Went in to buy Monsters. Sign said buy 2 get 1 free. Sign above that said $2.29 each. Cashier woman rang me up at $6.41. I said arent they on sale? Yep, this is what the computer says. I walk back and check the sign again in case I read it wrong. As Im walking back I hear cashier woman ask the other employee if she was right as always. Well, you lost my sale. And your computer will tell you that Im not coming back either. POOR customer service.

If you are going to review establishments, then you should know that getting over-the-top mad about the little things at a place like UDF is redundant, at best, counterproductive, at worst. But, I must say SOMETHING about a certain employee here. Name unknown, but she looks to be the older than all her fellow co-workers, with white hair, and glasses. Send her BACK to retrain, please, I have had more than one negative experience with this woman, and I dont go in there that often.

Great prices on gas, clean seating area. Clean restroom and clean store altogether. Friendly staff and a lot of choices for healthy options to grab up on the go. Love this location.

Employees are very rude...the last two times I went for milkshakes they were basically just flavored milk..that was the last time Ill go to Wilmington UDF...maybe better luck in blanchester next time

What is there not to love about UDF? Its easy to get back on the road from, either direction, gas prices are normally decent, and they have so much ice cream.The ice cream line goes quickly, as well as their register lines. It is prepay, and its always busy, but like I said the staff moves pretty decently. They have a bunch of coffees and flavoring a, and a fountain drink station, also with favors. Tons of munches and doughnuts and a decent alcohol selection is also here. Overall not too bad,

Worst place in town!!! Employees have no clue at what they are doing! Cant even tell if your u drive card was accepted by the register!!! When I asked to speak to the manager, they just threw their hands up in the air and said we are it!!! Now they are changing you to use the restrooms!!! Will never go back to this store again!!!

Awesone family business

Called the store and asked if they had homemade Ice cream. Was told yes but when arrived Ice cream was not homemade. Staff very very rude. Would not recommend.

The service tends to be slow but thats because it is understaffed. Also there was moldy fruit in a parfait I purchased. The workers offered another one but that was the only parfait with blueberries they had available. Other than that not too bad.

Lots of good stuff to get and look at! Most of the staff is congenial, a couple of employees are straight up rude.

Mostly I go here to get gas and a few gallons of milk, I get gas here because they rebuilt the store, and the fuel storage tanks are all new.

The milkshakes are really good but I cant give this place a higher rating because the works are so rude its hard to even wait to get the milkshake sometimes

To much playing, not enough working. The workers were two young kids, played and talked. I go into Hillsboro UDF and get out within 3 mins with several people in line. Took them ten minutes to finally get our stuff to us with two others in front of us.

Very rude service. Went in for ice cream and both workers were very rude. We were trying to decide what we wanted and was asked if we were even going to get something which when we gave our order was scoffed at. Very rude and unprofessional.
