Every time I take my vehicle here, it is a good experience. They are knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and above all else....not dishonest. I recommend them to my friends regularly.

It was good because though I new it wasnt something serious wrong with my car they started from letting me know it was a minor problem. I thought that I was a women they would take advantage. He let me know from the door it was something minor. And if it was something else we would go from there. Thank youIm filling more comfortable at this moment

Inspected my Jeep Patriot, a week later the rear subframe completely snapped while I was driving down high street. Thankfully, my wife and child were not in the vehicle and it was at low speed so nobody was hurt. I was told by honest auto it would have been impossible to tell without banging on the frame with a hammer that it was rusty.(not exactly honest especially when you consider they put a muffler on it with an impact gun. When you hit an impact under the vehicle it rains rust. I have a bucketful as proof.) When I had another mechanic look at it he was horrified I have been driving this vehicle. The subframe was barely holding on by a thread when it snapped and the front subframe is not road worthy and will not pass inspection. I will be filing a complaint with DOT as honest auto doesn’t see a problem. I wish I could leave negative stars as under different conditions of the breakage someone could have been hurt or killed. I wish I could provide the pics in this review. In a twist of Irony this vehicle was purchased from the below reviewer.

OMG I love these guys. I got a flat tire today and they went out of there way to fit me in and get 2 new tires put on. I loved that they called around for the best deal and kept my finances in mind. Wont go anywhere else.

I had a slow leak in my tire but had a spare tire at home. Showed up to honest auto repair with no appointment, and I was in and out within 30 minutes. They saw I was in a desperate situation and helped me out. Was extremely happy with the service and Ive no doubt anyone else would too. I know of others that said the same. Fantastic guys. I was three and a half hours from home with a valve stem cap stuck to my valve stem on my tire with a very low tire. I tried rust freezer to get the cap off to no avail. They managed to squeeze me in to fix it during a very inconvenient time and they were polite and friendly the whole time. Im a mechanic myself so when I say they know what theyre doing, that carries some weight. While its very unlikely Ill ever be in the area to hire them again, I left very very satisfied.

Came in without even setting up an appointment, guys treated me great with helping to fix my car at a cheap price. I do most of my own work on my car, so I rarely go to a mechanic cas I often dont trust them. Thats guys helped me to fix a problem I wasnt able to solve as an dyi mechanic real quickly. I would totally recommend them!
