Don’t go at night, dangerous! Opens for drunks, who start buying, beer one at a time, from 7:30 am till 11:00 pm. Brown bags and litter out front. They even sell one cigarette at a time & butts litter the street. It would be better for downtown Wilmington if this place closed up!
