Installed indoor and outdoor kitchen countertops. Very good pricing and Samantha was very customer oriented. The install crew was very good and laying out the countertop and making the necessary cuts. Could not be happier with my outdoor kitchen!

I cant say enough amazing things about Cape Fear Marble & Tile! They gave us a wonderful experience through the process of renovating our kitchen, which wasnt as quick as I had wanted it to be due to the fact that we changed our minds a few times on what we wanted. Kelli was always there to answer any questions we had, as well as help gather pricing for the different countertop options we finally decided on! This was our first kitchen reno, and it can be overwhelming (note that Im in the creative industry and live for this kind of thing, and it still scared me to death that I would make the wrong decision) but she made it feel so easy!Every staff member that came to the house was respectful and professional! The processes were quick and easy, and I was very impressed as I watched them conquer their work at the house! The final result is just perfection... the installation was beyond fast, and its flawless. I had to post a before and after picture just because everyday I stand in our new kitchen and I get excited. No, they didnt do the cabinets and the backsplash (even though they recommended the cabinet painting company to us) but my favorite part of the kitchen is the countertops! Their edges, their seams, their professionalism, their hospitality... its all perfection! Business owner to business owner, I know what it takes, and I just praise them for doing it RIGHT! I moved to Wilmington towards the end of June, 2013 to a house I have owned (but rented) since 2005. One of the first projects I wanted to tackle was a kitchen update. My sister, Betty, who lives locally mentioned Cape Fear Marble & Tile as a great local resource for granite. She was right. From start to finish I was impressed with their products, prices, and service. They have lots of slabs at different price points. When my favorite slab of super white granite was already sold, Kelly ordered in a few more slabs that looked promising. Kelli and the crew at Cape Fear Marble and Tile are awesome! We are in the final stages of building our home and our countertops were just installed last week. They look amazing, the guys installing did a great job and Kelli is super attentive. We made decisions on our granite and after picking paint colors I realized some of the remnants just wouldnt look as good as I originally hoped. I reached out to Kelli and she got a bunch of samples in the colors we were thinking and let us take them home for a while to decide - she even sent me pictures of the granite installed so i could make a more informed decision. I cant recall the last time someone was as rude and condescending as the person we talked to at Cape Fear Marble. We were attempting to pick counter tops and vanity tops for an entire house. At every turn all they would talk about was the fact they were out of stock on almost everything and the tariffs were driving up prices. There are lots of good providers here in Wilmington and I would recommend going anywhere but Cape Fear Marble and Tile.

Terrible costumer service and they dont warranty thier product. Highly recommend NOT USING THEM!
