Stopped in after I left the gym looking for a necklace for myself and ring for my husband as we are getting pictures done for our wedding when we return to Hawaii. Very unfriendly staff. Door is locked and you must be buzzed in and out. When I asked if they had any rose gold rings I was quickly told no and brushed off. I looked around by myself for about ten minutes and was not offered help once. Found a necklace I was seriously interested in buying but no one would help me, why? Was I under dressed, to young to have enough money for their store? Not sure.They just lost a serious customer I will stick to Littmans where I am greeted by my name and have someone walk with me as I shop and show me every piece I am interested in. I highly recommend skipping these guys and going to a friendlier jeweler who is less judgmental.

I found AR Morris while searching for a place for my girlfriend and I to go shopping for an engagement ring. My girlfriend had no idea what kind of ring she wanted, and I was looking for a place we could go where someone would walk us through all of the different options in a comfortable setting. We had visited a few other places, but were not happy with the customer service, so it was important to me that she feel comfortable enough to ask any question so that she has confidence she is making the best decision.I called and made and appointment with Bob, and when we met him for the appointment he was extremely inviting. He sat with us for nearly 2 hours as we went over diamond qualities, shapes, different bands, band materials, seeing diamonds in different lighting (such as direct and indirect sunlight), and even seeing diamonds under 10x and 50x magnification to understand exactly the different aspects of what we would be appreciating in a diamond.Bob made my girlfriend extremely comfortable, and she tried on every style of band that she thought was interesting. Bob would even sit a diamond in the empty setting so she could get an idea of what it would look like. We eventually narrowed it down to a specific band style and diamond shape, and the rest she is leaving up to me. When we left the first appointment, my girlfriend loved the experience so much that she said This is going to be our jeweler for wedding bands and whatever else we need going forward.Lastly, Bob and his customer service has made our experience remarkable. He has been able to help me give my girlfriend everything she wanted and still work within my budget. He gave me the space to state my own opinions yet is happy to offer his own guidance and expertise. As my girlfriend said, we will definitely be using AR Morris as our jeweler going forward.

I spoke primarily with Bob, Kim, and Russell who were all extremely informative and great to work with. They were never pushy, and I went multiple times until I picked the perfect ring. I am also so pleased with the ring quality. They were the perfect blend for me- a family owned, personal feel with a great selection of rings and exactly the type of ring and diamond I was looking for (and very informative and helpful for a person like me who didnt have a large knowledge base on diamonds going into my search).I would recommend AR Morris to anybody. I called and requested a MontBlanc fountain pen they didnt have it in stock, however, they ordered it for me and it was in my hands in 3 days! As soon as they received it, they FedExd it to me. All the associates are friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy and polite. If they dont have what you want they will get it. I have been going to them exclusively for the past twenty years I cant imagine going anywhere else. I very highly recommend A.R. Morris Jewelers for all your jewelry and gift needs.

Really great place. These guys will work with you tirelessly until you have the exact piece of jewelry that you want. Trust me, if anyone would have exhausted them, I would have done it. I came in upwards of 10 times looking at diamonds for my fiance, each session taking about 2-3 hours of the wonderful, knowledgeable diamond expert Kims time. Each time she was more excited than the next to help me, not worried at all that I would simply take the knowledge and buy a diamond somewhere else. I shopped around so you dont have to. No place in the East Coast where you will find this good of a combination of deals, expertise, customer service (without spending a cent!!), and a beautiful final product. And lets not forget, citizens of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, and DC, no sales tax here! Definitely worth the drive.

I came to A.R. Morris expecting I’d be lucky to find just one component of my now-fiancée’s ring, as I had been searching at other jewelers’ shops and chains several times a week for over a month prior. I ended up putting together both the perfect band and stone, and falling in love with the perfect ring to give the woman I fell in love with.After seeing definitely over 100 bands in other stores, I found the band here, first. My salesperson was Kim, and I told her that no matter what, I want the band. We had viewed a few stones that were nice, but nothing that really screamed to me—I had inspected over 20 stones through the loop, by this point.Then Kim said she’d show me something that might “blow me away.”The diamond she showed me did just that. Even more telling, she was the one who brought me outside, away from the favorable, controlled light to check it out. She provided guidance when I needed, and she answered my questions, but left me to make my own decisions. After shopping around several jewelry stores for an engagement ring, none quite seemed to match the quality and caliber of AR Morris. I found the staff to be the most trustworthy and knowledgeable of any jewelry store that I had visited (after all, the staff has Gemological Institute of America [GIA] graduates), and they took the time to explain everything important about making an educated diamond purchase, in terms that I clearly understood.AR Morris had a plethora of cubic zirconia sample rings in the stores beautiful display cabinets, which illustrated different design variations; this was especially helpful, considering they have the capabilities to custom design anything at all under the sun.When it came time to pick an actual diamond, they showed me stones of varying clarity, color, size and shape, side-by-side, helping me to determine what combo gave me the biggest bang for my budget. The staff encouraged me to see the stone under a microscope to substantiate the corresponding certification and ensure I wouldnt be paying unnecessarily for characteristics that cannot even be detected with the naked eye.I felt AR Morris had my best interest in mind the whole time. They stuck to my budget and they created the perfect, high quality, custom-designed ring that I was seeking for my fiancé. I highly recommend AR Morris for your jewelry needs--you wont regret it!

Got the old bait and switch routine. Gave a price range, was shown diamonds within that range. Familiar spiel from owner, since this was the second time attempting to buy rings. The wedding was a couple of months away. Then he goes in the back and comes out with a larger diamond, claiming it is D color. But not GIA. He told us the ring would be the same if GIA looked at it. Also came in $100 under the TOP price we would pay. Asked him to send it to GIA to confirm the specifics of the diamond. He said it would take two weeks. We were willing to wait, cutting our time short. Three and a half weeks later, he said the stone had not been returned from GIA. Furthermore, he was going on vacation for a week the following Wednesday. Not a word from him. Went online and bought a diamond and went elsewhere to have it set. To this day (the wedding was almost a week ago) he has not called. Definitely do not recommend this jeweler!!!
