Always had great experiences with them. This time was a little different. I ordered my spray tan 10 days ago and just got an email with tracking today 9-17 stating its going to be sent today after I had to go out of my way and ask for it. If I hadnt asked for my tracking today I wonder how much longer it would have taken to be sent out. It should never take 10 days after the order is placed to be sent. Not the typical experience Ive had with them in the past as usually Id order and theyd ship right away and it would be on my doorstep within 1-2 days.

Training was very detailed and tons of tips and tricks. Lots of hands-on opportunity with the trainers. Sierra and Kaci was very experienced and knowledgeable about the brand, products, techniques, and marketing. My only suggestion is to have signs within the hotel or training facilities. Besides that, I strongly recommend the training to anyone needing a refresher, anyone who is a beginner or just looking for tips and tricks on spray tanning techniques; more importantly a trusted brand/product that is safe and easy to perform with ongoing customer support if needed. I was also very surprised by the soft scent (hardly any) of the bronzer and tanning solutions; including aftercare kit compared to other brands. Im looking forward to offering spray tanning using Aviva to my clients here in Seattle! Thank you both for a FABULOUS hands on training and lecture!

Good colors and products don’t buy in bulk unless your very busy they turn Green so I buy the sample sizes. They all turn green once they get air. Aviva is ore natural which resonates with my clientele.

I have used other products in the past and thought Id give these guys a shot and Im so glad that I did. Try it and you will be amazed at what theyve done.

I get certified through AVIVA Labs about 12 years ago. The people working there are so nice and helpful...wonderful customer service especially Mike Burns who helped me out with a quick response and got me a new certificate that had been lost!! Spray tan solution is flawless!!! 25 stars for sure! They might cost more than what you find on Amazon but I am telling you from someone who’s bought less expensive in a pinch that it is NOT worth the few bucks difference!!

I would highly suggest any spray tanning business to try the new cool and warm tanning solutions. They dry quicker and are such a gorgeous color. I love all of the solutions, but these are by far the Best!! Thank you Aviva fir always advancing your products.

Love Aviva Products my clients in alot of cases are getting 8 to 9 days out of their sprays. VEGAS is my signature color my clients are so pleased with this blend they rarely want to try something new, I have to say though in 2022 I really would like to see a line of new colos to choose from. I cant say enough about Aviva labs! I have been using their solution and products for several yrs. I have tried lots of other solutions but I have yet to find something that even comes close to the quality of tan. On top of great product their customer service is wonderful! I rushed an order of solutions due to a rush of appointments. But the order was super delayed because of winter storms. I contacted their customer service-- They refunded my shipping and sent me a bottle of solution by air mail(free of charge) to get me by. I was super relieved by their response. Aviva has the BEST solution— organic and gorgeous. I can’t use anything else. My spray tan business is Bronze Palms Spray Tanning in Downtown Campbell and my clients are obsessed. Shipping is quick and after a certain amount of $ it is free shipping. I always wait it out until I order in bulk because the weight can make shipping expensive. Nonetheless, great quality and the customer service is superior.

We have yet to have a color issue with all of our clients, everyone is super happy with the custom natural looking tan. Also the all natural hypoallergenic solution separates us from our competitors with some of clients having peanut allergy’s. It’s always comforting to know and share with our clients the true ingredients!2nd. We cater to large parties that sometimes get booked last minute and we have to refill our stock real quick. Every single time I order it’s waiting at my door step the next day or 1 day after! It amazes me how fast it comes sometimes.We wouldn’t be were we are today if this convenience wasn’t available.Price may be a little higher then other solutions, but totally worth every penny!

I love the tanning solutions. I have been using Aviva Labs since 2012. Their solutions dry quickly, are not sticky, and do not have fragrance. The rapid city tans are my clients favorite since they can shower in only 2-3 hours. This works really well for the hot Miami climate.

She took time during the hands on portion where we received one on one guidance from her and feedback on our technique. Brian was great explaining the business and marketing portion of the class. He informed us on the trends of small start up businesses and the changes in how they are being marketed and how they are growing. After the class he sat with us and shared even more information and even gave us links to websites and told us about current software that would help us during the whole process; from making fliers to processing credit cards: he covered it all! Together Alice and Brian were a great team and their years of experience in the industry gave them the expertise that anyone interested in this business would greatly benefit from taking their class!!

I earned my spray tan certificate from Aviva Labs and love their solutions. Few months back I tried another brand of tanning solution (will not name brand) and which was absolutely awful due to super tacky and my test subjects were orange. Needless to say, I will stick to AVIVA LABS solutions bc they are amazing!Aviva Labs solutions are easy to apply on all skin/body types, short dry time, non tacky feeling, colors range from natural glow to dark, and best of all my clients are in love with their tans! FYI.....I have fair skin and have applied all solutions: winter glow, 8%, 10%, 12%to 16% to my skin and my skin DID NOT turn ORANGE!!!! This is extremely important in tanning solutions bc thats the clients worst tan nightmare. With that being said....Im confident in telling all clients and future clients that my spray tans will never turn you orange! Thank you Aviva Labs for making an AMAZING tanning solution!
