My sister is getting engaged and my soon to be brother in law needed some help in tricking her(she is impossible) they live in Ny and she was coming to visit and he wanted to propose!!! I ended up getting the ring at this location and had the pleasure of working with the staff who was more than accommodating. After hearing our story they were just as excited. Missy and staff were nothing short of a pleaser was they were more than helpful in fitting all of our needs. I will be sending friends and family here in the future! My wedding ring had been broken for many years l had Zales to do the repair work which was done in a timely and professional manner. I have done business with Zales for many years their associates have always been very courteous and respectful. I hope to be doing business with them for many more years.

Ordered a ring and paid for it Feb. 2. Different dates to come in, and still no ring. Was supposed to email company and get back with me about it and still no response from zales

My fiance purchased my engagement ring here and its so beautiful. He got the warranty plan where I have to come in and let them inspect my ring every 6 months. Every time I come in here, Im greeted by smiling faces and the most amazing customer service. Everyone is so kind to you and when looking for items, they never rush you or suggest the higher prices item to make a sale. The best part is that they let YOU decide what you want and dont pressure you. Love this place and the sales staff!!

My grandmother and I came here to purchase a ring for a holiday gift. Upon our arrival, we were not greeted and when we were, we got talked down at by the representative as if we couldnt afford to be in the establishment. The representative immediately suggested a payment plan for even the cheapest rings. I guess if youre BLACK and you walk into a jewelry store, it is automatically assumed that you cannot afford fine jewelry. My grandmother has since then passed away and every time I look at my ring, I am reminded of how poorly we were treated here.

Excellent customer service and purchase. I went in 15 minutes to closing with my son to purchase my wife a gift. I was treated as if they had just opened. Thanks

Cannot say enough nice things about the staff at this store! We had a terrible experience at a Zales in CT before we moved to Wilmington. The store manager and her staff did an outstanding job making things right for us, and creating a beautiful pair of rings for my wife.

This Zales has no in store jeweler. They told me it would take 3 weeks at most before my ring would be sized and delivered back to the store. After 5 weeks, I still did not get my Ring and received multiple different excuses. A sales person said because it was such a drastic size reduction it would take a while, just to hear the next week another salesperson say it had not been worked on. then another sales person said I have to consider how many rings they get sized while again another sales person said people who had brought their rings to get sized after me had already got theirs back. A manager looked into it for me and called three different times apologizing that it wouldnt be in again. I had enough and asked for a refund which they honored but even this sales associate requested I consider having a duplicate ring sent and resized. Considering all the hassle,I was not going through this ordeal again.
