This is the only mechanic in Williamsport that I trust. I am convinced that every other shop I have gone to tells me what CAN be replaced, not what NEEDS to be replaced. I trust that Dwayne is not trying to squeeze me for every penny, and that he only fixes what is broken. He also always takes the times to explain to me what he did and why. And to top it off, Dwayne and his employees always do a great job. And the ladies that runs the phones and the books are always pleasant and helpful. I recommend this shop to people all the time.

Theres little I hate more than car issues. NDH takes the frustration out of car issues. They find ways to delight and deliver. They call to remind me of appointments, and annual inspection scheduling. Customer service isnt a department here, its a skill. Very good at educating to my satisfaction what needs done and why and demonstrate why when the work was done. Honesty, integrity, and service. No risk with NDH!

I will be a loyal customer. Over the last year or so NDH has been quite busy, so make sure to call ahead. Waiting can be a little disappointing, but I can say I find it worth the wait to have a mechanic I trust. This shop has been a real blessing for me and my family.
