I will say we had a rough time getting every line up with the bank and my landlord but Brian fought and got everything done. Plus he keep his word to our family and fix what the bank didn’t want to fix. Thank you Brian for all that you did for our family. We love our new place and couldn’t ask for anything better then our lovely home!Also one day Zack stay late just so we could see our new place.

Route 73 Homes is great to deal with. We purchased a custom built office modular and from design to finish, Brian was great to deal with. Always made himself available when needed and made sure that every detail was just the way we had ordered it. In fact it turned out better than expected! I am very satisfied with the building and the courtesy and professionalism that Brian and his team extended to me. I would definitely buy from again when the opportunity comes around again ! The guy was very rude and not very helpful

We’ve had our place for just over a year now and couldn’t be happier. Brian and his crew were very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. Very few issues and none of them that weren’t handled promptly.Very professional and knowledgeable crews that actually seemed to care about our concerns.

Never recieved any info on homes or a phone call

Many of us have different experiences than others however mine was what I hope everyone could experience. Brian worked hard to get the financing finalized and although the mortgage company was confusing, he had contacts to help us. He was respectful to me and looked into concerns when they came about. When treating others with respect, you get respect.

I wish I could do a 0 rating. There has been so many issues with the house and with the unorganization of the owner Bryan. I would not recommend purchasing a modular from them. They dont know how to seam the house together either. Wish I hadnt purchased my home from them

It has been my pleasure to purchase a home from 73 Homes. Brian is knowledgeable, helpful, and sincere thru every step of the process. Even when we had questions or issues that came up, we knew we could call him and he would do his very best to help us with them. Mostly because he cares about what he does and it shows in how he does it. .He knows his business and he knows how to get things done. I have, and will continue to, send people to Brian at 73 Homes to help them find their next home.

My aunt bought a trailer from Brian and at first he seemed very nice. She picked out the flooring. He put the cheapest carpet in not what she picked out. Flooring was supposed to be new but yet there are dips and even a hole in the kitchen. He said he was putting a new front door on which never happened. Yes we let these things slide instead of fighting a useless battle. Were had a time limit that we had already passed and knew it was pointless. After the down payment was made anytime he was contacted it was like he was annoyed with us.

Bryan worked with us to build are forever home, would recommend to any one looking to build a new home.

Here is an update from the Amy Smith post. Fairmount homes came out and found that Brians team did not put the house together correctly! They were upset with the lack of skill that the house was put together. It is horrible! Brian also told the guys that there was just a little drywall that needed to be fixed. That was not the case! They had to call the main office to let them know that this was a bigger job than they were told! The vent system over the stove wasnt hooked up either!Then as Mr. Smith went up in the attic and learned that there is insulation in the duct work, and the system is not hooked up right, or hooked up at all! There is a hole in the roof and it is leaking and now has damage in one of the rooms.If you have bought a home from this guy, you need to have your house checked out. If Brian wanted a beam put up in the middle of your house, more than likely, your house is not put together right either.Sent Fairmont and Brian an email and they havent answered back.

They dragged there feet a little when trying to get things done and moved, but were very helpful and nice

The man, I think his name is Brian, but Im not sure as to how he didnt even offer us a business card was very rude. He did not introduce himself formally, and hes attached to his phone almost all the time. My family and I were going to look at foreclosed and used double and triple wides and figure out some prices. We looked at a few and liked a triple wide they had there, and we asked how much a basement would be. In an advertisement my mother had seen, I cant completely recall it, but it said basements, we do it all., so my mother asked the man how much it would cost to put a basement underneath the triplewide since he already had the dimensions of the triple wide, and he said that he did not know because hed need to know the land, and my mom said what if it was a flat land that they did the house and basement on and he still said he didnt know, that we would have to get a contractor out to do a basement estimate and to do the basement, which is not what the advertisement my mom and I seen said.. He treated my mother like she was stupid for asking such a thing, and it was clear he did not want to do business with us because he was always in and out talking on his phone, I know for business reasons but when youre with a customer that is interested, you dont do that. You call that person back after you are done with the interested customer. Another thing that was quite rude is that both my dad and I suffer from multiple lung issues, his are worse because he has a pretty severe case of COPD, and we had told him that so he wasnt directing us to the double and triple wides that use the formaldehyde glue as the fumes from it are very harmful to people with lung problems, and that they would direct us towards the ones with drywall and such for walls. He then proceeded to get rude with us, saying that formaldehyde was in carpets, hardwood flooring and other things, and at the time of discussing this we were outside, and he lit a cigarette up right in front of us, while he was on the other side of the offices porch and the wind was blowing towards us,, we decided to leave when he did that because you dont light up a cigarette right on top of a customer, especially when two of three have severe lung problems and you know that. We noticed some of the trailers with the repossessed homes sitting on it had Indiana plates, so were going to try in Indiana somewhere, and hopefully it will be worth the drive from Springfield, unlike this place.

Wanted to order doors from here, took them 3 weeks to come out and measur, I have called several time to get an estimate they kept saying Ill call u back later in the day, its been 2 weeks, not recommended.
