I didnt buy my car here but was in the area and had a check engine light i pulled into service around 330 the service writer Mike came out and said we can look at it now and i could wait about 1and a half hours or bring it back when they could give me a loaner i said look at it now and well go from there. Well to my surprise about 95 mins later my car was diagnosed, repaired and i was on my way. I cant say enough good things about there service. No appointment no history with them and my problem solved. I forget the techs name but many thanks to Laurel BMW from a new customer
