Great product! Love the holiday specific drinks! And most of all love how quickly they grind the beans for Us in advance so that we can get in and out of the mall as quickly as possible!

Pam did a fine job of providing appropriate guidance to my client with visual impairment in verbally describing where to find what the said client needed in putting her breakfast together. The almond milk also blended well with the hot chocolate I was served.

Nice selection of teas, but they sell you the cup and the water, not the teabag; thus by ordering a large, my tea was quite weak.

The coffee was terrible and I threw it out after 3 sips. Horrible aftertaste. Will not be going back.

I stopped there and ordered a muffin. As I was paying, I noticed that many of the other pastries were completely covered in flies. Absolutely disgusting.

Service is absolutely terrible, the owner will overcharge you by ringing up more expensive items then when you ask for a receipt say “Oh I’m sorry I must have pushed the wrong button”. Those types of mistakes do happen but it’s two for two with her, so come on! She’s a crook and terribly rude.

Probably the worst iced chai tea Ive ever had. Mostly milk, no chai taste. The cafe carmel wasnt hot, and was watery... Used to have great coffee, not anymore!

I ordered a grande size houseblend coffee, which was supposed to be 16 ounces. The snooty girl filled the cup two thirds full which was just over 11 ounces when I measured it. It was battery acid strong. My wife ordered a cafe carmel which looked great in the picture, as it was shown served in a mug with a handle, with a heaping amount of whipped cream and drizzled with caramel. What she received was lukewarm, watered down, in a to go cup, with a small teaspoon size dollop of umitation whipped cream. No caramel taste. And she paid 3.95 for a grande size. The snooty girl served our orders by plopping them down on the counter, then ignoref our repeated questions as to whether it was our order. After a firm, loud question that got her attention, and we adkef if it was our order, since the cafe carmel did not look anything like the picture, the girl gave us an eye roll, a sigh, and said, That is ehat you ordered. She walked away and resumed ignoring us. This place used to be great. You will get better coffee, and better service at wawa just up the road. Will not return here.

How come you go into the coffee business and you dont keep your shelves full?went there bought the last two bags of my favorite coffee told them Id be back in a week be sure to order more I go back and the shelves looked even more empty than Id ever seen why thats not a very good way of conducting business know is it!
