Ive been a couple times this week. I like going to this Rite Aid. The women & few guys there are very helpful, nice & helpful that I find. I love Dot, Earline, Denise, Kim. I like to have fun when Im out & joke around with them & I feel if youre kind to others they will pass their feelings onto the the next customer & so on & so on..........😊😊😊🤗🤗

Chris is great in the pharmacy! But the other pharmacy tech always has a nasty attitude and I have had nothing but trouble when she is there!

Ive been going here for four years now. The pharmacy staff are friendly and kind of feels like small town USA when they know your name. Great place to get a bargain on milk and eggs. Using the Plenti card of course!

No way. I love Rite Aid in general. But, this store smelled like a dirty diaper was in the vents. No one in the store seemed phased by it except for me.

I used rite aid for years. I was using the store in pike creek by my previous address even after I moved and finally changed to this location about 3 months ago to be closer to my house now. Since moving, I have had nothing but trouble. Every month since changing stores, my prescription has not been filled on time, even though I have auto refill. I call and ask them to fill it, and they say it will be done next day and still nothing. I have switched to Walgreens pharmacy and not had any problems so far. I have birth control and a daily migraine medicine, both of which I cannot afford to miss and rite aid pharmacy did not care to do what was needed to keep a years long customer by simply filling prescriptions on time.

Worse store around this area. Had sale last week on detergent was told by manager I couldnt buy more than 4 because they didnt order alot and their next order wouldnt come in till 2 weeks. Cashier was very rude basically calling me out in front of customers. Will never go here again. Rather stick to Midway Plaza Rite Aid. But pharmacy part I cant complain. Very polite but they need new cashiers who arent rude and nasty.

I never have any issues with Rite anywhere I go. They have an excellent customer loyalty program way better than Walgreens!

Clean store. Convenient hours

Called the pharmacy yesterday 20 mins after they opened and was told to call back because they “just opened”. Tried calling the pharmacy 4 x today and no one answered.

Typical of the chain as far as pricing and selection. Staff not especially attentive

Spent over a half hour waiting on someone to answer the phone, until I finally gave up
