My movers (Tom and Nick) were more than outstanding. They were friendly, kind, helpful and made a single womans move easy and efficient. They took care with my furniture, called to confirm 3 times before the day of the move, and when they were on their way! They arrived on time as promised and got right to work. They went above the call of duty, explained everything in detail, asked me if I had questions, and felt more like friends helping me move rather than hired movers. I hired Little Guys to unload 2 PODs and put together 3 beds. Two very nice, hard working guys showed up and did a great job until they decided to force a couch through a doorway and messed up my brand new molding. I did not complain to the company but I had a good amount of damage to my molding. The guys told me they had to leave and could not put together two of the beds because they were scheduled for another move.....seriously. I paid for a service. Guess they dont value their customers..just trying to get another job in without finishing the one they were hired to do. So now I am left with two beds to put together and molding that I have to repair. I would definitely think twice before using these guys!!!!

Upon my first phone inquiry concerning a move from NC to PA, I was immediately impressed. I spoke with Alex who was extremely professional and I described my situation. He emailed me an estimate while I was on the phone! I was so impressed after having not received a call back from another company that was recommended. Prior to the move, Alex called a few times to confirm the address and arrival time. On the day of the move, Ryan and Aaron called to let me know they were on the way and they arrived on time. They were both super nice guys and I was immediately at ease as I had been very nervous about the move. They were very careful with everything and all of the furniture was well-secured in the truck. I had a large antique work bench in the living room that was essentially stuck between 2 walls and the lip of a window. It’s an extremely heavy piece of furniture and we were struggling with how to move it. But then Ryan got under the bench and figured out how to unscrew the top so that it could be lifted above the lip of the window and safely moved, and the bottom just slid right out. I was SO impressed as I was worried we were going to have to remove the trim around the window. After driving to a motel for the night in PA, they called me to confirm their arrival time the next day and they arrived on time. The move back into my home went quickly and just as smoothly. Kudos to Ryan and Aaron!! I’m so glad I found Little Guys and I would 100% recommend them!!!

The service prior and during the move was great including the guys who moved my things, however, the company refuses to take responsibility for overloading the commercial elevator which resulted in a $790 bill. I would never use a company that expects the customer to pay for their mistakes.

They jumped at the opportunity to assist us (set up the appointment, informed us what we needed to do and took stock of what we needed moved). The day of our move they (Alex, Cyrus & Jarree) showed up punctually. Alex took charge of the situation and they couldn’t have been more productive as they properly prepared the binding and handling of everything. They work swiftly yet cautiously. In another state, they showed up at our new home promptly and were extremely useful in placing our furniture and setting it up where we needed it. The whole process was handled very smoothly and professionally. We were very pleased and we highly recommend them.

My move with LittleGuys was the easiest move I ever had. The guys were EXTRAORDINARILY professional, pleasant and personable, quick, careful, respectful, and detailed. They showed up 10 minutes earlier than scheduled and finished my entire move (3rd floor apartment with sloooowww elevator to a single-family home) in under 4 hours. They called me a couple of days ahead of time to confirm, and then again the day before. They were clear about pricing and payment expectations and their price was right on par with others (in fact it was less) and the value was outstanding. I loved the padding around the door jambs. We LOVED these guys!! We have moved 7 times in 5 years (4 times just this year) and have never had movers that we would use again. There were movers we liked, that were ok and ones that were awful. These guys were the best! Pricing is really good and the service was unbeatable. The guys that loaded our uhaul in AL (we used 2 men and a truck in huntsville) did an terrible job. They didnt strap our boxes in so when we opened the truck to unload, it was an actual disaster. The guys from little guy movers took their time to get the boxes out safely from the mess that was left for them. My husband was very worried about the floors. these guys respected his worry and carried the boxes in by hand instead of using the dolly. They were so careful when moving large items and would ask where different items or boxes should go. I honestly could cry because I liked them so much. Diego was the leader of our 3 man crew and was awesome and friendly and knowledgeable. The 2 guys with him were really great too. They were all SO NICE and had great attitudesAlso we had to change our moving date the day before they were supposed to help us. Alex was so understanding and rescheduled us no problem. I seriously have never used such an incredible moving company or a company that sent such quality movers. We are not moving anytime soon but if we do I would only use little guy movers and will recommend them to anyone moving.

We had a great moving experience with Little Guys Movers. It was actually the smoothest out of many moves we have had in recent years. I initially selected this company because they were not based on an hourly price but offered a flat rate depending on the estimate and the amount of boxes you used. We were only $100 off from the estimate, which was because we added a few items at the end. Little Guys Movers called at least 3xs prior to our move to confirm the details, including the day before, which was reassuring. They showed up at 8 AM and were finished with the job in record time. With six movers, they were efficient and even careful during a challenging time with COVID-19. I would highly recommend this moving company and plan to use them again.

On the day of the move, Christian, Eli, and Adam were not only on time - they were early. The whole moving process was simpler than I ever could have imagined, and they were very gentle with our piano. In fact, by the time it arrived home, it didnt even need re-tuned. Thats how gentle they were. I highly recommend Little Guys Movers and would definitely use their services again.They accept cash or checks. Credit cards are accepted for a nominal fee. I believe our price difference quote (cash v. check) was about $5.

Little Guys Movers were fantastic! They were on time, thorough, very careful with all our possessions and really knew how to load a truck! The 5 men loading on the front end of the move were quick, organized and courteous. The three workers on the unload were also quick and very careful when placing items where we wanted them. They had blankets, door guards, and all the necessary tools to make sure our brand new hardwood floors were not damaged. None of our possessions were damaged in the move. Their prices were very reasonable and they did not hesitate to do any extras we asked for. I highly recommend them for a local or long distance move.

LGM did a fantastic job with our move. Was able to pack up, move, and unpack my two bedroom/two bathroom apartment in just two days; including dealing with a severe rain storm. Prompt, efficient, and honest; I didn’t feel like they were trying to scam us with “estimated weights” and sliding scale pricing like other movers.The above was written a year ago. We just used Little Guys to move everything back from Raleigh to Wilmington to a larger house with an additional floor and we couldn’t have been more pleased. The pricing was good and clearly itemized. The moving crew as careful, cheerful, and punctual as before. While I hope not to have to move again anytime soon, I would recommend them to anyone.

Little Guys Movers took the stress out of moving - Nick, Derek, Eli, Jackson, Jesse, Brett & Adam are an amazingly professional team!! Final number was actually less than quote, which is always nice. They worked all day Saturday, had to navigate a narrow alley and did it beautifully/professionally without any damage or complaint! If you ever Google what not to do when hiring movers, thats what I did and still had a pleasant experience. We had our 1 year old on site, had way too much stuff to pack and move, and booked the movers a week out. All while asking them to move everything from a 2-story house to a 3-story house with no elevators. These gentlemen were kind to me and my family, they showed up on time, only took a break for lunch, and never complained. The cherry on top, the cost was $4 cheaper than the estimate...spot on. We had to hire another moving company to get all of the items that were left behind, large furniture pieces & left a bike was left in the parking lot. Disappointed that after breaking down our infants crib it wasn’t able to be put back together due to lost parts. After receiving a follow up email on my experience I let them know of this & got no response.

Little Guys Movers Wilmington was such a huge help in my move! Derek and Jackson were efficient, quick, professional, and super helpful. They even offered to attach my headboard to the bed frame which was awesome!

They were on time and nice and did a very good job moving but for the price a couple of items were damaged and they definitely dont want to pay to replace it. One item they have attempted to fix on their own and while its ok its just not what it was and now I am just tired of the back and forth because I am busy and in a new job and helping with my family. For $1500 dollars just replace what you broke. Otherwise they did do a good job.

If you value your belongings as much as me, do yourself a favor and hire Little Guys Movers. In the past, Ive had several moving companies rip me off.The last time I moved long distance, and the company insisted I pay the entire amount up front. When my furnishings finally arrived, they refused to start unloading until I paid them another $2,500 in cash. What a rip off!And, guess what? Movers insurance only pays pennies per pound if they destroy your stuff, so they dont care! They admittedly damaged thousands of dollars worth of stuff, including a one of a kind painting of my 25-year-old grandson and me when he was just two years old. Their insurance company calculated pennies per pound and sent me a check for $45.00.But enough about the bad guys and on to the Little Guys...I now have all new white bedroom and living room furniture, and Im gun shy. I took my time and researched moving companies and boy did that pay off.Right from the start, I was impressed with Little Guys Movers. They took detailed information and had a way of quoting that was extremely fair, so I didnt have to worry about them taking advantage of me by charging me extra before they unload my stuff.Little Guys stood behind their quote as long as the items didnt change. Ultimately, they charged me $100 less than the quote.Its funny that they call themselves Little Guys, because the two men who showed up were big and buffed. Both of them were extremely polite and professional. They patiently listened to all my concerns and did whatever they could to ensure I was happy and informed. And they were punctual. I was accustomed to movers arriving late, so I asked them to call me when they were two hours out. Although they gave me a heads up, they really didnt need to because they arrived right on time.Start to finish, the entire move was flawless. Whenever something wasnt in perfect condition in the first place, they made sure I knew. Not only that, but some things werent assembled right to begin with and they were more than happy to fix other peoples mistakes. Also, the one time they had an incident, they pointed it out. It was a minor scuff mark on an old table that I wouldn’t have noticed, but I appreciated their honesty.Last, but not least, their rates were comparable to the quotes I received from other moving companies. But the other companies wouldnt guarantee their quotes and they ball parked the cost based upon the size of my apartment. I wanted to know that I paid a fair price in exchange for a good service.In closing, I appreciated their help so much I tipped the movers the amount I saved. I would have tipped them no matter what, but it was easier to give more because it was already in my budget. Worked here 3 months and probably the most immature, passive-agressive, no communicative management experience Ive ever had in any job... They terminated me after not showing up for 1 shift for the first time with 0 previous write-ups... this is after they said we had until 11am to call the day of not showing up for a shift and THEN it would count as a no call no show but the manager there is cold-hearted and picks favorites so he was just looking for an excuse to fire employees he personally has a vendetta against; extremely unprofessional. Already called corporate too. Not worth working with fake management.
