While on vacation the staff at Apria in Wilmington helped me exchange oxygen tanks. We worked through COVID restrictions and made my time away from home less stressful. Thanks to both Elliot and Ethan! Have used Apria for years and they have always made it work!

The worse.. If you need oxygen run to another company. We have ordered a portable oxygen condenser twice and now they want a third time. Thanks for dropping the ball yet again. Looking for new company now. Had enough with trying to get through to those people. They dont understand the English language and are jeopardizing my health. I cant get my equipment replaced no one seems to know what is going on. Thanks but no thanks. I have reported them to my insurance company and the better business Bureau

So far I’ve been helped with respect and care, they even answered their phone before opening hours waiting for a walker and was told someone would call me back and let me know if they’ve received the fax / scrip from my doctor yet and I only called doctors office yesterday 😊

Not recommended the whole institute! I mean Aprea! They only look for your money. Low and rude customer service. Try to find another provider!

I met with Jeff today to test my BiPAP and fitting for new mask. The vist was great he knew what he was doing, explained things as he went along. I am very happy with their service.

Apria Wilmington is the absolutely worst company to deal with. CPAP supplies are not properly ordered and after 20 years dealing with Apria I decided to have my records transferred to Lincare. After 6 months of trying to get those records transferred Lincare still has not received them. The last time I called this location I was assured by their tech he would hand carry the records to Lincare himself since their office is within walking distance. No dice, it was never done and Lincare stated that they haven’t seen that tech in over a year ! If you want dependable service do not use Apria Wilmington

They tell you theyre coming on a certain day and never show. You wait hours for them to bring OXYGEN, sometimes late at night (because they call you at 7pm to tell you theyre coming within 4 hours), and they never show.

Who closes at 3:00 pm wont take back equipment and lies and tells you that you own it just to continue to bill you. Im so done.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. You cannot call the local office--when you call the local number it is bounced somewhere and mostly in the Philippines
