Madison was great in helping my 91 year old mother in law pick out a walker and cane. Madison was very patient with my mother in law and took her time in showing her how to use it. Margarita took time to make sure my mother in law knew how to properly fold and unfold the walker.I was surprised at how inexpensive the items were. We decided to not wait for insurance approval and paid out of pocket so we took the items home with us.Very friendly staff.

She had 4 customers including myself; observing her with the gentleman ahead of me, she answered all of his questions, which actually answered mine, as he had purchased the same wheelchair as me. My Mother has been a Liberty customer for many years,she is on oxygen full time and requires frequent visits to replace her tanks.I would like to thank the technician who has been coming to refill her oxygen supplies and recently had to have her concentrator machineswitched out..Mike has excellent customer skills while being friendly and professional,he deserves to be recognized for his dedication.

Great experience/highly recommend!! Visiting Wilmington with my 80 yr.old parents from Ohio. Dad wanted to tour the USS North Carolina,but is unable to walk well. Lisa not only had the perfect light weight wheelchair,but didnt charge us hardly anything to take it for a few hours. Other medical supply place wanted $53!!Thank you so much for your kindness and helping us celebrate my parents 59th wedding anniversary!! 😁

Wasted trip. Beware at lunch phone is forwarded to another location in a different city. No one asked which location? I had to drive 25 min each way. They did not have the wheelchair the other place had.

We are visiting Wilmington on vacation and my mom fell and broke her foot halfway through the trip. We called Liberty Medical to find a wheelchair for rent. Sean was incredibly helpful, kind, and rented us a brand new wheelchair for a very reasonable price. We would definitely recommend Liberty Medical for all of your needs!

I went to Liberty to get a walker and was very pleased with the service and price! A different shop less than 1 mile away wanted to charge over $50 more than Liberty. I’m glad I chose to buy from Liberty.
