Ive recently brought two of my vehicles here. One to have a tire replaced, which was a great experience overall. Received a phone call quickly after dropping it off, and reviewed the cost before doing any work. The second time was to balance two tires. All in all, will continue to come here.

Jim explained everything professionally and thoroughly to me. A couple things that I needed done with my car were taken care of and also things I don’t need at this time can be done next visit. It’s a relief not getting pressure from professionals after just getting work completed. I feel I can come back in and I’ll be treated fairly with Jim and mechanics. I just found my new tire, brake, oil change store!

Would have been a 5 star excellent experience......fast friendly service I got four tires and alignment. Great customer service, I think his name was Jim. He even suggested a better tire at a lower price!!I was so happy, until I just got home and went to put my metal valve stem covers back on. Now I see thin scrapes near the outer edge most of the circumference of my rims!( nope not dirt, I can feel the scrapes with my fingernail)Im guessing from the machine that takes off or puts tires back on a rim...I dont know, but I do know these scrapes werent there before they put the new tires on! I guess telling Jim the reason I do not take my car to the dealership since they scraped a rim when doing a tire rotation, was wasted breath! I thought that would have conveyed the idea that I do not expect to bring my car in for service and have damage done. Sadly, I wont be returning with my other car.

Jim at the front desk was so helpful with all my car needs. He took the time to explain my car needs and went through deals available for each service. Mavis quoted the best price for all of the services my car required. I would definitely recommend Mavis for you car needs and would also recommend requesting Jim’s help if he’s available!!

This is my go to shop for my car. The service advisor Jim at the front desk is extremely helpful. Spent a good amount of time explaining tires to me. I was unsure of what my car needed. Ryan the store manager reassured me that I would be good for a few more months with my tire. I was thankful for the few weeks and not having to spend money right away and gave me a few weeks to save up. This kind of business is what keeps me coming back to them. Thank you guys!!!

This place had some terrible customer service. Gentlemen picked up in the afternoon and downright hung up on me. Seemed like he hated his job. Why would you take a customer service position to talk down and belittle Customer. What a clown!

I was a former employee at a different branch of this company and my experience proved why i dont like the company. While working there As a tech or manager we diagnosed and fixed the issue my vehicle had. The service manager of this location said that what i brought my car there for was normal and its up to me if we should fix it.i found that very unprofessional seeing i have been around cars since highschool and have a small amount of knowledge on how cars work.. overall very unimpressed with how things were handled. Work was done in a timely manner thats the only good part.

Ask for oil change and rotation. Change oil and dont rotate tires said they were. Reciept says they checked TPMS, and battery 18in tire repair and balance ( I HAVE 20IN TIRES) NEVER LOOKED CAUSE STILL HAVE NAIL IN TIRE but asks me is it leaking air? No but need fixed Never fixed it. Place is a mess waited around for someone to come out. Stay away

Dont bother you can do better anywhere if you decide to buy tires beware of buying road hazard they just want to sell tires i bought new tires 5,500 miles on them got a nail in center they gave me a hard time about fixing said I need a tire because it was worn to far and the correct way of fixing was replacing it meanwhile I just got an inspection sticker and it was a tire shop also that measured the tread depth said my tire were perfect needless to say they wanted to do things correctly but did not want to rotate my tires which is included in the road hazard warranty because they didnt have time but took me in anyway and would have gladly sold me a new tire and if they had time they would not rotate to factory specs which is back to front cross front and put on back that is the correct way of a tire rotation on non directional tires also showed him in the owners manual and his head bent in he had no idea 😳 thats how you do it needless to say they did patch the tire and i will never ever do business there again

Needed a couple of new news so I called called for a quote, booked an appointment. Went in and my car was serviced on the scheduled time. What I did like most was that I was offered an alignment, told the price ($89) said no thank you and that was the end of it. I didnt get the usual lecture about it or an employee trying to sell me on something I all ready said no to. My tires were changed rather quickly and the bill was exactly as it was quoted to me. No surprises or trying to sell you everything else they have that you need like alot of places try and do. I wanted tires, I got tires. Timely service and affordable. Will be going back when I need brakes or tires again.

Dissatisfied with my experience. Paid $585 total after being quoted $275 for the services needed and was treated rudely by staff for questioning it.

If I could give a negative number I would. DO NOT bring your car here. I bring my car here for oil change, plugs, fuel filter, distributor and wires. Car ran better than when I picked it up $600 later. And I supplied oem parts. Sales man was more interested in up selling me more service than correcting the problem causes by their recommendation to have a fuel system cleaned. Not a big deal sensor probably got gunk in it. Accident happen. Long story short $1600 and car is at shop unsafe to drive. I drove it there after their work it is unsafe to be driven.

I ended up making an appointment as I was standing in line to see if my car could be fixed. So glad that I did. They took me in right away. They called me shortly after to tell me they needed to replace my brakes and rotors, of which I expected. They then checked to see what was causing my check engine light to be on and they fixed that as well. I definitely will likely be back if I need service. Thank you to all.of the crew!!

Whenever I hit a pothole, I know where to go for tire repair/replacements. These guys know what they are doing and always smile and clearly enjoy their jobs.Thanks for fair prices and great service. Re-torquing is a bonus, too. No one ever suggested this safety service in the past. Great place.

Honest, nice, and explain things. They recommended stuff but weren’t pushy. I like the transparent door to see into the garage section.Prices are competitive. There was a cheaper choice for my brakes, but the difference wasn’t large enough to deal with the rudeness of the other guy.Update: there was something wrong with something or other. They took care of me, fixed it pretty quickly. Awesome guys!

This is the only place my husband and I will go with any of our vehicles, even though we no longer live in Weymouth. The staff here is always super kind, helpful, trustworthy, and clear about what needs to be done. I recently went to another place around the corner from my new home out of convenience, but I got such a bad feeling that they were not being honest or transparent with me that I left and took the extra trip to bring my car here. The quote was about 1/2 of what was given to me at the other location, and they also were much more honest and made me understand what was actually going on. Highly highly recommend them!

Very pleasant and quick service for getting 4 new tires. Scheduled ahead online and made an appointment for 10 AM. I was taken immediately and was done by 11:30. Not bad for 4 new tires at all. Waiting room was spacious and coffee was available as well as two vending machines. Would definitely recommend!

Im giving 4 stars due to the pricing that Ive seen here compared to some other places. I will say they were kinda and polite and finished the work faster than they said they would (which was already pretty fast). Price aside I will mostlikely be a return customer!

I called asking if they could do battery check as i had to jump my vehicle multiple times over the lsdt week.I wss told to come in right away.When I arrived they took my car in imedistely, and found the 4 year old battery had desd cells. They installed a new battery and i was in and out in about 20 minutes.This location was previously NTB. I had used them before but never received such fast turnaround when it was NTB.

NTB was very easy and professional to work with prices are in line with other retailers. They were even able to do a small light job I needed done at a much fairer price than the dealership wanted to charge!

Received great service after the procurement of a set of 5 tires and everything was done magnificently.

Made an appointment to have my breaks checked as they were squeeking. Appointment was for 11, arrived at 10:45. Was told they would check and be right out. 12:15 rolled around and I went to the desk to determine the status. Oh, they are fine,nothing us wrong with them. Poor communication, understaffed, technician enjoyed eating chips while starring at my car on the lift.Dont waste your time.

Very disappointed in service. Had two tires installed they didnt install new valve stems on my tires. I got home and noticed and called them back. They informed me valve stems are extra $6 each. Every other tire store replaces valve stems with new ones. Very disappointed and wont be back.

Said no appointment needed on sundays so I was first one through the door at 9am. Here 3 hours and havent even started working in it yet. Just rear brakes and alignment. Ill probably be here another 3 hours. Avoid at all costs. So disappoint.

This NTB has no street listing. Meaning they do not display thier Street number! It took me 25 mins to find the address because its not in order from the other addresses to its left and right. I was there for Lyft Flex drive and the waiting room was over crowded and the staff from NTB and Lyft were not very attentive or esspecially polite. I do not suggest this location to anyone.Edit: I contacted the phone number provided today. They asked for my name and phone number and info about the issues. I was told I would be receiving a call back.Edit: 12/30/2020Apparently the company name is not NTB now, they have changed the name. I did recieve a call back from customer service, however the issue was not actually resolved. I told them the issues, yet they guy tried to say it was Lyfts fault for not telling me that NTB was the location. However it is the Locations issue of not having proper street numbering at the location. He mentioned that there are very small numbers on the glass door of this location, however he also did note that the door can not be seen from the street. Which makes that useless to anyone looking for the street address and not the NTB sign. Also he said I should contact lyft about the crowded lobby and such yet that space is shared so honestly its both companies responsibility to keep safe distancing during this time.

Am in town from out of state. Found a nail in my tire and needed it fixed quickly so I could continue with why I am here. It was a Saturday and they had back-to-back appointments. However, they were able to fit me in between appointments and had me back on the road in an hour. I am most grateful!

Filing in small claims right now for damaging 2 of my wheels while mounting the tires. Looks like the wheel was curbed and the damage is about a foot long.

I registered online, and was able to schedule an oil change within a few hours at a very reasonable price. I was in and out from my appointment in less than hour. Employees were friendly, professional, and helped me very quickly.

Its a good place you should call to check on the sales before getting tires and stuff done

Last week I changed my company cars tire in their parking lot. I got a nail in my tire nearby and thought to have them take a look even though they closed in 25 minutes but instead of pretending to care and at least taking a peak, they suggested I come back the following Monday. After I was done changing my tire thats when an employee came over and give me feedback on the job I did then did his best to suggest I take it to an NTB. My point is that even the slightest show of concern might have made me feel better but instead they were more eager to stand around waiting for close and making sure they had more business the following Monday.

WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Wanted a patch covered by my warranty plan. They replaced my tire with out telling me and DAMAGED my rim. Then charged me over $200. My tire was 100% repairable! Do your self a favor and stay away from this place and any other locations. They literally do NOT care about the customer or your vehicle. Most unprofessional unorganized place I’ve ever been to. I will be sure to never return and will make sure no one I hear speak about tires or work go to this place or any other location. Too bad they they screwed me over since my other vehicle, husbands vehicle and moms car needs tires.

Went in for oil change and 2 tire replacement. Service was prompt and staff was friendly and went out of their way for me to check my brakes without charging me. Price was lowest in the area for the tires and the oil change was only 19.99. I have visited before and always receive great service. I would highly recommend for any tire or service needs.

Recently bought four new tires.I went back for a bad tire due to the bad weather were having. they replaced it and customer service is great too... I dont have anything bad to say.

Went in for an oil change because I had a coupon. The wait was not long it was done rather soon but I got no explanation or input about what was done or how things looked or anything like that. Just youre all set he has your key sign here have a good day I actually had to go back in once I realized my tires werent rotated as it said they would be. They explained to me that they didnt need to be rotated. Well that would have been something to tell me before I left in my opinion.

I got there late last night. I had a flat tire and everyone was gone except for the front desk person and she tried to put a new tire on my car but was unable to get it on but I give her an A+ for the effort. She told me that it would be taken care of first thing in the morning and she was right. They changed my tire first thing

I booked a 10 AM appointment the day before and got the confirmation. Went there before 10 but there was no preference given for any advance appointment and had to wait 30 minutes for my turn. I went to repair a flat tire, and they made me wait more than two hours before they decided to tell me that the tire has to be replaced. Waiting in the lounge I could see they removed the tire and kept it aside for more than an hour. After I gave the confirmation to replace the tire, to be fair, it took another 15 minutes and my car was ready. 3 hours to repair/replace a single tire, not excited to comeback for other auto maintenance services!

First of all your staff are always polite and courteous. In this case I had called previously to find out if I could walk in for an oil change and was told I could but it would take about an hour and a half total. it was recommended that I make an appointment so I did. I kept the appointment got the oil change and still waited an hour and a half.

The place is fine for getting an oil change or tires but dont let them sell you on additional maintenance. They mark up their parts over 100% and there labor costs are very high. If they tell you any additional work is needed, save yourself some money and take it to a mechanic that wont rip you off.
