They were rude to me... no good morning then the cashier was rude and the manager.. with the way things are today we have no time for prejudice and being mean.. REALLY AFFECTED MY MORNING!!VALUE YOUR JOB..

Looked like someone couldnt make it to the toilet and then threw a pile of seat protectors on it. The stall clean enough to use was out of toilet paper.I approached the cacher who told me she was aware of the situation but could not leave the register and the other employee was outside emptying the trash cans.I offered to take a roll of TP in for customers and she just kept repeating she could not leave the register.

This place charges more for a 20 ounce soda than the stores in Philadelphia with their sugar tax.... 2.60 for a 20 ounce Sunkist.... Come here if you want ripped off. Ill never spend a penny with this group of cheats.

Long time wait shower. 3 shower empty. Not cleaned. Costumers wait.Very very 👎.Menegment no sleep pls.Its your real face.

Its very dirty, disgusting to be there. Also, coffee is not good, the glasses fall apart, the service is poor

Very odd layout, busy place it was difficult to get in to use the restroom, which isboff a narrow hallway in the back, no social distancing here. Theyve put signs everywhere, but with all the sales stands, tables etc the walkway is really narrow. You get 2 guys passing its impossible to stay more than a few inches away.Good selection of pop, goodies etc. Employees were friendly.

Staff was forcing people to pay in cash only. They said their chip readers dont work all you have to do is try your card if it has a chip three times then it will default and let the card be split instead. Bathroom is also disgusting definitely not clean and sanitized for my safety. Sign on the door says You must wear Matt yet none of your employees will wearing a mask

Old and cramped. The men’s bathroom only has two stalls and you always have to wait because it’s a pretty busy place. They need to tear it down and build a new one. If the line at the register has more than 5 people it gets a little crowded.The place is clean and the staff are friendly.

Pilot sold me some bad Def at the pump and now Im getting Poor Def quality codes and my truck is now derating.

First time at this Pilot, staff very friendly, Subway staff was also friendly and very easy to chit chat with while doing order. All in all it is a small very small Pilot,but clean, friendly and a welcome home type Atmosphere. Well worth the 10 hr break stop.

Everything is good but at night time staff doesnt want to clean showers. It happened few times with me. Same excuse no hot water.

I just recently traveled till Texas and the only place I would stop by gas or use the restroom was a pilot and they were all exceptional and I thought it was very consistent every time I went inside even though were so busy the cashiers and people always said good morning good afternoon or good evening, at this particular location, I feel it was very dirty, not very sociable, and everybody was literally so quiet I thought the place was getting robbed I felt like when I looked around people were looking at me thinking the same thing. To me its not the location of the place but it is the leadership in the people who run the place that make the location feel welcome, feel warm, and really feel like when youre traveling I need to stop by for a second you could always feel what us the home and they were you stop, except for this location, come on pilot, I know you are better than this

5 stars for the service. But 3 for the inconvenient design and lack of parking space, those pumps are not wide enough to adjust ur turn inside, we as drivers would appreciate if you would provide additional parking spots, 14 hrs on duty and 11 hrs driving requires a good night rest, thanks for the good subway and drinks.

Just keep in mind, some Pilots are better than others. I cant remember if this was the small one or a big one.Edit: Most Pilots I have used have been good experiences. I meant to say that in my original statement. I traveled from GA to Ohio and back. I stopped at several Pilots on my trip. Most breaks were at one.

This Pilot is a smaller one with a Subway inside. It was still nice on the inside. The bread from Subway smelled great. There are not a lot of pumps. We were able to get in and out quickly. That is the main objective.

Small place but well-stocked, restrooms and showers clean and excellent customer service. Subway in there to eat. four stars because the app says it had 20 parking spots for semis but it only has for about 10 max.

Everyone is great. The night time staff are friendly, courtesy and always upbeat. Well worth stopping off at.

Probably the smallest Pilot I have ever seen, but very nice and clean. Shelves were well stocked. Subway is open 24 hours, which is a real perk. Clean restrooms.

The employees here did everything they could to help me and my young daughter. The restrooms were out of order because of some plumbing problems and they opened up one of the shower rooms so my daughter could use the restroom. They went above and beyond what was expected!

Miranda is a top notch employee. And probably the only reason Im giving a five. Ive been here a few times and wasnt impressed with the stoic staff or the organization.But Miranda obviously understands customer service.Not only did she help two others in line, but she also said over to the subway part and assisted me too, all while another employee took his time and never noticed me standing there for almost five minutes.Props to her!🤗

This is the place to stop when on a road trip. If you need something chances are they have it. Food, gas, and a wide variety of convenience items. The place is usually fairly clean and well maintained. It can get very busy, but the staff does a decent job of recovering the store.

Nice stop off 71. Cheaper gas in the area although only exit with gas for a 15-20 mile stretch.Theres a good Subway inside as well. Decent bathrooms. Beware getting gas on the pumps by the road. There is parking next to it so if youre on the middle pump you could get parked in for a bit.

Very nice staff. Fresh food. Nice bathrooms. Didnt like the soap in the bathroom, it was... gritty.

Stopped by for a shower, and the facilities were clean and wonderful. The staff was helpful and very polite. Ill definitely go back!

Its a very small place, only about 10-12 truck spots for parking. The staff there that I interacted with are very friendly. Bathroom was very clean. So nice place.

Worst Ive been too so far. No flow. Un organized. No parking. A$$ backwards. Defenantly not a good place to stop. Wont do it again. Had to reverse out of the whole parking lot to get out due to no parking and a huge trailer in a horrible spot. Awful to be honest but comical.

This is a converted gas station. Parking for maybe six trucks. Dirty smells bad. No seating inside or outside.

Ladies bathroom was dirty. There was toilet paper on the stall floor. The sanitary trashcan were full. Store was clean. The employees were pleasant.

Three stars because of the tiny truck parking lot, small diesel fuel island and difficulty getting onto and off of the property in a truck. The facilities were reasonably clean and well stocked and the staff friendly and efficient. In 21 years and over three million miles on the road, this was my first time stopping here and unless I have an urgent need, will probably be my last. No matter how great the staff, the aggrevation caused by the tiny property will have me passing by to a better designed facility.

Very small for a truck stop. Looks like it was a gas station and they bought lot next to it and put 8 or so spots. Well stocked and nice employees once they realize you are waiting to be helped.

The only reason I even give 1 star is because of the employees. The store management and upper management dont care about the staff. I just made a complaint about the way I was treated by the GM, Yolanda. I used to be an employee there over a year ago and worked for the company for 2 1/2 years. Many complaints were made on her over that time period. New DM, Wade, came about not too long before I left and he is not much better. He just tried to assist me in my current complaint and as I was confused I couldnt understand why me making a complaint now (as a guest) was any different than making one as an employee. He said it as it is I suppose though...because I no longer work with the company, they want to try and help to fix the problem. Why? This was the same man who told me to stop talking when I tried to talk to him before. The employees in this store might be great but the management in all aspects is bringing them down and nobody cares. The entire Pilot Flying J company has lost my business

This place is beyond small. There are only six parking spots. best thing to do is just go to the next truck stop

Chevy 3500 diesel dually pulling 44 fifth wheel RV, ran out of fuel (trying to use up a suspect batch) and coasted the last 20 yards into the dock, then couldnt start, Saturday night 5PM! Manager gave us several names of tow companies none of which would tow the dually/fifth wheel combo. Then he gave us the name of Craig at HookItUp, a great mechanic who was very busy but still came two hours later and got us started and on our way. This is the smallest J Ive ever seen, six fuel docks and 20 (if you count the six for cars) parking spaces. Its Travel Center #16, does that mean its been around since day 1? Smallest J, biggest heart, best people. HookItUp is great too.

Gas was reasonable. Fresh coffee. Clean restrooms.

Small, limited or no truck parking. Needed to have an item printed from email. We were told it is their store policy not to do that. No spray cleaning product on shelf, 409 or simple green. The staff is nice and professional, just couldnt fill any of our needs. As professional drivers we are stopping less at pilots and flying js. We are just going in now to use points at Subways.

The rooms are clean and comfortable one thing they improve on is the gravy was like water, Other wise I enjoyed my stay.

When traveling its one place we usually always stop at. The Fuel prices are very good, clean restrooms, clean store & a large variety of items needed for the road. Souveniers usually too

Its small as you can see by the pics, but what you dont see is the McDonalds right across the street with paking for at least 6 more Rigs. I love parking here for 10 hour break, also a big Hotel right next door, its out of the way but with plenty to do.

Too small and run down. Doesnt reflect the Pilot we have all come to rely on. Only a few truck parking spaces...hard to get back out in traffic when leaving.

Plenty of room to maneuver our RV. Pilots are usually well stocked with things travelers need, because travelers are their focus. Restroom needed attention, but overall our stop was a good experience.

Small but the workers are great. Not a whole lot of semi parking but thats too be expected in a small lot.

Not as big as most Pilots. The traffic flow pattern can leave you stuck at the pump or at a parking spot. There are Loves and Flying J at the exits just before and after this one.

Customer Service was great but had to wait forever because employee talking instead of opening up another register. Ugh.

The people working were nice. The customers all left there cars and trailers in front of the pumps. It was strange I went in and ask if we need to pay inside. He said I could if I wanted to. It was very strange and frustrating after being stopped on the freeway for about an hour because of construction.

Half and half creamer always empty,never any fresh decaffeinated coffee, cant even get to fuel islands

Need to have signs to tell which entrance and exit is for trucks. Had to slam on breaks to get in and needed up in the wrong entrance.

I choose to stop at Pilots/Flying J whenever I can because I like their coffee the best ;-)
