Walked in on June 4 and spoke with Tyler to get a price on shoe moulding. He quoted me a specific price. I walked in today June 11, and Matt assisted me and quoted me a different price for the same product. When I asked Tyler about the price, he acknowledged it, but Matt blew it off in an obnoxious manner. Customer service is obviously not a top priority here. I came back here because I was extremely happy with the way Tyler presented himself the first time. But disappointed that he didn’t stand behind his original quote.

Waste of time. Dismissive and unhelpful. Wouldnt even offer to help me with 12 interior doors. Just said have to wait weeks or more. Didnt get out of his chair to even help with option to potentially order.

Way better price than other home improvement stores especially if you are doing a bigger project. The store itself is kind of creepy how big it is and there is never anyone inside. Putting an order together with a sales person who types it up is like a blast from the past.

Hit or miss I guess. Ordered a large custom patio door and it was delivered in a timely manner. Now I ordered some lumber for a large pergola build and they dropped the ball. Asked for a Monday AM delivery the previous Thursday. “Not a problem”. Evidently, somebody screwed up somewhere, didn’t think to call, and I had to call in the afternoon to find out they can’t deliver it until the following day. So next day nothing has arrived by 10:20. Call and I’m told I’m the 15th stop on the truck that left 5 minutes ago. Waste of my time and money. 👎🏻
