We moved back to the area and was looking for a new mattress. Looked at reviews and saw Direct Outlet with a 5 star rating from 233 customers. Called Kevin and set up an appointment. Glad I did. He is a fantastic person and very knowledgeable. We walked out with a king set at a fantastic price and it was a main brand. I paid half of what I thought I would spend. Kevin told me about mattress and box spring maintenance. Stuff I never heard of before. Like box spring and mattress rotation schedule. I even got a 15 year warranty. Dont go anywhere else if you need a mattress and box spring.

Took a chance on this local business that is by appointment only, from a Google search. Personal, friendly service from the owner. A bed set is an investment and after the owner had us try different mattresses, we settled on one. Price is well in line with affordability. After being given the run around with Mattress Firm for prices (Labor Day blowout sale is the same price as elsewhere) and delivery (seven different delivery dates and still no beds three weeks later), we thankfully found Direct Outlet. The salesman was patient, kind, knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted, not what they were trying to get rid of. The appointment only approach was different but nice in that we had the salesmans undivided attention; we were the only customers in the store. We tried every bed in the store and found the mattresses we were looking for. Not only were we given a great price, but the mattresses were delivered two days later!!! I will admit I was skeptical as Im used to being ripped off by the big box stores, but I have been pleasantly surprised by the whole process.
