Have had constant noise from my neighbors doing construction very early every day on top of lawn care. Management hasnt done anything to resolve the issue. Its ridiculous

I have lived here for 13 years, The landscaping is beautiful, Management is professional, and caring, A wonderful place to raise a family or retire and enjoy the quiet, They have activitys at the Farmhouse !! I would recommend this serene community to anyone looking to purchase a Mobile Home !!

They are under new management. Ever since they took over the lot rent has gone up every 6 months to a year. Its probably to pay for all the new stuff the park doesnt need.

I wanted to buy a home in your community but if the office is always closed and no one there to take my calls, how are you going to take my business? I cant even get simple info on a home for sale on your website? The worst business practice Ive ever seen. Guess Ill take my homebuying money somewhere else.

The new company that took over Murray Manor is horrible! I bought my home here 2 years ago believing it was still the family run park and literally after I signed the lease they tell me park has been sold. My rent has increased 2 times and not by just a couple dollars. The office personel are liars and instead of investigating complaints to see if they are real and not made up stories by an ignorant neighbor they simply issue warning slips. There is 0 talking to the office manager. I was told 1 thing and the opposite is done. Do not move here if you are a hard working, quiet, friendly, keep to yourself person.......youll only be setting yourself up for drama

A great place to call home.

Murray Manor used to be a great place when the Murray family owned it. Mr Murray used to ride the streets everyday he could and converse with everyone. If you had a problem He would handle it. The old family owned park is now part of corporate america and doesnt care about even keeping up with their own rules and promises on the lease. All they care about is collecting that rent and giving as little as they can back. And if you go to them you are now viewed as a problem. The streets are falling apart. The water pressure is always very low. The lack of drainage on my lot has rotted my shed to the point it is falling apart. Because of the poor drainage I am sure that over half the trailer in here have mold issues. Have emailed the RHP Poperties many of times asking for someone to just contact me on these issues so we can work together on solving them. After 2 1/2 years and still no response. Every winter the water pressue has gotten so low you could get a drink of water from the faucet much less take a bath. After almost 3 years I am looking into moving my trailer to a better facility. If you move here I wish you all the best. Dont believe their lies.
