We moved to Porters Neck Country Club from Ca in Sept and did a rather large renovation on our home. After researching for the best granite company in the area we decided to go with Wilmington Granite. We can not express in words how happy we were with them. Not only was their workmanship excellent, but their follow through and attention to detail was amazing. We also need to give a special thanks to Annette who helped us with the selection of our stones (granite and marble). She searched hi and low for several months until we found exactly what we were looking for. She was so patient with us and without her assistance our dream home could not have become a reality. We HIGHLY recommend Wilmington Granite for anyone looking for the best stone fabricators in the area.

Could not be happier with the quartz countertops that were installed in our kitchen and baths. From the minute I met Joyce I knew I was where I needed to be. Joyce was prompt, communicated regularly and explained the whole process to the tee. Everything went exactly as she said and had my new countertops ordered, templated and installed all in a 2 week span. The team who did the removal/template to the installers were the best and the perfection in their work was evident, not to mention they cleaned well when finished. We are so thankful we chose Wilmington Granite!!

I used Wilmington Granite at the referral of a friend. Wow! I was so impressed. Annette was my first contact with the company and she was with me every step of the way. She answered all my concerns right away. Everyone was so professional, from the template guys to the installers. The finished product in the kitchen I was redoing was just perfect. Beautiful Job!From start to finish, working with Annette at Wilmington Granite has been a great experience. I had called other counter top companies, but didnt receive a call back so after seeing a Wilmington Granite vehicle, I called them and almost immediately we set up an apt. for a quote. Picking out the granite was a smooth process (though it does takes time ) and Annette worked closely with us in our decision. The crew who installed our counter top were very professional. One of the highlights of working with Wilmington Granite is that you can see how the granite will look before the job starts via a digital picture - very helpful. The slabs we purchased for our kitchen were cut so the counter tops were seamless which was a special treat for us. I recommend Wilmington Granite for their professionalism and feeling very comfortable working with them - plus you can rely on them to call you back!

Beautiful countertop!!! So happy with service from Joyce Diggett the sales manager. She really knows her business, is courteous, on time and was a pleasure to work with, boundless patience. Highly recommend them we will go back if need be.

Annette was so helpful in making sure we selected just the right countertops! I had an idea of what I wanted and she asked all the right questions to narrow down the many options and made sure I selected just the right one. I cant wait to see them installed!

Wilmington Granite was awesome to work with! They moved on our project very quick and very thorough in the process. They were willing to work within my budget and provided excellent customer service. We were able to get quartz countertops for a great price. Definitely recommend if you want quick service with a great price!

I would give this company a MINUS 10, if I could! Person who measured for template measured too SHORT for our kitchen quartz counter tops, and now I get to live with a band aid repair job on a $100,000.00 home remodel! Plus, installers used CREME grout on BRIGHT WHITE quartz counter top. I also had to tell installers where they neglected to place caulk, as many places were left undone, including a 7-1/2 foot area between the sink and the breakfast bar. Wrong size hole cut for under-counter mounted stainless steel sink. When delivered, sink was so badly scratched that we had to replace it (only Wilmington Granite had handled the sink since delivery from factory). All in all, a very bad experience.

They have this awesome service for digital pairing your granite so that the veins and colors line up to look better when installed.

Not impressed. Will not use again.
