Order 4 milkshakes. 3 of the four wasnt made right. I asked if they was out of the PB cause there was no swirl on the inside of the two of the milkshake and then no swirl on top of the three milkshakes. Employee gave me attitude said something under her breath n walked away with milkshakes. Asked about getting my receipt printed cause I didnt get one when I paid for the online order the manager asked me whats wrong told her never apologized then tells me she is unable to print the receipt. One good thing was the employee (make-believe Kevin) printed out my receipt. So dont go to the sheetz on mayard st from now on I will take the drive to the one on the golden strip.

Always long lines. Never more then 1 cashier. Every time I order french fries, its NEVER filled to the top. Tonight, my fries were only half way filled. $9 for 2 order of fries thats only half way filled? Ridiculous! Not worth the money!

Worse sheetz lines has at least 5+ ppl with one person working the register. Makes no sense! Hire more ppl!

I always have a good experience with employees and patrons.

Took over a half hour for simple food. Literally everything I ordered was cold by the time I got home and I live literally 3 minutes from the store. This is unacceptable. One person wasnt even helping the others cook. I cook for a living and could have easily cooked everyones food in the store in the amount of time it took to make one order.Edit: pretty sure I got food poisoning from the absolute dumpster fire of food that I was served.

Too many people in the place and bathrooms are never cleaned and hot food I order is always cold.French fries are always soggy and taste nasty.

So Im usually a Dunkin person but dunkins are close today so I went to a sheet and I ordered one of their specialty iced coffee drinks it was the most disgusting thing Ive ever tasted I got a mile down the road and threw it out the window I couldnt drink it

I love it here food is grate and the staff is awesome, but its time to put the drop ceiling back up or clean up there cuz the surveillance cameras should not be fuzzy along with everything else up there I wouldnt want any of that to fall into someones food its nasty it is not a good look for you guys Im a truck driver and I come through often if not cleaned soon, your 5 Stars will turn into 1 thank you its up to you now if your even reading what ppl are saying

Was given uncooked food and told they don’t do refunds.

Completely messed up my fiancé’s order; he wanted a sub and got a melt, it wasn’t even toasted like he ordered, and there was a hair in it. I got a turkey melt on a bagel toasted and it seemed like the bagel wasn’t even toasted, just stale like it sat out for a while. Not satisfied at all.

More than half the time I stop here for gas while I’m working and the new chip reader at the gas pumps fails to read my card. The card is brand new yet I’m always having issues with it reading. I have to pick a new pump and hope that one works so I don’t spend my whole shift attempting to pump gas. Lately I just try avoiding stopping there for gas. The one on the strip has the same issue. Must be poorly/cheap made.

Absolutely disgusting urinals and toilets. Urinals have been full if the same paper towels, gum, and other stuff for the past week. One does not automatically flush. Where is the manager, doesnt he/she check any of this stuff??

By far the best place to get gas.

I work nearby and usually stop at Sheetz for lunch. But since this new one has been built, they have very rarely not messed up my order. Often times they dont have the ingredients for non-made to order sandwiches. And when you do get the order that you wanted, they dont really seem to care whether their subs fall apart as soon as its unwrapped or not.

I live locally and frequent this Sheetz, 1/3 of the time when you pay extra for a sauce you won’t get it. If you’re not busy check to make sure they have done their job before leaving.

I always stop at this Sheetz when heading south from Corning. I have never been disappointed in it, and if the line wasnt behind me, Im sure I could chat the staff up for a while. They all seem pretty nice, at least mid-day.Sadly, last year I went through while it was being rebuilt and missed it sorely, so today (as of this review) I will be down there and get to see the new one for the first time! I look forward to it.I have always loved the Williamsport area and this little stop is always part of the fun for me.I wish we could get a Sheetz up here in the southern tier! Dandy mart rules this land though so its a pipe dream.As a final note: I hope the new bathroom is as comfortable as the old one was.

Ive got some of the best sandwiches i have ever ate from this Sheetz. Thanks alot towards the hardworking employees who make such awesome stuff which is some of why the customers come again and again and honestly such employees are certainly deserving more wealth of the wealth pie such as the are exactly why such business is more profitable being that the make awesome food that customers come back again and again.Thanks again and keep making awesome food.

This place has amazingly good sandwiches, and healthy snacks such as fresh fruit in addition to more traditional snack food. Polite friendly staff. Clean restrooms. Also sells gasoline. It is really busy due to the location so there might be a wait to check out.

Somebody there either cant read food orders or just doesnt care. Two separate times my husband and I ordered food and got something very different from what we ordered. 8/23/19 12 am. Please find that employee and re-train them.

I give this Sheetz Five stars because everytime i go here they are friendly and kind and have a heart of good the food is always fresh and they are always well stocked they know how to too help the customer in their time of need.

The food is so good and the staff is nice. They do really well for always being so busy. A few employees though are idiots and I dread seeing them when I walk in. But it’s alright. I’ll survive.

I love sheetz, but being right off the highway and next to a collage you would expect them to staff it with more then two people... you would be wrong. One cooking, one running the register... and thirty or more people waiting. Sad they are usually such good places to stop.

One of my regular stops when travelling between DC and Rochester, NY; just off of expressway, consistent service, gas, drinks, hot and cold food served, a generally clean public restroom inside of the store makes it pretty safe for all times of day or night.

This location has bad service always waiting for food but theres no other place to get all that sheetz goodness

My brother and I went in to use their atm and get some soda. We found our things fine and went to check out. We preceded to the checkout line. One of the people behind the counter was flirting with a girl and the other was stocking cigarettes. We were probably standing there for 2-3 minutes with Noone I front of us. Then an older man Comes up and gets checked out right Infont of us as soon as he walks up. Then the man finished his conversation and checked us out. I for one will not be shopping at this sheetz again.

Today was the third time in recent months that Ive come to this sheetz and there is no coffee ready. They seem surprised every day about the morning rush. The store is always a mess and the lines are unacceptable. But to not have coffee at 7am 3x since I started coming here that alone is enough to make me change my morning routine....get it together sheetz on maynard

Went in to get gas, waited in line, finally get to the register and get told Im at the wrong one, so I go to the right one as directed and wait another ten minutes as Im ignored by the cashier. Finally got tired of waiting and being ignored, so I walked out and took my business elsewhere.

Terrible to get in and out of with all the traffic and the way they have the traffic flow set up . Paid 4 dollars for a speciality coffee and the cup wasn’t even filled full . Half of the cup just empty . Will be visiting another Sheetz in the future .
