The man the counter when you go in there is NOT NICE OF FRIENDLY. He is rather rude as he appears to be sooo suspicious of the customers as he just gazes at people. He doesn’t even say hello🧐The lady, is the exact opposite. She tries to make up for his lack of courtesy and disrespectful tone.Somebody needs to remind him that it’s the residents of this community that keep him in business and that contribute to the payments of that vehicle he drives and the lifestyle he lives.Way back in the sixties businesses like that we’re protested. People like him were part of the Civil Rights movement...Who ever told that man that it was alright to make money in our community and treat the residents with such disrespect???I ON PURPOSE DO NOT patronize that business because of the discourteous, unfriendly, depressing, suspicious, behavior and attitude of this merchant.I stopped going in there years ago. I walked in there with someone who was in a pinch and had to purchase some styling gel. After all these years, that man was as sour and suspicious acting as I always saw him to be.Why the residents of the community still go in there is beyond me....

It was very nice I found what I wanted and their customer service skills are so much better now

The selection of hair products is most impressive and priced reasonably.

The owners have always been friendly but the products that they sell are overpriced and the hair is poor quality but they do have customer appreciation so that is one good thing about them. You can definitely stock up on beauty supplies on that day. I just wish they would think about their market value prices that they try to sell stuff for thats why they dont get as much business anymore

My old school throw back hair store growing up in the hood this was the hair store (The original hair store) that everybody went to and still today i can go in there and leave with what i was looking for or maybe something even better

Hair can be pricey for human hair but selection is good. Lots of braiding hair and a few wigs if thats your twist.

The owner is really Kool and down to earth
