They do great work at a very fair and reasonable price. I would recommend this place over anywhere else in the area

I would not recommend. I have a long list of issues i had with them. Lied about the amount of time will take. Changed the hours the day i dropped my car off. I could go on seriously but my main issues now is i have air coming in through the bottom left of my windshield. I dont want to take it back because of the prior issues i had before. Just dont do it. You have been warned and i was told some of these reviews are fake.

Good and fast work

Despite the poor reviews, I took my car there with a crack in the windshield to have it replaced. They took the car most of the day and everything was great when I went to pick it up at the end of the day. Not the most professional place, not the most friendly staff, but they replaced my windshield for $199 and I havent had a problem with it (1 year later).

I wanted to support a black-owned business in Wilmington. I took my car to have the windshield resealed, NOT REPLACED. Unfortunately, when the work was completed, I discovered my original manufacturers windshield had been replaced with a substandard windshield. I also discovered that my high-end windshield wipers had also been replaced with cheaper ones. After bringing this to the attention of the owner and his team member, they verbally insulted me and refused to reinstall my original equipment. Beware of this place!! Use them at your own risk!

Great service

I generally dont like to give poor ratings. But this place is different. My car got broken into yesterday (Thursday-Friday overnight). I called and asked if they had any appointments on Saturday morning--the guy (owner?) said he would come early in the morning at 7:30am to get the deposit to pick up the part, and promised that it would have been installed by noon on Saturday. Guess what? We showed up at 7:30am and no one was there---we waited for 30 mins and no one answered. We called several times and it just went into voicemail. I cant believe how a business can be so flaky...especially the fact that it can contribute more inconvenience to the customers. Now that my Saturday options are all gone, I wont be able to fix my broken car window until Monday/Tuesday.

Went there purposely to support the business in spite of the poor online reviews. I had gone to them a few years ago they were very fast and had the lowest price. So based on my own experience, I solicited them again. BIG MISTAKE!!! The installer, damaged the molding around the door completely breaking it into 3 pieces, then put blue painters tape on it to conceal the damage. The owner attempted to have the damage repaired, but actually caused more damage including stripping the clear coat and paint off the car, leaving my car with permanent scratches in the Paint. I dont usually comment on but BEWARE, this shop is the WORST IN AMERICA! #CMONMAN

Inexpensive and fast service and been around for long time. Remove lose change and important items from your car, it is open

This place is horribly run. The owner obviously does not care to be there. Brought a piece of glass in to have several cut, paid in cash in full, and after more then a month they were still not finished! Luckily they did reimburse me. I dont recommend this business at all.

Never got a response from them. No call back.
