Best eye doctor Ive been to. They were super quick and friendly. They helped me with my insurance rates and offered me the best possible coverage for my insurance. 10/10 would recommend. They also have great frames.

First time here, new to area. Very pleased with making appointing, exam and picking out frames. I was hesitant to go to a chain rather than an individual eye Dr. but I will be back.

Really helpful and lots of choices. You do not need an eye exam from them, but you can call to make an eye appointment if you do. If you have a prescription from another eye doctor thats recent, you can get your prescription filled here. Glasses are usually ready in a week or less. They will also accept insurance towards your glasses if if its part of your prescription. Kids and adult glasses. Brand names, plus sale items too.

Customer service is not great at Wilmington location. My lenses fell off twice and they didnt offer any type of guarantee that it would happen again. They fixed it though. Cross fingers that it wont happen again because if I loose my lenses they wont care.Also, there many others stores with mucha better customer services.

They are super nice and super professional. All appropriate covid precautions are observed. I wish I could give them a sixth star!

I had an exceptional experience getting my most recent pair of glasses. I was quickly helped by Kyra, who was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. She explained the financial considerations based on my insurance, and the pros and cons of lens options. She picked out a number of frames that she felt were best for my face shape, complexion, and hair color. I cant say enough about how satisfied and happy I was with the whole process.

LOVED the franchise owner; she was phenomenal helping me pick out a pair of new glasses. I have a small, narrow face so trying to find a pair that is both for an adult while being feminine is a challenge and she nailed it! I admit, though, my 3-star review is only because of my experience with her. I am not totally impressed with the eye doctor; her bedside manner leaves much to be desired. She casually mentioned I might have serious eye issues and well watch it -- not something to be casually thrown around! She backtracked when I asked her to clarify saying it was probably nothing to worry about. Um, thanks, now Im worried.Also, not sure if its an industry standard or her preference, but she gave me a new pair of contacts to try, telling me what I previously used was no longer an option. They were much heavier and hard to wear, but she said 2 weeks was plenty of time to adjust. Fast forward 3 months and I find I can only wear contacts for a few hours a day, a max of 3 times in a row. Then I need to wear glasses for a day or two to give my eyes a break. Never had that happen before! Also, had to go back to get my lenses fixed because the doctor corrected for something in the prescription that had never been an issue; was getting migraines wearing the new lenses.

The screw came out of the frame for my glasses yesterday and I went here to initially buy a repair kit to fix it. The guy working fixed it immediately on the spot, even though I did not originally buy my glasses here. I recently moved to Wilmington and will go here next time for my eye exam and glasses due to the very helpful employee and service

I have been going here for 10 years, ever since moving to the area. The staff, Eva, Bruna, Connie, Kyra and Ben have been, and are always, friendly and helpful... The doctors are always professional but have just enough lightheartedness to make anyone at ease, from the children to the seniors... I would recommend them without hesitation...

Refused to see me for an eye infection. Receptionist bluntly told me to go to the emergency room. For an eye infection?! Are you kidding me?! If you google “what do do with an eye infection” every answer comes up “call your eye doctor” I did. And they didn’t care! I’ll be searching for a new eye doctor!

Had an appointment scheduled for 3, I came early to fill out paperwork since I am a first time patient. At 3:15 they notified me that it would be another 45 min to an hour wait and they close at 4. What is the point of an appointment if they can’t be respectable of your time?

I can not say enough positive things about everyone in your Wilmington, ma office from the first phone call, to the professional exam and my new glasses. I will continue to highly reccomend my experience!!! I can see!!!!!!! Thank you all,

Everyone there was great to work for my 1st pair of glasses

My brother, a correctional officer, broke the earpiece of a frame on his glasses. They said he needs a new pair, and cant get it until Wednesday. We told him to go to the place where our mother and I go, they immediately repaired the frame. It isnt perfect, but with his vision, he cant go without glasses for that long. Absolutely ridiculous that Pearle couldnt do such a simple fix to help him while he waits for a new frame.

I can see
