Sean is kind beyond words and goes WAY above and beyond to help his customers. His leadership shows in his staff and in his beautiful facility. He stands by his name and his beautiful products. Our family, first meeting him at Francinis, are honored to now know him and are so thankful he is in Wilmington. We cannot say enough wonderful things about him. Weve visited Francini Marble & Granite in Wilmington on multiple occasions for our cabinet design business (50 Lakes Cabinet Design). I have always been pleased with the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff and their amazing selection. I could walk around their showroom for hours!This pic is one of my favorite slabs...

Francini in Wilmington is the definite go to for granite and marble. I was able to go in find the perfect granite slab for my kitchen. My fabricator put it on hold and delivery was set and on time. Mariah was able to answer all my questions and was very knowledge about the material and understood immediately what I wanted. I would highly recommend Francini. And if you dont have a fabricator/ installer they can help you with that too.

They have an amazing selection and are incredibly knowledgeable. The communication, and partnership is the best word, Francini provided is second to none. Sean and Brian were so helpful in selecting my granite and Sean and Dallas were great sports, helpful, and incredibly professional when I brought a fabricator nightmare into their lives!The other granite showroom in town has absolutely nothing on Francini in Wilmington! I will never go anywhere else for my natural stone needs and will tell every one I know how amazing Sean and team are!

Best Natural stone and quartz supplier I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I work with a remodel company, and we always send our clients to Francini to make selections for there countertops.Sean the manager at Francini is extremely knowledgeable in all things stone and can answer any questions you have about all the different materials.Pete and Mariah are also super helpful and will go above and beyond to help customers find the perfect stone for there homes. They’re attentive and knowledgeable about the material.Mike always makes sure that material is delivered on time and safely.Francini is one big family that goes above and beyond for its customers. If your ever in the market for countertops I would definitely recommend Francini and if you don’t have a fabricator they can refer you to a few so that you find one that best fits you.

I was lucky to meet Mariah at Francini Inc. Marble and Granite almost a year ago before we started our construction! She is very experienced, knowledgeable, personable, honest and quick to come up with ideas and solutions. A few months went by as we started our build project. We were referred to a cabinet company that wanted me to use their representative at a large granite/stone place in Raleigh. Needless to say, the full day trip up and back was long. I did this drive 4 times! The representative and the company could never tell me the cost of a slab and that annoyed me as a customer. I felt like they were keeping a secret. Also, at one point they told me that a slab was quartzite when it really was marble. I was very disappointed after that visit and my instincts said to go back to Francini! See Mariah! :-)Mariah was amazing! She welcomed me back and listened to my story. She genuinely cared about helping me find a slab that I loved and at a fair price! She told me to contact Ben at Kitchen and Bath of Wilmington, who would do the fabrication of the stone. He has been wonderful too! I feel blessed I was able to work with Mariah and Francini Inc. Marble and Granite of Wilmington! A company, an employee and a team that really cares about their customers being happy with their service! If I could give 10 stars I would!!! :-)

Very nice selection to choose from. The gentleman who helped us was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Nice experience and highly recommend them.

While building our home in Hampstead, we were directed to another granite company in Wilmington. Unfortunately, we were unable to find anything we really liked and felt we would have to settle for something we didnt love for our kitchen. We visited Francini and were amazed with the selection and found multiple options for the kitchen and baths that we loved! We also found a much better selection of textures (leathered vs glossy). As an added bonus, our prices also ended up being a little less. Service was also great. Im a very happy customer.

This business will not hesitate to sell product out from under you. Would give zero stars if I could.Im remodeling my kitchen and went to Francini Inc to pick out my next counter top via one of their fabricators. We found one we liked and our fabricator worked with Mariah to help us put it on hold. She told us she will put it on hold and that we had a 72 window to put a deposit down in order to secure our order. Within 48 hours we paid for the slab. Mariah told us the counter top slab would be delivered to the fabricator on that upcoming Saturday for it to be cut and installed.That Saturday it never showed up. When we called, Mariah informed us that the same counter top slab was on hold with another customer and was no longer available. When we said that we placed it on hold several days prior and paid a deposit Mariah claimed that there was no documentation supporting that and the slab was no longer available. We then presented her with proof that we had placed this on hold. Mariah told us that it didnt matter because another fabricator/builder with higher priority has asked for the slab to be put on hold.So not only did Mariah and Francini Inc breach a sale contract, they gave preferential treatment to another fabricator even though we had already paid for the slab. I was also very disappointed that Mariah and Francini Inc didnt take accountability for their mistake and help us move forward.Needless to say, my business will be going elsewhere and Id advise others to do the same because their word or your money mean nothing to them if a customer they deem higher priority comes in behind you. They will not hesitate to sell the product out from under you.
