This facility is so clean! The staff is super helpful! We are very happy with our first storage experience.

The Manager Steve is a genuine professional. He is very friendly. He goes above and beyond to be sure we get the space and great service. We are super happy, we got a big space, great deal, secure monitored area.Midgard has the best professionals and great options for storages. They have climate control or regular spaces to chose from. Honestly? There are no self storages like Midgard in town.I recommend it :-)

AWFUL. When we originally rented a space here it was Budget Storage. They were great. And then Midgard took over and they started raising our rent to pay for the expansion they are undergoing. Then they raised our rent again. And then... they raised our rent again! AND we discovered they had been charging us for their insurance every month, despite the fact that we had homeowners insurance and had provided that info to Budget. When I finally flipped out on them they told me I needed to give 30 days notice before I moved out or I would be charged an extra month. I pitched a fit and they told me that if I moved out that very day I wouldnt be charged an extra month. That was Memorial Day. So thats what my family did on Memorial Day - we rented a truck and moved. Great holiday. Midgard is going to have you over a barrel once you move in. Get ready for highway robbery. Go to All Seasons Storage. Cheaper, nicer, and no extortion.

This storage facility has to be one of the nicest I have ever seen. Steve E. the manager is very knowledgeable and professional in the way he approaches his customer and was very concerned about them to from the way he was wearing a mask during these trying times we as Americans are dealing with. It was very refreshing to see the extra mile that Steve E. was willing and did go to to help his customers, Steve E. was busy but still offered and took the the time to greet everyone who was there and came in. Steve E. store was very clean and inviting keep up the exceptional service and the kindness you show to each and every customer. Steve E. is a true asset to this store and the owners company, keep it up Steve.

Before Budget Storage sold this was the best facility to work with. Now that Midgard has bought it, they have raised the rates twice in 3 months. They plan to expand the facility on the backs of their current loyal clientele. Just another greedy storage facility who cares nothing about the community. Dont fall for the bait and switch tactics of a low entry rate because once you have gone through the expense of moving your things in, you are at their mercy with exaggerated rate increases often.

I would highly. recommend using Budget Storage. They are professional and organized. The facility is clean and secure. I had read previous reviews before renting a storage unit and am so glad people took the time to do a review. Moving and being new to the area, I relied on the reviews. We needed something quickly and my husband was busy finalizing the sale of our house. I stopped in and they had me set up in minutes. Wish all the other aspects of moving could go as smoothly!

This facility is top notch! The staff are extremely accommodating, professional and friendly. Steve, the manager, went out of his way numerous times to assist me as I live out of state and was having a POD unit delivered to be loaded from my rental there. The best storage facility Ive ever dealt with. Didn’t even have to clean the unit when leaving. They do everything for you. They really prioritize the customers needs and ensure that you are taken care of to the best effort. I wasn’t even the storage unit occupant, I was just helping my wife move out. However, due to the great customer service I felt obliged to write a review. Would use every time if I could.

I was told I have to give a 30 day notice before moving my stuff out. I told them that I would only need it for the month. The employee there failed to mention that there was a paper to sighn as a move out so therefore, I was charged another month even though my belongings were removed. The employee failed at there job.

Steve and Dwayne were there with me every second of the way when I decided to sell our home and need storage in order to prepare for my move. Modern and well kept. They have a low monthly rate for insurance you can purchase. The property is laid out well to accommodate large trucks.

Ceiling having leaks and finding loop holes to get around covering the water damage.
