I have been going to Paul Vision Institute for many years and it has always been a pleasurable experience. The staff is very polite and helpful. Of course, Dr Paul is a wonderful doctor. I recently had my post cataract appointment with Dr. Taylor. I was so excited to see him again as he had spent his intern work about four years ago with Dr. Paul and we had connected with our passion for NC State. Dr. Taylor is a smart and knowledgeable doctor and I am very pleased that he is my doctor going forward. Dr. Taylor, like Dr. Paul, has wonderful and caring personality. I know I am in real good hands with Dr. Taylor who has been trained under the skillful and knowledgeable mentoring of Dr. Paul. It is a great practice where you can rely on these doctors whenever you need them. I highly recommend this practice.

Ive been wearing glasses for most of my life and in all the years getting an annual exam I do not think Ive had one better than my experience with the Paul vision team and Doctor Brigham. They use high tech scanning equipment as well as personal one-on-one consultations. I highly recommend them.

Paul Vision Institute is such a great practice with a small town feeling!!Forget the big box eye clinics where you feel like you are there for them.When I think about my first visit, I walked into I found a beautifully maintained reception area, was greeted by such nice people, was brought into the pre-visit room with state of the art equipment (no more dilation) - photos taken,etc. and then for my main visit with Dr Sara Brigman. We met Dr. Brigman years ago during our visit at another company. We were elated to find out she was practicing at Paul Vision Institute!! My experience was wonderful, comforting and personal. Dr. Brigman had always made us feel like we were in a small town office - genuine, friendly and not rushed - today was not different. I wear contacts and it is hard to tweak just the right strength because our eyes are always changing...but they always work with me patiently to find just the right brand and fit. They have a great selection of glasses to choose from too. I really appreciate the overall knowledge and experience at Paul Institute. Quick, no wait, friendly, knowledgeable ...great place and service

I was recommended by a coworker and they were right about this place-they are great!! Arriving, the building was VERY nice and I took the elevator to the 2nd floor. Kindly greeted along with nearly no wait! One thing I liked was that they cleaned the tech equipment in-front of me (so I knew it had been cleaned.) Dr. B was sweet and provided me with a beverage while I waited for the dilation. She was actually looking for a coupon for a patient as well- not something most Dr.s would do. Oh, and a new patient goodie bag!

Dr. Paul is a great doctor. He made 2 pairs of glasses that give my grandfather the ability to see again and it is life changing. Dr. Paul was honest up front and told us the glasses are not covered by insurance but I can tell you they are worth every penny. My grandfather has not driven his car in a year because he felt uncomfortable with his vision but now the glasses Dr. Paul made give him the ability to see and drive. Now my grandfather can get out of the house and has a better quality of life because of the glasses Dr. Paul made. I will never be able to thank Dr. Paul enough for the help he gave my grandfather when other doctors said that glasses could not be made to allow him to see... Yes it is true these glasses are expensive but with that being said, if you want to invest in something worthwhile invest in yourself. If you have low vision and want to have the ability to see better... schedule an appointment and see if Dr. Paul can help you too.

From the moment I was greeted by the front desk, I knew that I was going to have a first rate experience.The assistants were thorough and helpful and walked me gently through the eye care process. Hands down THE BEST eye doctor experience Ive ever had...probably the best overall doctors experience Ive ever had. The waiting area is super lovely, as are the women that work at the front. My experience with Dr. Paul was wonderful . I have not driven and had thought I would not be able to ever drive again . After my exam I was told with the glasses Dr Paul recommended I not only will be able to drive i will not have to take the eye test.I have been on the phone sharing my wonderful news with everyone. Dr Paul and his intern, Spencer were absolutely amazing people to work with. My father and I traveled from RI to see Dr Paul and it was well worth the trip. Friendly and caring receptionist!

I was so impressed with Dr. Paul!! He made my mother and I feel comfortable while we discussed her vision issue. We were told by her regular eye Dr. there was nothing else to be done. Dr. Paul showed us there are more options! My mother will have now glasses she can see both near and far. The only issue is insurance will not pay for the glasses and that is sad when many people have a need for glasses when a regular pair isnt strong enough. Dr. Paul is someone I would recommend, and I have already on FB to all my friends.

Ive been coming to Paul Vision Institute for the past 3-4 years and everyone that works there is great. The office is very clean and modern and every person I come into contact with from the receptionist all the way to the Dr. is very friendly and courteous. Its also probably the cheapest eye exam you will find if you have health insurance! (yes, health insurance...not eye insurance) My appointments are always on time and in the past I have always seen Dr. Paul, however, he is harder to get in with if you make appointments last minute like me, so I saw Dr. Brigman this time and she was absolutely wonderful! They also offer a discount on your prescription glasses there as well. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Paul and his team took great care of me when I injured my eye while on vacation at the beach. The entire staff was super friendly and I am so thankful that they were able to work me into the schedule.

My grandmother went here as a last resort having been told she was going blind with retina problems. She was told their “special” eye glasses would allow her to see distances. After paying over $3000 for the glasses plus additional costs for exams, the glasses did nothing to help her see. They were also too heavy for her face causing nose and ear pain. Total rip off. Writing this review in hopes that others will take consideration before handing their precious dollars over to this clinic for something that may or may not help in the end.
