Went to this Krogers so that a family member could get vaccinated. There were no appointments at the Krogers in my local area. Store was clean and well maintained and the process for the vaccination was very quick. The person at the desk explained everything asked the right questions, in the pharmacist quickly gave the vaccine.I did walk around the store and took some pictures prices and Wilmington maybe a little higher than other places. But the store was well stocked. If we lived in this area we would shop this store.

This Kroger is pretty standard, but it also has a full liquor store inside.

Not enough handicap parking for people with handicap stickers and tags, not enough small shopping carts !!!!!!

Last night while shopping I placed a visa gift card on the belt to purchase. When I got home I searched everywhere for it, even thinking I might have left a bag, several things went through my mind about what could have happened.I called the store as soon as I found out I didnt have the cardI asked the gentleman on the phone with me to have the cameras pulled, The manger took my name and number to call me back, I never received a call. However, I called today and ended up going in because it seems that the young lady has no compassion whatsoever. When I arrived I was able to finally talk with someone who could help, I ask her to add it up, it seems I had not. The cost of my items added up to total my said purchase amount. Even when I asked her where was my gift card I placed on the belt she continued to investigate the situation, amazing reasoning skills...She was kind, and calm knew her job and she used her amazing reasoning skills in determining the it could have been an error on my behalf yet remained professional the whole time, much unlike the night time management who placed blame on me and acted as if I had attempted to steal, clearly this was a caluclation error.Thank you to the day shift manager at the service desk.

This supermarket chain would be the reason I can never move out west. It has EVERYTHING I need and a multitude of good deals. Smart shopping and comparing prices coupled with the use of the Krogers card, allows you to be able to prepare meals at home for as cheap as possible. Being able to see the amount of savings you accrue as you shop through the year motivates you to look for deals, clip coupons, and use the Krogers app so as to increase your savings. The amenities in Krogers are too many to list, but suffice it to say they could keep you shopping there for the better part of the day, but still come away with a real sense of accomplishment due to the amount of savings obtained.

I was there one early morning about 630am several weeks ago and there were two guys in there that was walking around eating fruit from the store. They were not wearing masks. I told an employee up front and they said they can’t do anything. From my experience this Kroger’s in Wilmington is cluttered and not very clean appearing. There are boxes in the aisles and you can’t get through due to them putting away things and the aisles are blocked. I have been in many Kroger’s before this one in Wilmington. There is not enough room for all the stuff they want to put in this store. They need to expand it. From my experience Washington Court House Kroger’s is cleaner and not as cluttered. Also It is more organized. Some of the employees don’t wear mask in Wilmington either which isn’t good. They don’t enforce people to wear mask in the store. They should not allow people to walk around eating fruit during a pandemic especially. I hope it gets better in the future.

Durring the remodeling it was really hetic. But now it seams to b better.

I love this Kroger. It isnt a marketplace, but they recently went through a remodel that made it one of the best Kroger locations around. Their curbside pickup has always been good with few out of stocks.

Well, Wilmington has its surprises. I went into the Kroger supermarket with the assumption that it would be another go-into-store-buy-2-things-then-leave-miserable-bought-way-too-many-things mentality but had the delight of superior customer service. The first employee was amazing and I, of course, forgot her name and the second employee named Autumn totally gets it and is young! I was rather impressed with Autumn because she was incredibly personable, had a wonderful personality and I left saying to myself, “If that was my kid, I did something right.”Nuff said. This review was far too long but it was every word.

So, I finally made a trip to Kroger’s in Wilmington, Ohio this morning. Very few people there and for the most part everyone was doing a very good job keeping their distance. I found everything I needed and shelves were well stocked. The staff at Kroger’s has done an excellent job keeping up and I would personally like to thank them for the extra risk they are facing.

If I could post a 0 star rating on their pharmacy I would! Waited for an hour on antibiotics and was told $15. When I picked up my medicine it was $24.41 even through good rx and their customer service was horrible

I always do the late night shopping that way that the whole store you can take your time and its really much better for me

Extremely poorly run and rude employees. Tonight I had a manager named John who instead of helping fix his cashiers mistake was extremely rude and classless. Even going so far to say he didnt care oh f I reported him to the general manager going so far to say write it down. This is by far the worst Kroger in the Dayton-Cincinnati area. Their prices are frequently wrong, always out of stock and the employees/ management are almost always rude. Just go to WalMart and save yourself time and a headache.

The store overall with parking, shopping, coupons is great! Customer service wise I’ve not had the greatest experiences, but they added the Starbucks portion to it recently and it’s been horrible, waiting over 20 minutes for 1 drink when only 3 other customers in front of me, and it’s happened 4 times now, I would rather make the extra 15 minute drive to the other closest Starbucks and get a drink there..

Trying to use the digital coupons first time out was challenging. It took me a little time to scroll threw the coupons. Most of the stuff was out in the aisles. Which made it easier. Got to make it a simple way. It was a great learning tool.

The store is always clean, but Ive been to other stores where the staff is much more friendly. Dont get me wrong. Anyone Ive ever asked for help here has always been polite and nice. It just seems more warm and welcoming at other stores Ive shopped at. Wilmington needs a market place!

Stopped being open past midnight which was very convenient as I work nights, and i despise Walmart so Id always come here after work. That is no longer an option for some stupid reason.

This is one of the better staffed Kroger locations I know of. This could be due to the lack of viable substitutes in the area however lanes are open and employees are always around to help. I have noticed that they are always quick to keep the shelves stocked. Features of this location include the Kroger pharmacy and a Liquor store.

My wife has been looking for soft tofu. Looks like you dont have the soft tofu. Hope you can find a vendor for soft tofuOther the that K.roger is the place to shop

Getting really tired of their sale items not being in stock. Multiple things on sale that were never in stock. Top it off, when I requested a raincheck today they refused.

I love Kroger and Ive always shopped here! The only issue I ever have is with a cashier named Meghan. Shes extremely rude and I will only go through her line if I absolutely have to. All of the other staff is exceptional!

Clicklist is super useful and they have a great team there for it. The employees are a lot more pleasant as of recent and the quality at this store is pretty good. They could use some updates on some sections of the store, such as fresh sushi, a hot bar, and just updates in general. But overall definitely the best place to grocery shop in Wilmington.

Krogers is improving.

Things are changing...but for the better. More choices, better prices, and if you havent tried the scan-pay-go, its AMAZING. Saves so much time and frustration.

A fantastic remodel job including a new Starbucks inside and fresh sushi bar, and the new Deli has a large selection of meats and cheeses..... My go-to place to spoil myself

The sale start today they were out of Ice Mountain Water which was three for $9. Then theyre out of some TV dinners that were on sale they only had 3 cash registers open and thats not very helpful somebody who walks with a cane or electric scooter they want you to go through self checkout I just too much stuff to do that you need to fix the problems thank you

Bought 3 items of tone body was for my girlfriend. The sale price on sticker $2.99. When I got to self checkout, put in my kroger card all seemed good until I noticed it charged for price. I called the lady over and she looked dazy & confused and asked what isle it is in to verify sale it took myself to go to the isle snap a picture of the sale price to show her, finally got the sale price. Everyone please been on alert to make sure Krogers truly honors the so called sale. I will text my friends to keep an eye on this as well. A sale on an item should not take a picture to get the sale. Huge inconvenience to the customer. Get it together Kroger. .......

Out of 3/4 of things I went for. My least favorite Krogers. Rude bakery employee. Nice lady @ self checkout and customer service

Groceries were ready even when I was a few minutes early. My order is always right and pick list people are always friendly and professional.

Lovely supermarket with many different section. You can find anything there. Also a very nice group of employees.

Lots to choose from. Reasonable prices. Good help from store employees.

Employees are so rude!! My mothers cart broke down and she asked two girls to help her and they looked at her and ignored her!! A Starbucks employee walked by and got her one, the two girls laughed at my mom WHO IS IN A WHEELCHAIR!

Fast and friendly customer service, the store seemed pretty well stocked, and there were some beautiful flowers on discount in the floral department. My only complaint is that some of the produce wasnt very good quality, but youll have that at most grocery stores.

This Kroger is chaos, it is In the middle of a remodeling with entire departments like the deli closed. Good luck finding anything like a cart, someone that works in the store, or a cashier.

If you go after 10 pm aisles are blocked with pallets.. couldnt find half of what was on sale..then a nightmare at self checkout because no cashier available...truly disappointed

Its a smaller Kroger so doesnt always have as much variety as larger stores, but it is always clean, well-stocked with helpful employees!

I love Krogers and I am a bit of a ‘Krogers snob’. After being spoiled by some of the newer stores, this one is definitely a throwback. I miss the olive bar, young coconuts, and other produce and seafood I have become accustomed to. That being said the staff is good, and the beef is in good supply and on sale regularly.You just can’t beat a Kroger

Just like every other Kroger store, however this is one of the few locations with a different layout than most. Store is a little outdated and could do some remodeling, but nothing major. They have a large selection of products, no large exotic options, but all of your basic essentials, and even a liquor store inside the store.

Ever since the remodel its been a mess, the employees have gone from being unhelpful to just flat out in the way. If you arent going to be open 24 hours anymore, maybe you should explain to your employees why blocking an aisle to socialize, annoys those of us that have to rush in before we go to work, because youre closed when we get off.

I like how this store is set up. Most employees are helpful. Sale tags can be very confusing.

Its a Friday afternoon, Krogers was filled with quite a few of the rudest people. They thought that they had the right to the entire store for themselves. Common courtesy has been abandoned!

Over ten empty salad bins at 9:30 am no price marked on half them went to Bellbrook Kroger all was stocked prices marked employees nice and helpful not like Xenia where l asked about a price of salad and he acted like everyone should know that the one with the marked price is the same as unmarked in other bi wont go back have had this problem there before The old Kroger in Bellbrook has my business

Just getting gas - using fuel points. Very helpful @ all times, but especially when gas prices are high.

Limited options compared to larger Kroger stores and Wal-Mart, but good enough for normal everyday groceries. Clicklist, on the other hand, is an absolute disaster.
