Basically had the wait all day for install and needed to drive to a shop as it was raining. The shop was disgusting and took over 2 hrs so it basically took me all day waiting and it finally got done at 4pm.

Service was done and explained on a timely matter!

Hands down the worst business Ive dealt with in 28 years. My window had to be replaced twice because the first time it was done incorrectly. Also they need to come back out a third time to replace broken clips and resecure panels that they never screwed back in. After being instructed to take the tape off of the windshield in 24hrs I do so and the paint came off of my car with the tape!!! I now am going through a long and painful warranty process with my insurance company who recommended them. Very upsetting! I own a business my self and I would never think to business like this. I am more upset knowing that there are people out there that dont know that there car is damaged after using this company.
