I came today to pawn for the first time ever and was ecstaticly pleased with the service and personalities of these awesome people Shawn, Amee, and Aracelli. They understood my needs and I was treated with the utmost respect. While here I also snagged a Coach Purse for hundreds less than retail. I will be back as much as possible!!!!!

When I walked in I was greeted by Araceli and she took care of me like I was in some fancy store on Rodeo Drive! Excellent service and they gave me a good price for the items I sold to them. Im in town from Texas. I wanted to check out the pawnshops here in Wilmington,NC on my visit. My brother took me to this pawnshop, thinking we were going to find a nice ring, because I messed up mines helping my brother move. Went in was greeted by (2) wonderful ladies. especially, Ms.Araceli. The sweetest person, tried to do a descent deal about a ring I seen and my ring. And she had to talk with a gentleman named JEREMY. I believe the manager. He was very rude, dismissive and disrespectful to us..We are of color...and disrespectful and loud to the employee Ms. Araceli. We were shocked, because there was no reason for his bad behavior. If you do not like working with descent BLACK FOLKS, or any other people of color(s). This is not the job for you, Mr. Jeremy? You cost a sale for one of your employee(s). He was a super jerk!
