The ladies were really nice and my waxer was nice, she walked me through everything but she did leave 3 big patches of hair and wax still on me. I had to go home and get rid of the patches myself

I took my minor daughter in for an eyebrow clean up and my daughter was very clear that’s all she wanted when asked by the esthetician. Vicky proceeded to thin out her eyebrows and attempted to reshape them. When she returned home, I couldn’t believe how thin they were because she went in with beautiful thick eyebrows. I called to complain and was told that a manager would get back to me in a week. It’s now been four days and I have yet to be contacted. My daughter and I are praying they grow back because if they don’t I may have to take this further. If an esthetician doesn’t know how to do a simple clean up, they may want to look into another field of work.

The wax itself was not awfully bad, although I wasn’t pleased with my waver, but about two weeks after I started getting ingrown hairs. A ton of ingrown hairs and it itched and was uncomfortable and excruciating! It was so bad. I’ve been going to EWC for yeeeeaaaars, and this has never happened with any waxer I’ve had. I always exfoliate and use the ingrown serum, yet it did not help this time around. I typically go to Brea, but they were booked, so I settled for Whittier’s. Needless to say, I will NOT be going back. Maybe it’s just me, but… yea, my waxer did an awful job.

Although my appointment was a bit late, the service was great.

I just had my full bikini wax done with Esmeralda and I honestly cant rave enough about her. Im a super shy person and I hardly ever get waxed but Esmeralda was so welcoming. She was SUPER fast and kept me talking which helped. I was out with in 15 mins (I had a 5 week grow out). I was telling one of my girlfriends about her and she said she gets waxed by her as well! Ill definitely be booking with her in the future!

This place is cool. I am a guy and I went for my ears, and my nose to get waxed. I thought it would hurt but it didnt. Briana made my experience so comfortable. When someone is waxing your hair there is no time to be modest, but she made me relaxed.

I was very pleased with my experience at European wax center. I had my eyebrows done by Kristen and she was very friendly, thorough, and skilled. She listened very carefully to my concerns about my eyebrows and did exactly what I asked her to do. She is amazing! I am so happy with her service and will be returning to her 😊

So I booked my appointment no one discloses that there is a 9 minute late policy me in my disabled son walk in 1 minute over their 9 minute policy and get turned away after we drove 45 miles for my appointment and they dont have a manager on site they did not in no way try to accommodate me for being 1 minute late over their late policy Worst experience ever thank God for Glendora being able to accommodate me and disclosing their policy Chloe was rude and no way tried to help me do not book with her

I have been looking for someone or some place who can do my eye brows. It has been years since some one did them correctly! Love this place! Highly recommend them!

I have gone 2 times now and I love it so much! Charmaine has done my brazilian wax and shes so thorough and takes the time to tweeze any left over hairs. Its pricier than other wax places but the wax used here hurts less than others. Ive gone to a couple places where its pretty painful but its not as bad here. The after care is great too! Nothing but positive things to say!

This new center opened in Whittwood Town Center in Whittier. You may have to look to find the store, but It is a few stores to the left of Panera Bread. I went to wax my nose. It was a thousand times less painful than plucking them myself. Tear normally came out when I plucked my nose, but it did not hurt at all when Katelyn waxed my nose. It was great.

Changed location, was a little nervous but everyone was so nice!

I unfortunately can’t remember the name of the very rude woman who I was scheduled with. A person who works so closely with complete strangers should not be as unwelcoming as she was. I realized that I forgot something in my car before we got started, and told her that I was going to run out very quickly to grab it. She informed me that it I would not be able to since it was a timed service. Wow. My car was literally parked right outside. In addition, I was 20 minutes early to my appointment...wouldn’t this leave that much more time? There was no way I was letting this woman touch me, so I grabbed my purse and left. I will be writing to the corporate office about her inappropriate behavior.

Ugh this place is a hit or miss honestly. I’ve had great experiences and bad ones. They seem to change staff a lot. The newer girls really give the worst experience and the more advanced ones give great experience. I’ve complained once to the GM. She did give me a refund and told me when I was ready to go back and ensured a better experience. I decided to go back after months. Great service! Went back after...I wasn’t satisfied. I feel like when I pay 60$ everytime for a brazilian (including tips because even when they give a unsatisfing service I STILL tip) I should be satisfied everytime! Idk I am thinking of never coming back because it’s literally 50/50. Also they leave wax behind! I will be picking wax out of my bits for days. Today someone (Shawnie) informed me that they no longer want to do landing strips because the newer girls can’t do them. WHAT?!? That’s like a restaurant saying they no longer are serving fries because no one knows how to make them lol. No shade, I just have a love/hate relationship with this place.
