A beautiful location to work on a laptop and enjoy some coffee. I like their attention to design and the gardening they do on the outside. You can often find fresh cut flowers on the tables. Their wifi works well and they have a good selection of food for the times they are open. If you’re staying for awhile take advantage of the $1 refill option on ice teas and coffee.
This place has it all! Great coffee, solid food, and always consistent. Multiple ways to order (in person, online, in store kiosk) and it always comes out promptly. I go here weekly and it’s always a great incentive to get out of bed.
Both our special and regular coffee was delicious. The bagel breakfast sandwich with chorizo was amazing! My husband also got a slice of avocado toast which he enjoyed. Highly recommend
I would give the coffee 5 stars but the bagel sandwiches 3 stars. The bagels themselves were delicious. But the sandwiches were a whole lot of bagels and not a lot of the other stuff. The interior was decorated very nice for Chirstmas and Santa was there. The place was very busy the entire time we were there but we were able to find a table.
We love Brew Ha Ha the location we frequently visit is in Trolley Square. When ever we are around the corner at the park we make a frequent visit for a treat and coffee for me! Very cozy has outdoor seating that is pet friendly. My son love there huge cinnamon rolls and my daughter love the brownies. Cute location and walking distance for folks that live in the city.
A typically decorated coffee house but a little noisier. Plenty of seating and open space where music, conversations and the roasting machine noise fills the air. This is by far one of the larger local coffee shops I’ve been to. I think the toaster operates independently of the actual coffee shop however, they share the same space. The roasting room advertises tasting from 8a-2p M-F.Cold brew is available and really good. It’s a more mild and smoother cold brew than most coffee shops, non-mainstream, serve.
I love the food and drinks at brew haha and will continue to visit the location, which is why I’ve given 4 stars, but the experience is sometimes frustrating.During the pandemic, online ordering was introduced which was exciting because I’m a deaf person who struggles placing orders at the counter (especially with masks).I’ve noticed that when I place pastry orders, the pastry I’ve ordered does not get packed before the drinks are created— what this means is that other customers placing an in store order can purchase and receive the pastry that I’ve already placed an order for and then it sells out before my order is packed. The staff tries to be accommodating by listing other options for me, but I can’t hear the options or see what is available because there are no labels in the glass case…or some items will be labeled but not others.Additionally, it’s difficult to listen for my name being called at the counter, and the counter gets overcrowded with people checking for their orders. It would be helpful if a screen could show the names of the orders that are ready, or if the pick up area was actually used so that the order receipts are more easily in view. These aren’t problems that are exclusive to brew haha but they really diminish my experience.
Very good coffee shop with very friendly staff.I enjoy it considerably more than the other location.
I had an ice Thai coffee and a peanut butter with banana and honey bagel. Everything was pretty good. I chose to eat outside. They gave me a number and told me they would bring everything out. I wish they would have brought out a napkin when serving it to me because it was very messy. Also, I had to go back inside to get my coffee..
I was in Wilmington for a very short amount of time and since it was a Sunday, literally, everything was closed. I checked this place out and it was so pretty. The place was lined with beautiful flowers and the inside was super cute. The server was also very helpful and nice. Their mocca cold brewed haha was delicious. Id definitely hang around here if I were ever in this town again.
I really like the food and coffee at BrewHaHa and really like to support local businesses. This location always has great food, but is usually a little slow. I understand its one of their busier locations, but the attitude of the staff as been really disappointing. I try to give the benefit of the doubt but this morning I was very dissatisfied with my experience. I waited 20min just for an iced Chai while I watched others who were served after me promptly recieve their order. I informed them that I had waited a while and the barista behind the counter replied with well so has everyone else. It was clear to me that no, everyone else wasnt waiting that long. My drink had simply been forgotten. Some accountability would be nice because I do like BrewHaHa, but I cant justify spending money here if theyre okay with that kind of service.
Always friendly staff and good coffee. Theyve done a great job providing safe service options in the pandemic with web/mobile ordering and texts when orders are ready for pickup.
Rates are affordable and service is so good.
Perfect day for frozen coffee! Very safe pickup 👌
The best latte I`ve ever tried! The interior is absolutely amazing!
Got a gift card for a friend. Great service.
Good coffee, really cool environs, and the place to grab some java in Trolley
Didnt quite understand what we were going there for lunch but a very limited menu did not eat there
This is my go to place for lunch with very friendly staff.
Terrible experience. We wanted to support local business and went in this morning with proper face coverings and socially distanced. We were welcomed and asked for our name, we then proceeded to order but the lady behind the counter said no we cant do that, it has to be online. We said OK and started to order online via phone, she told us to leave?! It was pouring rain we asked if we could order online inside due to weather and she said NO! We walked out, unbelievable customer service. We will never go back.
Wow. The outside is super professionally landscaped, a refreshing sitting garden to feel like you are not sitting near a road. The people are helpful, and the coffee is fresh. The food can be super customized - just ask. I love the cold brew or iced coffee. You can pick up the freshest Brandywine Roasters coffee here, and they will grind it up for you at the counter.
Best Coffee spot in DE hands down,Definitely will be back staff was great!!!
Nice clean shop with friendly staff. Had the brew haha latte and that was pretty good. Wait and price were competitive and reasonable. Sunday morning was a little busy, so get there early!
This place has become a part of my daily routine. Knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive batistas. Quality food. Excellent coffee. Plenty of options. My morning would not be complete without Brew Ha Ha!
They honestly have the best coffee and frozen coffee in Delaware. Just f.y.I Brew Haha, don’t have the curbside option if you guys are not going to deliver it curbside and instead be inside jollying around. I Literally came from Newark De just to get your coffee after doing a little 9 hour overnight shift and I needed my Brew Haha push for the day, however when I got there I waited a good 10 minutes after I was notified my order was ready. Finally after noticing that nobody is coming I go inside just to see everybody standing around talking and laughing while my curbside order was sitting there. No this isn’t a big deal, I just now know to wait to go back to what used to be my favorite coffee spot until it’s safe to order inside again.
Like this place quite a bit. Do mainly go for coffee. Havent had any food. Cute venue.
Me and my three other friends were eating here before homecoming. The waitress spilled extremely hot soup on my friend. My friends leg is a burnt and will be shown in her homecoming dress, and the waitress did not even ask if she was OK let alone give her anything to wipe it up with. The Waitress was not sympathetic for her actions and did not say sorry at all. Would not return :(
This place has not figured out how to make coffee or toast bagels during covid. People are waiting half an hour for drinks. I wish I could take my tip back. Why staff a place so low or even open if you cant make figure things out. People are asking for refunds its a mess
Rather large, warm and cozy establishment with plenty of options for food and brews of coffee and tea variety. Tables galore with outlets available in a few places. Super friendly staff and the vanilla latte was delicious and foamy and is highly recommended. Go check this place out if youre in the neighborhood.
Loved this place! I’ve a loyal customer at this place both me and my boyfriend. Unfortunately today I experienced the worst customer service from their employee I suspected she’s a manager of the place because she had her headphone on while managing people at the same time. She given me attitude and never said sorry for the wrong orders. Our sandwiches came out really fast I said thank you the girl look at me said nothing and walked away. I’m like okay, she must have a bad day but really though my avocado toast tasted so BAD it was chewy and soggy like a left over was not the same as usual and the entire time I waited for my coffee my boyfriend finish his breakfast. Honestly I patiently waited because stuff takes time plus they’re busy, yet forgot about my coffee. Horrible horrible customer service my morning is a bit ruined.
Amazing coffee shop with plenty of seating to do work. Friendly staff and most importantly delicious coffee!!
The best coffee Ive had in a while. Even amongst local coffee shops in general, their coffee was a good balance between robust flavor and smooth finish. A bit sweet in the final finish. And staff was very interested in matching my interests. Highly recommend!!
I’ve only bean here a few times, but when I have... I Loved it. But the only reason I’m leaving 4 Stars is Because I’ve only bean here like 4 or 5 times but Nice Cafe, Deserts, Coffee, and a Nice Lunch. I hope you like it too
I moved far away from town for college and tried hard to find a coffee shop that I liked as much as brew ha ha in my new city, but with no success. Brew ha ha is the best coffee shop! I love their coffee and avocado toast (even though its $7 now instead of $6). I come here all the time when Im home.
Very unique place. Enjoy every bit as much as Starbucks. And has more of an eclectic feel.
Coffee is mediocre. Employees are hit or miss (Ive seen them be rude to customers on occasion). SUPER slow. On the plus said, the interior and exterior are really well manicured and nice.
The front door is not obvious. Once inside, there is a lot of room to meet, great, and eat. Excellent location just off Trolly Square.
Ive been to about 4 different locations of Brew Ha Ha! and I think the trolley square location is my favorite so far. Love the decor here. I had a delicious cold brew on this particular visit and as always it didnt disappoint.
Im here 3 times on most days for the best hand-pulled espresso shots in these parts. The staff is great and the atmosphere is relaxing. This is the standard I judge other espresso by, and theyve been continuously honing the craft of roasting and serving exquisite espresso.
Always a pleasure. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The cozy environment is clean and inviting. The drinks fresh and correct. Maggie and her crew do an excellent job!
Best coffee, friendly staff!
Their hummus salad was really good. Didnt even need the dressing.
One of my favorite places, plus u r supporting a local coffee shop!
It is the usual coffeehouse. Nice but same as all the rest.
Cozy, inviting and unique with a great food and own-roasted coffee selection
My favorite place great atmosphere can be cold so bring a coat
My favorite spot in Trolley! Such a great vibe and always seasonally decorated. I love the avocado toast with an added fried egg. Perfect spot to grab a coffee and relax!
Great spot to relax with a coffee and a sandwich. Environment is super relaxed with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.
I absolutely LOVE the coffee here after stumbling upon it after a walk in the city with the best service my husband and I had ever had.So we made the DuPont our regular and have been coming every morning for nearly a month @ $10.40 a day. The service has never wowed me like my first experience, but today it was shocking. A guy (glasses and a beard) belittled me as I didnt know the right name to the sizes in cups (I always explain them like this)He was sarcastic and embarrassed me with his sniggers. We have businesses and I pride myself on customer service and mediocre I can handle, but rude, kills it. Sorry guys we will be walking to the city and Market street from now on.Brew Ha Ha! - You have created a brand you should be extremely proud Of. Love the decor, love the coffee, love the atmosphere (Generally) but service needs to be improved significantly at DuPont. Its 9.15am 05/30.
Nice inside and tasty coffee! They’re pricey though!
The nitro child brew is very odd but the aesthetic is gorgeous and our other drink was delicious as was the salad wrap
Awesome. Esp the 7 layer bar
Great coffee selection, also make their own coffee. The classic plus breakfast sandwhich with chorizo is my favorite. The only downside of this place is that seem to run out of the bagels that I would want very very quickly
Nice place.. Great expirence. Amazing ambience.. Very peaceful place...
Delawares #1 coffee shop for a reason!!! So much better than Starbucks 👍
Beautiful, relaxing, excellent food and drinks!! Would recommend it to anyone!! Anxious to visit family in Delaware to go back again!!
Great coffee and great bagels. More lunch options than breakfast for food.
We are moving to Wilmington and found this place. We love it and hope to visit it plenty of times.
Great coffee and specialties! Employees are terrific! Love the ambiance!
Love this place. Whenever I am driving near Wilmington I always stop. Great coffee great vibe.
I love this cafe! Ambience is great and taste of drinks are amazing! They have so many unique options for lattes..would recommend anyday!
A home away from home. I moved to Wilmington from Seattle a couple years ago and this is the only local coffee shop that matches the ambiance of the local Seattle coffee scene.
Great atmosphere and very friendly staff. WiFi is strong and you can relax for hours sitting at one of the comfortable chairs/tables. Awesome food too!
Favorite place to get a cup of coffee. Extra tall frozen coconut dream is what dreams are exactly made of
Cozy breakfast / lunch spot. Very eclectic and cozy. Very laid back, chill vibe.Classic Plus breakfast sandwich, with Chorizo... D E L I C I O U SCant wait to go back.
Great coffee and very reasonable prices on food. The atmosphere is warm and positive.
Great coffee shop, I wish I had lived here after the remodel/relocating.
Love this place! Coffee great many choices. Sweets delicious
Every time I come to this space I’m in awe of it! The tea selection is delicious, the baristas are great and it’s an overall amazing space to be in!
Me and my three other friends were eating here before our homecoming dance. My friend ordered soup and while the waitress was handing the soup to her she spilled the soup on my other friend. The soup mind you was extememly hot and my friends leg was burned because of it. She has to wear a dress tonight and the burn will show. The waitress only said “whoops sorry” unempathetically and quite rudely. She did not bring out a napkin or a paper towel. We had to go in and grab one ourselves. I do not recommend eating here unless you would want hot soup spilled on you.
Relaxed atmosphere and Avocado Toast was Delish!
Cozy local chain with great drinks. Good spot to hang out and get work done.
Great atmosphere and large variety of coffee, tea, pastries bagels, sandwiches, salads, sometimes a soup. A perfectly relaxing place to spend breakfast or lunch.
Love my Mocha !!!
I’m sooooo disappointed with the service here. I used to come here with my mother about once every two weeks but I will never be stepping foot in this one again. As soon as I walk in I’m greeted with a long line with about 6 customers in front of me and one cashier working. After 1 customer was helped another cashier comes out in a crop top with her belly ring out. Cute belly ring but not what I want around my food. Two customers left in front of me and I can’t wait to get my bagel with chorizo. I take a look at the bagel board and all it says is that there are garlic bagels left, although I went there for a cheddar jalapeño I’ll settle for garlic. I hear an older lady in front of me ask for the garlic bagel and the cashier takes it off the board and says sorry just ate the last one! You ate it? At least lie and say you ran out but no he ate it. I get up to the counter FINALLY and am greeted by Ms. Bellybutton Ring (I think that’s a health code violation). I ask if there are any bagels left and she says she’ll check. She comes back and to my shock (not really) no bagel. Apparently they run out every morning according to bellybutton. If you run out wouldn’t it be smart to order more? Hey but what do I know? Thank goodness for Del Ave Brew-Haha who not only had my bagel but had 2 back ups pulled when I got there because they thought I might like to try something new.
Quick friendly service, plenty of space to sit down and chat, catch up on some reading or squeeze in some work. Enjoyed my beverage, delicious
Best coffee shop to hang out in or outside. Love this place (Trolley Square). Not the cheapest but a GREAT place to sip coffee, hang out, read, listen to music, work...or People watch. Avocado toast is THE BEST. Breakfast sandwiches small but tasty. Sandwiches are ok but disaponting for the price. Just not as tasty as the sound (and premade). People seem to love the soup.
Nice regional coffee chain. Great ambience inside and very nice staff. The coffee was good too.
Great area of neighborhood and a reminder theres more to the Philly metropolitan area.
Very comfy interior seating and great outdoor seating. Good coffee as well
Find a unique knowledgable + friendly coffee geek here. he is also a artist, amazing experience!! :) really like here
Nice place, good coffee, a bit noisy so not a place for quiet reading but perfect for a social gathering
Enjoy the atmosphere and the drinks! Only thing I would add would be almond milk.
Nice place gets a little crowded in afternoons
