Ive been a customer for over 20 years. The beauty supply section is affordable. Prices tend to be much lower than Sallys. A variety of hair cutters and stylist to choose the one that best fits you. I go to Ida, she is very friendly and know how to do a fade. The staff at the cash wrap are always friendly and extremely helpful. I highly recommend and encourage you to try it out.

Lady who cut my daughters hair was great!!! She really took her time and my daughter loved her hair cut!! Only negative if u dont have an appointment dont go on the weekend they were super busy, however was worth the wait 👍

I got my hair cut by sylvia...my mom got her hair cut and washed by the lady next to me and I was charged more when all she did was spray water in my hair and trim it half an inch. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she barley looked at it and continued to just trim it.

Never had a problem until today. They accused me of not paying the last time I was there, which was in February 2019. My hairstylist said the cashier said I didnt pay and the cashier blamed my hairstylist. Any who, I had proof I paid. Manager didnt say much just stood there and also said my hairstylist. To my hairstylist, Ive been going to you for years and I would never do you dirty like that. Dissapointed and will never step foot there again.

I used to come here years ago to get my hair cut, and styled by the same girl, until She went to work at a different salon, in which I followed her. Due to my change in income, I tried coming back, bringing my daughter who has long hair. She wanted a trim, and requested to have just 1 inch cut straight across. My daughter walked out with more than an inch cut, and layers. SHE WAS UPSET!2nd visit. I wanted a trim so I made an appointment with a girl who had been there when I used go. Her name was Angie. I got to my appointment on time. The customer service was horrible. I was skipped by a walk in. I walked up to the counter, and let them know that I had an appointment. The girl at the counter was rude, and said that I didnt check in. So I eventually was able to get my hair cut by Angie, and she did a great job.3rd visit. I made an appointment a month later, and they informed me that Angie was no longer there, so I made an appointment with Dora, who I knew had been there a long time. THE SAME THING HAPPENED! THIS TIME I CHECKED IN, AND THEY STILL SKIPPED ME FOR A WALK IN! I DID GET MY HAIR CUT BY DORA, AND SHE DID GREAT, BUT THE GIRLS AT THE COUNTER ARE RUDE, AND TACKY! IM FINDING SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET MY HAIR DONE!

I received a haircut from Vivian in chair number 7 and had to wait 3 minutes when I first walked up as she was finishing her text messaging and then she gave me a 5 minute haircut and sent me on my way I got home look in the mirror and this is by far the worst haircut I have ever received from a hair salon. And all I got was a number 5 all around. Now so it looks like I get a professional haircut I have to go to yet another hair salon. This is a simple haircut I couldnt imagine a complex one, I would stay away.

Its a hit and miss with the girls at this place. Some put time into your hair and do a good job while some are bad, you just have to find your favorite girl and stick with her.

Ida is an awful person at this salon she had put 2 special needs lil boys in danger

I went there for a haircut and they completely ruined it I asked for them to cut 1 and half inch off the top and they didn’t even out the top so now one is longer and one is shorter I asked for a taper and didn’t receive one so by far this is the worse area in Whittier to get a hair cutPs: don’t trust Libya

I like this place but number 14 Lydia messes up my hair every time ask her to fade up my sides and there’s always patches of my hair longer when I check.

If youre an old lady go in but if you are young dont do it !
