First time in this location and if you take an appointment you have few minutes waiting time and a good customer service. Alejandra was my stylist and she has been great! Good attention for details and dedication to her job. She knows what she was doing and she was able to adapt the hair cut I chose to my hair quality.I strongly recommend her for the “Quad” location!

Got a haircut and treatment....it made a huge difference since it made my hair healthier and shiny.

If I could, I would not put a star at all! They did a horrible job to my daughters hair. A photo was shown so the stylist could see what kind of haircut was wanted. Said she could do it and in the end my daughter got a hatchet job done! I would not recommend this place to no one. If you cant do something then just admit to it. We had to go to another salon to get it fixed. Stay away from this place unless you want the same hatchet results.

Customer service needs improvement, as well as policies on taking down appointments to ensure accuracy and a realistic workload for the stylists. I called to make an appointment. Left my name, phone number, and desired appointment time. Showed up at the requested time and the same stylist who took my name down during the call said there was no record of my appointment and asked if I had showed up at the correct place. I checked the number I had called and said yes... then she awkwardly offered me the existing list to sign up for a haircut. I asked how long the wait would be and she said 30 minutes, so I signed up. I was seen about 40 minutes later-- 45 minutes before closing time. The shampoo and haircut went well with Guadalupe, but the stylist/receptionist walked by at one point and asked if she was almost done (we were about 25 minutes in). Guadalupe said yes, then a few minutes later said I was done. When I asked for a blow dry, she said it was too late, there were too many people in line for the final 15 minutes of their business hours that day, and that I should have requested a blow dry from the beginning. She offered for me to make an appointment the next day just for a blow dry. I declined since the point was not to get a blow dry by itself, but with the haircut. There really is a benefit to visiting more expensive salons. I will do that next time.

I went in asking for long curtain bangs because I didn’t trust myself with scissors and when I explained what I wanted to the nice lady, it took me half way through to realize that she was giving me thick straight across bangs which is completely different than what I asked for..

Went in to get a haircut but was told sign in and wait and that Id get a call when it was my turn. Never got the call pretty unprofessional if you ask me

Called to make an appointment and showed up on appotinment day. I was told as soon as i got there that i had to reschedule because they didnt have enough time to do my hair even though i made this appointment in advance! Would not recommend this place unless you live near by and just need a very basic cut.

Friendly ladies in this salon, first time I went here with Irene. Was recommended by an co worker and she did an great job. Shes very nice. Ask for her if youre planning to get an hair trim, you wont regret it.

Called and was told they where open till 8pm arrived at 7:35 and was told they where not taking anyone else i explained to them i called to confirm they where still open and they straight out refusedThey seem like my time to drive there wasnt that importantSo if they say they are open till eight on there website then they should have accepted my business. Since they are a customer base business very unprofessional!

Very poor service my first time going here. My stylist was rough with the trimmer, didnt smile once and I had to ask for a towel to wipe the hair from my face. Too bad though I have had a much better experience at other locations.

It was a great service, really slow but still on time, always had a great personality, kept talking and not paying attention to my hair I THOUGHT SHE WAS GONNA MESS UP AND SHAVE MY WHOLE HEAD OFF. But overall they tried and was a fine service
