I came in with a 7 year old and a very rowdy 2 year old and dr treece was so good with both of them and as was the whole staff. Makes me wish more drs we’re this way. Just a very positive experience.

I had a very good experience with Cape Fear Eye Institute. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming and they have a great selection of glasses. I would highly recommend this practice for your eye care needs.

Was on vacation and got sand in my eye. Was able to make an appointment and be seen within 24 hours. Sand removed from eye and drops given. Very nice experience. Dr. Casper was very polite and helpful. Would highly recommend for anyone who had a similar problem on their trip!

Such a great experience! I brought my daughter in for an infantsee appointment and the staff were very helpful. Dr. Casper was great and knew exactly how to keep my daughters attention to complete his assessment!

Was having some scary eye problems on a Saturday. Called and left a message and the on call Dr. got back to me asap! I am very grateful for his call. He helped calm me down about the problem I was having. Wonderful compassionate service.

I had an eye emergency and being from out of town I was hesitant but from the front desk to the nurses and Dr. Casper, they all went beyond to help me out, get me in right away and continue to check up on me each day for several days later. I have never experienced such great care at any Drs office ever in my life. I am super grateful to you all and for sure when I am back I will 100% use you all for my exams and eye care! Caring compassionate staff. Got me in the same day with emergency Eye condition. The education and care I received from Dr Jamie Casper was top notch.

I would recommend Dr. Casper to anyone. In fact, I have. My mother and uncle are both patients of Dr. Casper. He treats patients with such professionalism. At the same time, showing the utmost compassion.

EDIT- After one bad experience with the front desk staff, I came back 1 year later to see Dr. Casper (who is just really wonderful, enough to overlook any issues I had in the past). The front desk coordinator, Betty, came to address me personally about my previous experience. I appreciate her wanting to know what happened. At the time last year I was in extreme pain and felt like I didnt get help on a Fri afternoon. She assured me, she likes to know whenever she can help and any issues at the practice.Today, I received excellent care, not only for my eye, but from the rest of the staff as well. The 2 doctors at this practice really know what they are doing. I appreciate Dr. Caspers knowledge of nutrition and not just pushing medication.

Extremely caring and professional. The staff is great, Dr. Casper takes time to explain everything. My husband, mom and myself highly recommend this office for all your eye care. Update 9-24-2021 : This is still the best office, Dr. Casper is amazing, he takes all the time needed for his patients. I never feel rushed. He also explains everything fully about your eye health. So very greatfull for dr. casper and his team .

CROOKS!!! THEY WILL USE DIFFERENT WORDS OR EXPLANATIONS FOR THE SAME SERVICE AND NOT EXPLAIN ANYTHING TO YOU UNTIL THEY ARE READY TO OVERCHARGE YOU BECAUSE SAYING SOMETHING ONE WAY MEANS NO CHARGE UT SAYING SOMETHING THE OTHER CARRIES A CHARGE WITH IT! STAY AWAY!!!

My experience with Dr. Finelli has been fine, but the office management has been subpar. On my visit last year, there was a snafu on filing insurance and I ended up having to pay hundreds of dollars instead of a $12 copay. Today when I went for my 3 pm appointment, I arrived 10 minutes early and waited until 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment and still was not close to being called back for the appointment. I left. I do not recommend this practice.

Their website doesnt indicate it, and they dont tell you when they call to let you know your glasses are ready for pick up, but they are CLOSED every day during lunch hours. Drove 16 miles round trip during MY lunch hour and couldnt pick up the glasses because they were closed.
