, during which no updates were provided on the progress. After paying for the service while the car was being washed, I waited to be called when the car was ready. No one bothered to inform me until I reminded them and got my keys. I have had experiences with my cars at other dealerships from Lexus (Exceptional) to Porsche (flawless) and Mercedes(Excellent). BMW does not even come close. I am almost dreading to take my car back at the dealership for tire replacement. Will NEVER own BMW again.

I went for an oil change, which went smoothly. Was told that there were certain parts that should be replaced. What was very nice is that James Randall who was helping me made sure the warranty covers them and set up the follow up appointments without me even asking. Very good service!

I mean, its nice, people are friendly and place is SUPER clean. But its not really any different than my Chevy dealership AND the one thing that kind of annoyed me was I spent $10k that morning on maintenance and an extended warranty and when my car was ready, they simply handed me the keys and I had to walk across the parking lot to fetch it. You cant bring it in to the bay for your customers? Youre supposed to be upper echelon BMW.But, with that being said, everything was fine, no real WOW factor, but whatever, Im not going to have anyone else work on my car and that mechanics bay was pretty impressive.

My most recent experience with Laurel BMW of Westmont was horrible. On Saturday, September 11, 2021, I was provided a loaner vehicle while BMW kept my car to replace a mysterious flat tire. The agent I was working with stated that a replacement tire was in stock, and the work could be completed by Monday, September 13. The afternoon of Monday, September 13 came and I had heard nothing from the agent, so I called BMW to inquire when to retrieve my car. The agent said the tire in stock was past its use-by date, and he needed to place an order for a new tire. How did he not know this on Saturday when he placed the order? He said to keep the loaner vehicle an extra day.On Tuesday, September 14, my car was ready and I picked it up that day, returning the loaner vehicle. The bill to replace the tire was close to $600 (including a tire alignment that cost a whopping $200). Way too much money... and how was this not covered by BMW? But, wait, the nightmare hasnt even begun.A week later I received a copy of the loaner agreement stating that I owed $36.75 for not refueling the loaner vehicle, but I had refueled it. This charge was in error. When I returned the loaner vehicle on September 14, BMW never checked it in. After a phone call and two emails about the mistaken $36.75 charge, the agent finally called me back and said there had been a delay in checking in the loaner vehicles, and I would not have to pay anything.I thought my problems with BMW were finally over until Sunday, September 26, when I received another mistaken charge from BMW: a toll invoice for $0.75 incurred on September 20, six days after I returned the loaner vehicle! As of now, I have emailed and called the agent again. I am furious about all these random charges that I did not incur and scared to death of how many more mistaken charges I am going to get. This has been hell. I will NEVER do business with Laurel BMW again, once this nightmare is over. ZERO STARS.

Cashier was not attentive to me, mostly chatted with the other cashier then gave me the keys so I can go find my car in the parking lot. I could not find my car and went back inside then a gentleman was surprised that someone didnt get the car for so he went to get it. My wife bought 2 toys car for my grson and after paying for it said those people are not friendly at all.

The car is beautiful, drives like a dream, features and upgrades are beyond words amazing, the BMW 750i xdrive is like having your own private jet, its truly perfection.

TOP JOB! Took my car into service and worked with Blake. He took all the details I provided and was very understand and knowledgeable. He kept me in the loop on the progress of the repairs and explained all the details along the way. He knew his cars and the parts like a pro! When I picked up my car the mechanic that worked on it was there and I had an opportunity to talk to him. He was great! We went through the paperwork and he explained what he did and answered all my questions. I had a lot of questions, and he answered all of them. I had a full windshield replacement for my F30, Jay mostly took care of me during my visits, they checked every single issues I had for my car.I was having some wind noise coming from the windshield after the replacement so I went there for my second visit. I went into the dealership to get a quote for an upcoming oil change and a service advisor gave a quote for $X. Great, no complaints or issues. On the day of my service I arrive and a new service advisor tells me the total charges will be $X +$100!!! When I asked him why has the price changed or what’s different. He told me he has no idea, this is the price. I stopped him again and asked him to go over the itemized quote. He did and insisted that this is the price. Fine. I finish up here and then take my quote to another BMW dealership where I’m instantly told one of the line items is an OPTIONAL service that just so happens to cost $100. Why was I lied to? Why was this optional service hidden from me even after I specifically asked the service advisors what changed? Why was this optional service never disclosed to me???

I found this car on automation.com, reserved it on line, called Laurel BMW, and made an appointment the same day. I had already shopped and knew what I wanted. One quick test drive and I left with a new car. The experience was very efficient and smooth and I love this car.. The X3 is an amazing vehicle.I had two minor issues. First the staff had a very difficult time connecting my android phone to the iDrive system. It seems everyone at the dealership had iPhones and my advisor couldn’t find anyone to make it work. It took an extra half hour. A training session on this might be in order. Secondly, the advisor didn’t spend enough time familiarizing me with the features. I haven’t owned a BMW for 15 years and the technology is very advanced. It took a long time after getting home to learn all the great features.

The service advisor must have been new. He couldnt find my appointment and when he inserted my key in their machine which brings up ownership info; it was someone elses name/number.When I picked up the car, the bill was $200+ more than quoted. He finally figured out what happened...I had been charged twice for the detailing.When paying, I told him I had a $37 credit in the system from a gift card I had not used on a previous visit. At that time theory computer system was down that day so they could give me a replacement card for the $37.His response was I already gave you a $60 credit which was nice of him but what does that have to do with the $37????

Our sales man, Paul, was outstanding. My husband was looking for a hybrid car and there weren’t any available in Chicago. Paul went above and beyond to find a car for us... they ended up bringing one from California! His customer service throughout the process was great! Paul was authentic and easy to talk to. I had the pleasure of buying a 2021 X3 from Jessica and Laurel BMW. The experience was wonderful. After having a bad experience at another dealer, I reached out online. Jessica responded and was open and upfront with what they could do and options for trading in my previous lease. Jessica was easy to talk to, did not apply high pressure and took time to make sure I understood the features of the vehicle. I was completely at ease and the negotiation process was smooth and comfortable. My time with Joe, the finance manager was quick, efficient and low pressure. To sell you a car, great.. but customer service sucks!!! My plates ran out and I havent received my plates In the mail like I was supposed to yet. Ok. Well tried every form of communication to figure out my plates issue and no one wants to help. Was last told I would get a extension on my plates and they would email me it.. guess what, nothing!! Then tried calling sales man that sold me car and he doesnt respond or call back... now Im stuck not being able to drive my car because no one wants to help me..

Great experience at Laurel BMW Brought my BMW in for a recall on the air bag. I decided to wait for it. I asked the salesman where to go for breakfast he suggest a place while I wait. He had someone drive me to the restaurant. Very good restaurant and very nice of Laurel BMW to offer me a ride there. Now that’s what I call great customer service. When I got back they even had my car washed for me. Thanks again would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Shopping for and buying a car comes with some negative preconceived notions. The experience has generally been one of deception and frustration for me. That changed when I found Laurel BMW. Their straight-forward pricing and friendly team made for a great experience. I wasnt as far down the road in my purchasing plan--but after a great visit with Darrell of Laurel BMW, I sped my plan up as I wanted a car they had in inventory and I wanted to work with someone as knowledgeable as Darrell. He also was not pushy/salesy--which made me want to reward him/them with my business. I LOVE my new X5 and was glad they had different financing options that rewarded people with great credit. The overall process was thorough and enjoyable and changed my tune about the car purchasing experience. I wanted to give BMW of Westmont 5 starts, but unfortunately giving only one. I will explain why. Last week I left my car for service. I had rattling noise in my front doors and 2 chips near windshield. After picking up car Ive noticed that paint job wasnt performed on the vehicle and I had huge deep scratch on drivers side and one small on passenger side, as it was Saturday I was told to call back on Monday and someone will help me. I left my job earlier so I can be at the dealer before 5. When I came, Jay assisted me, he inspected both windows and said that we will fix that. And I should receive call back, Ive asked some additional questions and Jay answered me. I would give him a 5 star. He also said that for touch up I should contact my sales representative Darrell so he can help me up to schedule appointment with Timmy. I said thanks and went to Darrells desk. He greeted me like an old friend, asked how I was doing and how he can help me. Ive asked if he can help to schedule a service for touch ups, because its already winter and I would like to get paint chips fixed because they were deep and I dont want my car to start rusting from road salt. He replied: Ive got you, can I see your car? I showed him car and chips, after half minute pause he said is your car jet black or black sapphire metallic? I replied that Im not sure, he asked me to go to his desk and wait for him. After 5 minutes he came back and said: I fixed your paint, you can go now. I smiled and asked, what? He replied, Its done, I did the touch ups. At this point I was speechless, my car was dirty, he didnt ask for my permission, I said alright than, thanks. When I came closer to inspect my car as it was dark outside, I found out that he actually did it and choose wrong color plus he didnt fill them out and you are able to see the steel. Ive never heard that dealership like BMW can do something like this to their customers nor did any other dealerships. Am I mad? Not really, this is definitely made me smile. But now I need to fix bad touch ups and both windows, theyre messed up tint and windows with scratches. At this point I would choose local shops instead of BMW. Im scared to leave my car for service as it might get damaged even more.I cant say that BMW of Westmont is bad place to buy a car, as I had great experience when buying a car. They have amazing customer service, every one I met here was friendly and wanted to help me.Dont get me wrong, Darrell is a great sales rep and person in general, hes been in this business more than 20 years, he definitely knows how to sell the cars and provide great customer service. But what he did today, just proves me: once you bought the car and not looking for another one, you are nobody.

I visited this dealership on September 9, 2021 for a routine oil change on my X5 2021. I sat with the Service Advisor ( James Randall). He seem very helpful upon our initial meeting. My husband and I waited in the lobby for an hour and fifteen mins or so and them I was texted that my car was ready… Head outside to my vehicle and it was wet due to the dealership washing it and all seemed great! We headed 5 mins down the road to a local restaurant and while waiting for our food my husband got out of the vehicle to stretch and noticed a long scratch along the passenger ride door panel! We called the dealership and know one was answering in service. Assuming that the had become busy we drove back to the dealership! Only to learn that the Sevice department was closed and they were unable to view the Advisors computer! We were told to call tomorrow….! Called and the Advosor told my husband that he had pics and he noticed the scratche on his pics and to send our pics! We decided to call the Service Manger to handle the situation and have NOT received a phone call back from anyone at Laurel BMW! This is my fourth BMW and I love the brand! But I will never purchase another BMW again! I’d like to know what has happened to providing a great customer experience! From purchasing through the servicing of such an expensive vehicle! I purchased a used car at Laurel BMW. The salesman, Luke, was great to work with. He quickly confirmed that the car I was interested in was available and took care of the process quickly. One important note about Laurel BMW is that they did not try to tack on any junk fees. They offered additional coverages but aside from giving info about them there was no pressure. I am very pleased with the experience and service provided.

I recently purchased my BMW from Laurel BMW of Westmont. I spent ALOT of time searching, shopping, test driving and visiting dealerships. In the current state of purchasing cars, meaning being very tough, these guys made it easy.Tony (salesman I worked with) was able to assist me with ease and also find the exact car I was looking for! I struggled to find the match I was looking for and even while I was out of town, he was busy at work tracking it down.When the actual buying process was in order, I was in an extreme time crunch. He made what is typically a long, tedious, drawn out process…PAINLESS!!He was able to not just sell me a new car and get the paperwork taken care of, but also process a trade in at the same time. All while being mindful of my schedule.I highly recommend these guys and will only buy my cars from him.

I took my car for an oil change. I think your attendant tried to scam me in to purchasing an emissions cleanser for $599. My car only has approximately 8000 miles. Why are trying to sell something that is not needed? Bc Im a woman? I dont appreciate that.

My experience during the purchase was great with Jeff Abas. It was up until I canceled my policy for extended warranty and GAP that my experience went bad specifically with the finance department. I was working with Devon who barely returned my calls or emails after asking multiple times on an update on my refund, I would semd documents in that they requested, even drive 30 min away to sign it in person yet alone asked to come in again for MORE documents. After it was all said and done, I had no return on calls, so I called the warranty company myself and was told they havent received any cancelation reauest. It was so bad that I decided to stop trying and I canceled it myself by getting a notarizer. I understand businesses are about money. Everyone has to make money. But when I simply just want updates and a quick and easy cancel, thats all I asked, but it was enough for me to have to go out of my way just to get my money back. I most likely would come back for purchase because the sales department was good. But I would stay away from getting anything other than the car, I would come in using a credit union and going through the credit union for GAP and Extended warranty over getting it with finance department. It was very frustrating.

I Personally would refer this dealer to all my friends and family and the sales person Lilly was so professional and nice and walked me through the process of buying and explaining each process very carefully until I understood.I was looking around for cars and had no intentions to buy a car but after talking to Lilly and the way she explained and helped me in every step, I just went ahead and purchased the vehicle. Just purchased a new, 2021 BMW 330i yesterday from Laurel. It was one of the best car-buying experiences of my life. Paul Labak, the salesperson, was a no-pressure guy who patiently explained all the cars features, answered a ton of questions, and worked with the money people to reach a very fair price. Upon your request from the automated email, I decided to leave a comment here. I’ve been servicing my car here since last year, and the service just gets worse each time I visit. Three days ago, I requested wheel alignments, waited for 2 hours, and ended up that my steering wheel is crooked, pointing in another direction. My issue was not fixed at all, and I spent 200 for this. Therefore, I had to come back on the next day and redid the alignment (fortunately they didn’t charge me the second time). The guy who took care of my car said there would be someone testing with me. I waited for half an hour and saw my car parked outside already. Driven by curiosity, I asked a woman why my car was sitting there. She double checked and found my car key been delivered to her desk already. Nobody told me that the work had been done. The guy went to lunch, leaving me alone waiting for a car that has been serviced. I understand that everyone is super busy, but you can’t just wait my time. I didn’t have lunch yet either.

Check-in process is painful, need some technology to replace the reams of paper that you print out. 45 minutes to drop off car. Regular service packages are overpriced and include unnecessary items such as changing remote battery for +$100. My windshield has a chip and it either wasn’t noticed or technician didn’t care to notify me. Will go somewhere else to get that repaired.Loaner car was good and pickup process was fairly smooth.

Not so proud SECOND owner of a 2016 BMW 750I. I purchased this car February of 2020 recently I noticed that the leather upholstery on the dash was beginning to bubble and lift. Upon this realization I immediately contacted Laurel BMW of Westmont. Conveniently my car was 3 weeks out of warranty. I was asked to bring the car in so that it can be looked at by the BMW Representative. Shortly after I was informed that they would offer me a “deal” to reupholster the dash. In this said “deal” BMW would cover the cost of parts, and I would cover tax as well as labor because BMW would be covering the parts out of “good will”. This is a very disappointing offer from BMW as a solution to the problem as BMW is a world renowned car brand and should have nothing but outstanding customer service. The reason for this subpar offer to a manufacturer defect was that I was the second owner to this car and according to the service manager “that’s something that matters to BMW”. All in all I walked away very disappointed both with the customer service offered at Laurel BMW of Westmont and the BMW Representative as well as the feeling of being judged. Unbelievably off Brand of BMW.

WOW, What a great experience . This is the first time I need service during the Covid 19 Issue. The Dealership was so clean I thought I was in a Hospital . I have been servicing my vehicles there for the last 20 years and its always nice to see the same faces.My goto service advisor, Mike Powoluski, is truly an asset to the company. Straight forward, no pressure, tells me what service I need and suggest up keep maintenance. The service director Mike Buzzelly, who himself, was my first mechanic, came up from the ranks with world of knowledge and is always around to answer any customer concerns.One last thing, I have to shout out about my current mechanic, I like to call him Dr Miguel because of he way he looks after my cars with care and makes sure that its in tip top condition.P.S What a surprise, when my car was completed it came out of the wash and I thought they detailed it. Dont forget, it might have cost me 10% more to service my car at the dealership, but you get what you pay off.Thank you

To begin, this review is not to slander the dealership or the salesman that assisted us to purchase the vehicle. This is purely an honest review for the public and hopefully for the company to review. We drove 5 hours to buy a vehicle at this location due to the high demand of the X3. The appointment we had with this salesman was not pleasant. The salesman interrupted us multiple times, answered the phone while we were talking, looking away, walked away to work with other people, pushy, and didnt spend the time to go over the vehicle. When asking specific feature questions about the vehicle the response was, This was the vehicle you inquired about. Keep in mind, shouldnt any salesman be able to answer your questions about a vehicle your purchasing?We asked to work with someone else for a better experience he insisted we wouldnt get any money off this vehicle, not even $2. We were not looking to haggle a deal but simply go over the pricing with the associated flaws on the vehicle, taxes, registration, and any possible incentives BMW offers (ex. new grad discount). Once we decided to purchase the vehicle we waited 3 hours to be seen my the financial advisor. We understand it was a busy Saturday but during the wait we were not informed on the process of our application, any updates, and just overall a very stressful day. I hope that no one else has this experience for their first time purchasing a BMW, I was very upset with how it went especially driving 5 hours for a scheduled appointment. Our financial advisor was very kind so at least the end of our experience was better than the first 4 hours.As a luxury dealership, I am VERY disappointed in the service we received.

I had been on the search for a particular car for a few months, and when the right car hit the market, Laurel BMW made time to see me right away. The car was very clean when I arrived and they had it pulled into the show garage so it was nice and warm and ready to be shown. Tony Alonso was the sales guy I worked with. The listing was just posted that day, so they didn’t even have photos posted yet. When I called and asked Tony about the car, he sent me a few text photos of the car and told me to stop in and see it. Tony was super laid back and I never felt pressured by him to buy the car. The whole car buying experience was really laid back, and the dealership is beautiful. Laurel BMW, and Tony Alonso did a great job and the all around buyers experience was great. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
