Service for my Spark done here. Took longer than expected, but due to the NC inspection I had done while there(the computer system that tracks the inspection was having an issue) took 2.5 hours. I waited masked up in lounge area, reading and watching tv. It was not an unpleasant experience.

Robert Ross was an outstanding salesman. Super helpful, great communication throughout entire process. Even gave a (much needed) driving lesson!

This is my first ever review I’ve ever taken the time to do. 1st my brand new 2021 trail boss with less the 800 miles can’t shift out of park. After its towed to Gordon I’m told a part needs to be replaced and this part will arrive the next week. I ask for a loaner and they say they’ll let me know when one is available. After days of getting rides by my coworkers to work I call and still no loaner so I request to get a rental that they will pay for (I’m worrying about how I’m getting to work 3 weeks after buying a $50k truck), answer is yes as long as it’s a GM vehicle. A miracle happens and less than 10min later they call and a loaner miraculously becomes available (so they don’t have to take the hit on the rental). I plan on keeping the loaner/rental once GM customer services actually calls me back to handle my complaint even after my truck was repaired. I receive a call about the loaner and notified them that I was waiting on GM to call me back and was then told that the vehicle would be reported stolen by Roxanne, essentially threatening to have me arrested (I’m a licensed medical professional so that would ruin me.) I return the loaner only to get a hard copy on my invoice saying that no part had to arrive, but instead metal shavings were found in the fluid which was drained and replaced prior to just reinstalling everything. The very next day GM calls me back so they would’ve gotten their Malibu back the very next day anyway. They are a great representation of the GM product that they sell! Bailed out by American tax dollars only to outsource jobs to produce terrible quality. Chevrolet, the heartbeat of Amer...China and Mexico.

Cannot say enough great things about this place. I just purchased my second vehicle in 2 years from here. Ryan is amazing to work with in the new car department. And Raj is phenomenal in the used car department both my experiences were great from first phone call to driving off the lot. Raj is very friendly, helpful, professional and an all around great guy. He is very responsive, respectful and you can tell he really loves what he does. Again, I cannot say enough good things about him. No doubt I will be back. 5 out of 5 stars for sure.

Great staff. They always keep me updated with calls while my vehicle in the shop as I cannot wait for it there. I drop it off and head to work with a friend. And they dont do other things other than what is asked of them to do.

HORRIBLE customer service in the service department. the lady’s that answered the phone wouldn’t let me speak to the Manager. They made up lies saying that i’ve been calling saying people are liars, and to discontinue my service. they left my car FILTHY

They refused to even look at my car.
