Dark strange showroom. Somewhat helpful but not too much.

Your guys did another great job installing our marble. I can’t recall their names, but they were FANTASTIC!!! They were polite, knowledgeable, and just did a fine job. They even worked in the rain to cut down some pieces.I cannot express to you how much it means to ud to have this beautiful marble and granite in our home. You and your entire company really know how to take care of your customers. That is why we have recommended you several times already and will continue to do so in the future

Stopped there today with two templates for marble seats and intended to take pics of white quartzite for a large kitchen and butlers pantry countertops for a 1909 mansion restoration we are doing.Informed the salesgirl of what I needed and she said We cant do any small items, were too busy.I told her twice I also needed to choose material for the very large job but she was not at all interested.I thanked her and said Id go elsewhere which is what I did....

From the first time I stepped onto the grounds of Marmolite until the granite counters were installed, they made me feel that I was a special customer. The owner, Hector, was in his car when I arrived and he insisted the shop was not closed and gave me a tour of the granite and quartz inventory. The selection was excellent, and within a few days they came to my home to measure and a week later the breakdown of my kitchen and installation of the granite pieces was done 3 hours later. The staff is excellent - and the family business treated me like family!!

Finished countertops look good, fair price, turnaround time 39 days (day we walked in to install day), but the customer service was bad. Little things that wouldn’t have been a big deal by themselves added up to an inconvenient experience. Three stars since somehow the finish product turned out well. If you’re not a “type A” person they will work fine for you. More details below if interested.1. We put down a deposit on a specific granite slab we picked out, only to be texted 2 days later and told that the one-of-a-kind slab was already sold. We had to go there again and pick out another one that wasn’t what we wanted. 2. Said they’d call on specific days and didn’t, told me they’d provide an image proof of where the pieces on the slab would be cut out but never did, sent me an incorrect invoice and I had to ask for another, etc. 3. Called the day before install and told me they’d arrive at 9am, then I get a call that day at 8:20am and she tells me they won’t be there until ‘after lunch’. So I have to rearrange my schedule for an arbitrary time on a weekday. 4. I show up for the install and the workers have already entered my house from an unlocked door in the back. This was weird because they should have been expecting me to unlock it for them and they’d never been there before. 5. The outdoor lot where they keep the slabs are not organized in any way, and some are hidden from view by others. Hard to know what all your options are when prices and styles are not clear but someone helps you.Again, I get that these can be taken as minor inconveniences but if you’re a person who is specific about your time and what you want, I don’t suggest using them. Though polite and helpful, overall service is too laid back and unprofessional.

Start to finish our experience with marmolite was excellent. Emily did all of our initial consulting and was so sweet and knowledgeable to all of my calls and did a great job communicating with me during the whole process. Hector did our measurements and was very friendly and helpful, I enjoyed chatting with him. The three men who installed our countertips (sorry I did not get their names) were all so nice and they even cleaned up after themselves! It wss so refreshing to have such a smooth experience for a home rennovation.

Hector of Marmolite Granite is a nice enough guy and knows his craft. But if you ever have a problem once it’s installer, he won’t respond. I have small two chips on a quartz island that need minor repair which we noticed a couple days after Installation. Two months, Four calls and two promises later Hector is still a no show. Sad Marmolite Granite and Hector thank so little of their clients.Update: after this post Marmolite did come by and fixed the issue, with at I’ve added another star.. from 2 to 3 .

Marmolite was one of the most unprofessional businesses Ive ever had to deal with. They started out helpful when I was picking out granite, but from the time I placed my order until I finally got my granite installed, I was frustrated beyond belief! When questions arose about whether there was enough granite slabs to do my project, Tracy, the office manager, said shed ask the boss, Hector, and call me back. Days would go by and no return phone call. Then their website advertised free sinks and free edge upgrade if you ordered enough product. I had to call several times asking Tracy to ask Hector about this. Again, no returned phone calls. Eventually I got the free sinks and not the edge upgrade. When I pressed them that it stated that on their website, they took it off their website the next day. Tracy had me pay my 50% deposit before the owner even came out to look at the job which I later learned is not standard procedure. Then I called the day before my installation date to confirm my appointment since I had to take off of work and drive an hour and a half to the new house to let them in and be there for the install. Tracy confirmed my appointment for 9 am the next day but somehow my appointment got changed and no one called me to tell me. When the installers finally came, the kitchen granite didnt fit even though the boss himself came out to measure for it. So they were there for hours, made a big mess and even spilled sealer on my brand new hardwood floors. I would not recommend Marmolite Granite to anyone.

Hector was amazing to work with in helping me pick out my kitchen and bathroom countertops! He and his guys were outstanding and know their stuff! They were right on time and even handled every hiccup professional! I highly recommend them for your countertops, granite and quartz were flawless ! Thank you giys ! ❤️

Owner, Hector and his staff are always cheerful, knowledgeable and ready to help. They have a great selection, great prices and a very reasonable time frame in which theyll install your counters.

One star is generous because this website would not let me post this review without checking any stars. I dont even know where to start with the HORRIBLE experience that my wife and I endured at Marmolite. First off, we put a deposit on a countertop slab that we want and by the time it was ready for the final measurement and installation, we found out that it was not the countertop that we requested. Second, Hector, the owner of the company, came out to our house to do a measurement of our kitchen countertop on a day that my wife and I were not home. We made an appointment for one day and he came on another day. After all this, we gave it another chance and went to Marmolite to pick out another slab at which point we talked to Hector and made an appointment with him to come to our house on Wednesday (May11, 2016) at 12pm to do a final measurement. Wednesday comes around and my wife takes off a day from work to be present when he shows up. Needless to say, hours went by and he did not show up and my wife calls the office and his secretary Tracy has no clue where Hector is. He never called myself or my wife to let us know that he was not coming or is busy with something else. The next day, I called the office and was able to get a hold of Hector and he claim that he was at the airport and was not able to call and that he did not get back home until after 5pm. You always should show courtesy and professionalism to your customer and making a brief phone call would have made a difference. Instead, he blames it on his secretary for the miscommunication and blame his customer (myself) for not having the sink ready for the cutout. The sink that was delivered to us was dented and so we had to send it back to the company that we ordered it from and this was discussed with Hector. Despite the discussion, he still puts the blame on us. Instead of easing the situation, he blames. We asked for our deposit to be refunded and our sink to be returned. Upon coming to pick those up, it was left near the doorway and no one was there. I have never experienced anything like it. The level of professionalism was zero to none. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Just had granite done in my kitchen and could not be any more pleased on the job that was done. They are professionals at there work!!!
