Very helpful. Genuine interest in the customer and quick to help everyone in a timely fashion. It was slow when I went in but I could tell even when they are busy, customers is their priority. Answered all my questions without making it seem like I was a bother. Great place to shop for your games.

We went in search of the limited edition animal crossing nintendo switch. the nice employee told us they were all reserved, and their location had no indication if more would come in, though he told us when next to check in. he also told us about his experience with supply of limited edition consoles, making the promise of our getting an Animal Crossing switch sound less and less likely. o well! the game stop experience was all it shouldve been.

Amazing place, practically my third home. Im a die hard gamer who also loves collectables and little trinkets, and this location does not disappoint. Even the used items are amazing. I keep seeing this one guy at the counter who is always nothing but nice to me. Would recommend for gifts for a gamer, or a collector.

Has whatever you want. Even if they dont they will give you a replacement or get it quickly. Staff have always been friendly and knowledgeable. They seem to really enjoy gaming.

Reserved a game for store pickup last night. Price increased threefold overnight and they refused to honor their advertised price. Extraordinarily useless staff - I foresee this location closing sooner than later (completely empty store). I would not recommend.

Video game stores like this are a great example of a specialty store, where the staff is enthusiastic about the product and the options are vast. A great business model that is unfortunately slowly dying out. Love this place.

Sign on the door says We Have Switch bundles. Employee tells me they can ship them to my house next week. Thats not the same thing.

I pre-ordered a PS4 from this Gamestop for launch day. When I got it home, I got the blue light of death on my console. I contacted Playstation, and they told me it would take 4 weeks to get a new one out to me. I took a chance, and contacted the Monticello Gamestop to see if there was anything they could do. They made some calls, and were able to get a new one to me within 48 hours. Best customer service ever.
