Lumina Gem is a high end locally owned, full service jewelry store with a professional staff. Brad and his team can find exactly what you want no matter your budget from their vast product line and services. You will never find yourself waiting for assistance. Brad has done some custom jewelry work and repairs for us that no one in town could handle. I highly recommend Lumina Gem for all your jewelry needs.

I dropped my wristwatch on some tile, and the impact separated the watch into three pieces. I took it to one jeweler in the Mayfaire Mall area (an upscale National chain) who, apparently, was more interested in repairing Rolexes than Timexes; they directed me to go elsewhere. Instead, I found Lumina Gem, also an upscale jeweler, who addressed my problem seriously and professionally. After a great deal of effort, they were able finally to rearrange the pieces and seal the case. I left after paying a minimum charge, mostly for replacing the battery. The staff were friendly and engaging, and I will take my future business to this store.

Lumina Gem is a top-notch local jewelry store for unique finds, repairs, appraisals, and any other jewelry needs. Brad designed my engagement ring years ago and has helped with numerous things since. Excellent staff! They also have an annual estate sale. Beautiful designer jewelry at all prices—check them out!

Went inside this store and none of the people who worked there spoke to me. I sat for at least 5 minutes waiting. Walked around & still no one spoke to me. Terrible. Even if you are with a customer at least acknowledge people & let them know you’ll be with them shortly.

I have been a customer of Lumina Gem since they first opened and cannot say enough about the wonderful quality of product and customer service they offer. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The repair department is top notch. The owner is not only a graduate gemologist, but also a talented jewelry designer. It is always apparent that this store strives to exceed customer expectations. I have had great experiences selling jewelry on consignment here, having things repaired here, and shopping here as well! Highly recommend.

Really like this jewelry store. Very accommodating staff... really unique pieces with service thats unmatched. I could seriously go on for days but what really makes them special is their willingness to make things right. What I mean by that is over Christmas I had purchased 3 Gold Bangle Bracelets. They were made there onsite from gold rods... well even after properly fitting they still were very snug on my wifes wrist. They took them back, fixed them up and my wife couldnt be happier with how they look and feel. Cant say enough great things about them and Ill most defiantly be back.

Very inviting place with a knowledgeable/skillful team! I took in a pendant and wanted thoughts on flooding it with some precious stones. After consult and design I was more than impressed, the final product was above expectations! The pendant was one of three different pieces they designed, A+ across the board. I was referred to Lumina Gem after I tried a few different jewelers in town.From the moment I walked in I was greeted by Brad... after he listened to what my husband and I had in mind we were referred to Jerrie and Elliott who patiently asked what we wanted in regards to fixing my engagement ring and modifying it to better suit our needs. They both sat there and went over pros and cons of our ideas.... so at the end Elliott came up with a design I COULD NOT be happier with!Casey then took my original engagement ring and secured it to a setting with additional diamonds to “soften” the look not to my liking .... but to my LOVING!!Thank you Lumina Gem for the 1:1 interaction, listening and coming up with a design beyond my dreams....

Lumina Gem is located in the Home Again furnishings store in the Forum shopping center. They have a great variety of metals - gold, sterling, platinum, vermeille, etc and stones! They have really unique statement pieces and traditional items as wellJenna, behind the glass counter, is their greatest gem. She knows the brands, materials, and designers, which allows the customer to make an informed and sometimes emotional choice! (After all, dont you get butterflies when you buy beautiful, shiny objects?!)I just loved the entire experience. Champagne is available while you are browsing. Bubbly + sparkly = happy customer! Took a ring in to be resized. Sales consultant Connie was helpful, cheerful, and professional. The on site jeweler was able to do the work same day. When I picked up my ring, it was seamless. All in all, a great experience. I recommend this jeweler to any one looking for ring repair.
