Went to look at a home and while I was walking to one of the homes a sales associate came out of the home we were going to look at. She passed by us never letting us know that all the homes were locked or offering her services. These associates seem to not be the most helpful. Clayton homes will get our business now. All because that associate could not take the time to let me know the door was locked or offer to unlock it.

I was flooded out and lost everything in the hurricane florence... After tearing down my house, my sons and my dads trailer we went shopping.. Found oakwood of Wilmington NC. Kinda pricy so we looked around and finally found a brand new one somewhere else.. Just for fun I went back today. ( Spur of the moment passing by) looked at some of the exact same trailers... They were 27,000 cheaper now. They were asking for 72,000 for some these single sides after the hurricane these exact same mobile homes ( we took pics) are so much cheaper.. what a shame what you were trying to do too flood victims. Oakwood should be ashamed of themselves..

No land home packages only 2 double wides on lot for sale. Six months to build one. Who has that kinda time. Plus so hot you cant stand to be in them. Spend a couple bucks and turn on the AC.

We had an awesome experience buying from Oakwood! They answered every one of my questions and were very honest of what they could help me do and afford in my price range. Julie was so awesome with helping us get everything together and organized for our new home, and even helped us after the new home was on our land long after we had closed on the home. Would definitely recommend going to them

We just purchased a home from Oakwood Homes of Wilmington and moved in August 2019. Mike & Julie are such great people and go above and beyond to make the buying process as smooth as possible. Great customer service all around, any problems we had they fixed and any questions we had they were always willing to answer. We have 3 kids and had a 3 bdrm home before, now thanks to the team at Oakwood we finally have a 4 bdrm so each kid has their own room... something we never thought possible. We would like to thank you guys for all your hard work from the bottom of our hearts, we truly appreciate it! I highly suggest going to Oakwood and asking to see Julie if you are in the market for a new home, you will not be disappointed!

They are absolutely the best. We got our home from them. There were some speed bumps but they worked with us and proud homeowners now. You will get excellent service

The sales staff at Oakwood homes in Wilmington NC was a great experience. They helped me anyway they could and even did more than required. Made a good friendship with my sales rep. They all were nice and courteous. And their repair team was great to work with. I would recommend visiting them and seeing what they have to offer you. Tell them Chris Albertson sent you.

Was told if I put my money down it would hold my house and the property. Mike and Julie both LIED!!! They sold the house they said would be mine. Now they dont seem to care! So sad to do this to people. I will share this with EVERYONE! Poor poor business people.

We got approved w 2 lenders but not with theirs and had to find an alternate way to find a home Julie was a pleasant sales person but thats best I can say for here.
