Chris and Rob were excellent and made a perfect color match on another vendors hue.

Had poor customer service. Wanted to get a paint chip in a recent brochure and was told there is no chip. Did not offer to order me one; just said dont have one - thats the way it is sometimes. I told him I couldnt buy his paint without getting a paint chip first and he really didnt care. They missed out on 2 condos I wanted to paint, and because of it went to another close-by store instead where I got wonderful service.
