They are exceptional in every way. I am a designer and use them ALL the time on high end homes. NEVER any issues, always is responsive, super terrific owners (Ren and Gretchen) and their crew from Jerry who makes the template to the installers are fab. The work I send their way is not cookie cutter and easy. I am never disappointed ever. Ill post some pictures when I have more time.

I recommend Southeastern Marble & Granite in Wilmington, NC. I recently purchased a quartz countertop for a kitchen remodeling project for my Wrightsville Beach condo renovation product. My experience started with a trip to the yard where I walked the property with their representative, stone by stone as I searched for that perfect piece for our kitchen! The representative was very helpful and patience with me. I selected by quartz, paid my 90% down payment and a measuring and install date were set. On install day, there were minor issues with my cabinet installation that I were unaware of and the countertops were installed. Professionally frustrated, I contacted the owner of SEM&G and he addressed my concerns and made it clear to me he would fix any issues I felt existed. He was very professional, calm and confident that he warrantied his quartz product for 1 year. Within 1 weeks time his installation crew was at my condo making the product right. While the job did not run at its smoothest, I am appreciative of the way the owner handled the situation. Its possible I could have handled a few things differently myself, but I admit his approach was excellent. With ownership like exists at Southeastern Marble & Granite, its highly likely your project will end with you as a happy customer.

Its important to mention our home at 121 Spencer Farlow was exceedingly challenging in delivering heavy items up the angled staircase. It was their strategizing and preparation that allowed our products to be delivered flawlessly. On the day of delivery the Southeastern folks staffed up and in fact had practiced carrying a template up our crazy angled staircase. Five professional, compassionate, skilled and STRONG men delivered and installed our new kitchen counters. It is with the highest recommendation that I offer.Thank you all. That morning I had complete confidence in their services. Our kitchen is beautiful .

Jerry precisely measured the cabinets, we went to their showroom to see the templates on the granite slab, one week later a crew of 4 were on-time and did a very professional job installing the complete kitchen granite job. They were precise and made sure they met our expectations.

Was the tops we ordered and installed, there was a gap at the faucet mounting. Spoke with ren, he stated that the faucet needed to slide forward. Then the faucet needed to be installed a professional plumber. Looked the same. Then was told that the sink moved after installation......total BS. Nothing he said was true. The installer drilled the first hole and drilled into the back of the sink. So then he drilled a second hole and that is what caused to gap. At that point the quartz is no longer useable. And ren accepted no responseabilty for the mistake. There are plenty of good other people to do business with, go and choose them over ren.

Love my quartz and very impressed with personal service, would highly recommend.
